"Yes, military reform is imperative, and the alliance's next-phase actions need to change."

Wild Wind stared at Richard, the huge eye on his chest suddenly flashing with surprise.

"Has your Civilization Treasure already been nurtured successfully?"

As a Civilization Leader with a Civilization Treasure, Wild Wind suddenly sensed an aura similar to his own emanating from Richard.

"Yes, after adjusting the nurturing direction, it succeeded directly," Richard replied nonchalantly.
