Vampires Legacy

He has patiently waited for battle since his fight with Shoyo. Finally, he gets to let loose again. Akutenshi arrives at the Hunter Academy. But something is off. There is no security and no noise at all. The school has been evacuated. Chisato let Ina know of Hanako's plans and had them go into the underground evacuation zone which has multiple exits leading miles away. Akutenshi did not come alone, he's accompanied by 100 vampires whose strength are on par with 1st Rank Hunters. Seconds after their arrival, one single man walks out of the premises. 

"Oh. You guys are finally here." 

In the face of 101 vampires, the man stuffs his face with pretzels as he watches funny dog videos on his phone.

"Who're you?"

"Name's Soru. It's nice to meet you. Shoyo told me about your last run-in."

Soru is the Hunter who Ina called for assistance during her search for the Spider. He was an underclassman of her and Shoyo during their time at the Academy.

"You're not stronger than him, right?"

"Me? Of course not."

"This won't be any fun then. You guys, take care of him."

 As soon as Akutenshi turns around, one of his men already falls. He immediately turns back around with a grin hoping this human won't disappoint him. 

The battle of the strongest begins a second time.

One by one by one by one by one by one. They push Soru in increments of less than a second part, but that's too slow. By the time one reaches him, they're already cut down. Before 5 of them can jump on him at once, he runs and slides to another vampire, slashing her belly open and cutting her head off. Soru stays overly offensive slashing through vampires as he runs around them faster than they can react. He showcases high-level acrobatics as he maneuvers past them and their attacks. One grabs his leg but he twists his body, spinning out of it and transitioning into a slash straight up the vampire's face. Bodies litter the ground as the Hunter razes through them. Akutenshi merely sits on the ground with a smile and laying his head on his fist watching his men fall before him. Not having to wait too much longer, Soru defeats the 100 vampires. With no alter weapon, this is the feat of a Special-Rank Hunter. He's a 1st Rank Hunter, a normal one would've long bit the dust. But Soru has actually been offered a promotion, he declined it for the simple reason that he doesn't want it. There are no more alter weapons that aren't being used, so he would've been the first Special Rank Hunter without one.

"Still think this won't be fun?"

Soru stands among the fallen vampire without a single scratch on him and not much blood. 

Akutenshi stands up. 

"You have my apologies, Soru. Let's fight. Don't disappoint me."

"I won't. I promise."
