From his mental power, Cedric saw a giant leaf of an unknown species hanging in front of some buildings in the cities. From what he can see, those buildings appear to be stores selling a variety of items, including clothing and other goods.
But that's not what took his attention. Cedric is confused by the giant multicolored leaf hanging In front of the store. The color in the leaf constantly moved while depicting a product advertisement. Occasionally, an advertisement for some movies also appears before the screen returns to show product advertisements.
There are also a few stores with extra plants that constantly release audios and slogans for the advertisement.
It took Cedric a moment to digest the sight he saw, "Are those TV screens and speakers made out of plants? What the hell have the elves been doing these past few years?"
Without much thinking, Cedric can guess who is the one responsible for all this change.
He checked the city's center and saw Elisa's tree body that had become much bigger.
In front of her, or what's supposed to be her front, there's a supermassive colorful leaf showing a movie played by elven actors and actresses.
Next to the massive colorful leaf, there are also several plants that release sounds. Those plants worked in tandem with the colorful leaf to release the audio in the movie.
Occasionally, sobbing noises can be heard from Elisa as the tree she possessed rustled. It seems the movie she is watching is pretty sad.
Seeing Elisa that's busy watching a movie, Cedric felt a bit speechless. "The change happening in a few years is a bit too exaggerated. I felt like an old man that can't adapt to the quickly changing technology."
To be honest, Cedric is kinda happy that the elves have created this TV thingy. But, the System has previously reminded him not to let the hero he summoned introduce too many things from Earth.
'That's right! I need to ask the System about my world's stability.' Cedric immediately called the System, "Hey, has what the elves have been doing caused damage to my world's stability?"
Cedric didn't want the weird consecutive disaster streak to happen once again. So, if the System said the elves have caused much damage, then he'll send a Divine Intervention to ask Elisa to stop creating things from Earth.

After nodding, Cedric refocused his attention on Elisa's city and started checking other places.
Now that he does so, Cedric finds many interesting things. For one, the colorful leaf that's used as a TV screen and the weird gramophone-like plant that can release audio has actually spread to most elven households.
Thanks to the spread of that TV screen plant and speaker plant, movies and songs quickly become a part of the elf's culture.
All Those inventions also caused a massive shift in the elf's art society. Before, most elves usually spent their time crafting statues or intricate accessories to pass the time. But with the introduction of TV screen plants, movies, and song recording, the elves currently prefer to spend their time making movies and recording songs.

Cedric even found a place that shows the movie and song ranking chart while he was checking the city.
Then, he continued to move his mental power around. On one street, Cedric paused and saw several elves wearing weird equipment, they were acting and recording a movie scene in a street that had been mostly emptied.
On many hidden parts of the street, there are several people holding basketball-sized eye-shaped plants. Those eye-like plants are most likely used to record the movie. There's also an elf that seems to have the highest status and is busy ordering the others to slightly change their positions to better capture the scene.
After directing many people to their positions, that elf talked with several elves who started acting.
Watching a female elf actress crying as she hugged a male elf actor, Cedric's mouth slightly twitched. Especially when the two started speaking their melodramatic dialogue.
Cedric clasped his forehead, "Seeing elves shooting a romance drama is definitely not on the list of things I am prepared to see today."
Then Cedric moved his mental power to the surrounding villages to check whether the TV screen plant had even spread to those villages.
Once he finished checking every house in several villages, Cedric couldn't help but click his tongue. "Even in a random small village, 2 out of 3 houses have TV screen plants. Not only that, in every inn I checked, there is always at least one TV plant equipped."
The elves have truly advanced their culture at incredible speed.
Then, Cedric checked several other villages before stopping at a forest. There, several elves that have blessed power have gathered around a female elf.
Cedric saw a blessed elf that held an eye-shaped plant commanding the other elf to start activating their abilities.
With a command from the elf holding the recorder plant, several blessed with nature elements activated their ability to cause many plants to grow around the female elf.
Those plants which mainly consisted of vines began to wriggle around the elf while she released some weird noises.
Cedric speechlessly moved his attention away. He never thought the elves had been corrupted like that. They actually have learned to record inappropriate videos!
Even the System sent him an ellipsis to show how speechless it is.

[The System thinks the elves in your world might be defective.]
Cedric rolled his eyes at the System's comment.
He quickly removed the memory about the last thing he saw and contemplated, 'Now that I have checked the elf's change, I am really curious how the elves can change so much within such a short period.'
He moved his mental power to Elisa's city and activated Past Observation on Elisa, who is the most likely culprit and the source of these changes.
Cedric immediately controlled Past Observation to move to the time after he started focusing on studying.
After fast-forwarding to some useless scene, he saw Ghiana running toward Elisa with several plants in her hand.
Cedric found every single plant to be familiar. After all, he has just seen them a few moments ago.
Focusing on the scene shown by his Past Observation, Cedric saw Ghiana place those plants in front of Elisa.
"Elisa, look here!" She said while pointing at a plant that looked like a massive rainbow-colored leaf. The leaf's rainbow colors constantly moved just like rippling water.
"Is that the project you've been busy with for the last few years?" Elisa asked in curiosity. " I've gotten involved and lent my power occasionally, but I've never understood how it worked. So, are you finally going to explain what it is, Mom?"
Ghiana nodded, "Didn't you mention that you missed the internet? This plant is the first step to achieve that!"
" Huh?" Elisa looked at the plant seriously but found nothing of note.
Ghiana didn't let Elisa wait any longer and tweaked the rainbow-colored giant leaf together with a few other weird plants.
Soon, the colors on that rainbow-colored leaf stopped rippling around randomly. Instead of being akin to water ripples, the colors began to transform and turn into a scene of the elven city. Then, noises began to appear from a gramophone-shaped plant next to it.
"WHAT?! Is this a CCTV? Complete with audio too?!" Elisa looks at the leaf that shows the city's market. Then, she used her ability to control a plant at the market to check the current situation in the city's market.
Comparing the scenes in the leaf to the current Elven City market, Elisa found several differences, so she asked Ghiana, "I don't think the scene shows the current situation in the market. Is this leaf showing a recording? So, is it a plant-based TV?"
Ghiana nodded, "That's right, the rainbow-colored leaf and that gramophone shaped plant is basically a TV screen. I have modified them from magical plants and made them capable of converting certain bioelectric signals into certain voices and colors."
"Of course just a plant to convert signals into colors and audio isn't enough. So, I've also created several auxiliary plants. This eye-looking plant is created from modifying a certain magic plant, it has the function of recording voice and sight and converting them to electric signals. This plant has the function of copying electric signals and storing those signals at its leaves, ss for this plant…" She explained while pointing at several plants in succession.

Elisa rustled her leaf as a nod. Then, she stared at the elves in her city while laughing strangely. "With this many naturally born artists, I won't need to be afraid of lacking entertainment. As long as the elves get used to creating movies, they should be able to create many interesting movies for me to relieve her boredom! Hahaha!"
Another idea suddenly struck her, and she mentioned to Ghiana, "Perhaps it's time for me to create another school. This time it'll focus on creating movies. With how much the elves loved arts, this art school should be able to do better than the normal school."
Hearing Elisa's idea, Ghiana nodded but also added, "If it's an art school, I can help you with the management part. But, you'll still need to collect the teaching staff from the elves. They're much better than me when it comes to artistic things."
Elisa recalled some of her mom's monstrous-looking experiment results and nodded in agreement.
Once both of them reached an agreement, Elisa quickly called several other elves and added an art curriculum to the school. These art curricula focus on creating movies and songs using the plants Ghiana has created as the basis.
