Why must the devil be Defeated?

He wasn't fully born within the Magic Power of the Demon King and, due to being nurtured by the Demon King's Power, half of him is like an average member of the Demon Clan, belonging to the normal category of demons.

If it could be said that a Demon is the existence closest to the Demon King, then this Half-demon is half as close to the Demon King, half as close to the Demon Clan.
