Once Cedric saw Elisa adding an art curriculum to the elven school, he closed Past Observation.
Without watching any further he can already guess how things will develop. The elf that has opened the forbidden door to movie-making will start creating movies resulting in the mess he sees right now.
Slightly rubbing his aching head, Cedric sighed. "Well, things have already happened. No rule says elves must always love nature and live a primitive life."
"Let's ignore the elf's weird development. I still need to plan how to make my next moves. First, I've decided to only share the mana-sensing method I created with the elves and dwarves. I'll ignore the humans for now because they're simply much stronger compared to the other races. I also believe Lacius will learn and adapt the mana sensing method once he visits the other races."
"Next, I need to plan how to make the elf and dwarf meet peacefully. I want them to collaborate and help each other develop." Cedric contemplated his choices, 'The elf side is pretty easy, all I need to do is send a message to Elisa through the system screen about the existence of dwarves. As someone from Earth, she knew me and could easily accept the existence of dwarves. The main problem came from the dwarves.'
Cedric sent his mental power to the dwarf's capital city to observe the council building. There, several dwarves council members are attending their regular meeting.

While deliberating which dwarves he should choose, Cedric watched the dwarf's meeting and realized something.
Although the dwarf used a council system, He actually found there were three and a half factions inside, with each faction having its own leader. There is the faction led by a twintail bearded male dwarf, the faction led by a thick eyebrowed dwarf, the faction led by a female dwarf, and finally a neutral faction without any leader.

To make sure they would follow his word to the tee, Cedric walked toward a shelf where several octahedron crystals were stored. He grabbed one of them and muttered, "I guess it's time for me to use this. It's been a long time since I last used the [Divine Intervention: Dream] to meet others."
Cedric used his mental power to enter the dream space. After adjusting it a bit, he possessed a body he created in the Dream Space and observed the familiar sight in front of him. The space full of mist, the ground made of clouds, the occasional golden glow that pierce through the mists, and the throne where he sat, everything makes him reminiscent.

Cedric immediately lost the mood after reading the System's messages. Instead, he got curious about something else. "Hey, how old are you anyway?"

The female dwarf spoke first, "The last thing I remembered was attending the council meeting as usual. How about you guys?"
The other two nodded, "Same with me."
The female dwarf added, "Then, it seems we've been brought at the same time."
"Is this perhaps the effect of an unknown blessed power?"
While the dwarves are discussing with each other, they find the mist in a direction that has slightly dispersed and a faint figure can be seen.
The three dwarves looked at each other. At last, they nodded at each other and walked towards the figure.
When they walked closer, the mists stopped blocking the figure and they could see the other party.
What they see is a dwarf sitting on a throne while holding onto a scepter. That dwarf wore a luxurious robe with a golden crown embedded with beautiful gems. On their waist, there's a plain sword placed inside a scabbard.
Every time the three of them looked at the dwarf's face, it changed from young to old, from female to male. The other party's short stature also gives off majesty they never felt before. That majesty subconsciously made them feel awed.

Cedric looked at the three dwarves in front of him and immediately got to the point.
First, he introduced himself as usual. "Greetings children of the Crystal Cube World. I apologize for the sudden summons."
"I am the creator of the world you reside in. I have my own name, but the people from your world usually call me the creator."
After giving his introduction, Cedric saw the expression of those three dwarves change.
He waited a moment before continuing, "The day has come for your race to stop living in isolation. I wish you could go southeast, enter the magic forest, and meet with another race."

"They might look different, with different cultures and habits. But, all of you are children of the world. I hope everyone can get along nicely and develop together."
Once he said that, Cedric looked at the three dwarves in front of him. When he saw the contemplative look on their face, he was certain they had heard him.
Before they can ask any question and waste the energy in [Divine Intervention: Dream], Cedric decides to kick them out. "We're running out of time. Please remember to try to hold back and not fight against each other."
"Wait!" He can hear one of the dwarves shout. But Cedric ignored it and kicked them out of the Dream Space.
Once he kicked everyone, Cedric retrieved the mental power that possessed the body he created in the Dream Space.
After returning to the Divine Space, he checked the energy remaining inside the [Divine Intervention: Dream]. Immediately, Cedric got the urge to curse, which he didn't hold at all.
"What the fuck?! I just met them for a few seconds and spoke slightly more than a hundred words. But the energy inside has decreased by more than half!"
