The Absolute beast Tamer

Chapter 141: A DEAL WITH THE VOID IS NULL

Mr. Wilkins: "Boss, there is no need to play games with this brat. I will torture him and get the location of the stone!!"

With little patience left, Mr. Wilkins wanted to pounce on the youngster and skin the answer out of him, but he was immediately stopped by Mr. Rowan.

Mr. Rowan: "We need the stone. There is no tomorrow for us if we do not bring it back. The kid knows this very well. Even if we kill and torture everyone here, I doubt he will open his mouth.

You will probably kill him if we resort to torture.

Remember where we are now; one wrong move and we'll be hunted like dogs. At that time even the higher-ups wouldn't want us to breathe any longer."

Alan: "This is the exact situation you three are in, so the next move is yours, Mr. Rowan. What I desire is to keep my life; of course, ensuring the lives of everyone here would be ideal too. You need the stone, and I need insurance."

The ancestor raised his eyes as he kept taking a good look at this extremely calm boy who was bargaining with his life and all of theirs, then he turned to his old friend who betrayed a lifelong friendship.

Ancestor: "What have they given you to betray me? What is the price of my life for you?"

The elder evolution master had a dark face, as he could not even answer because right now he knew that he had been duped; there will be no profit, no resources, no knowledge, and nothing of what he was promised when those three approached him. Their plan was to leave a dead body behind, and he was that miserable corpse.

He had known ancestor Lonton for more than three centuries, yet he chose to betray him all for the sake of growing stronger and moving forward on the path of an evolution master.

Mr. Rowan: "Little kid, I hate a staring contest the most. I don't have the time to waste here, so we will take you, and I will leave Mr. Wilkins here as a guarantee. You will take us to the stone, and we will set you free after. As for the rest of the people here, they will be the hostages guaranteeing you are not playing any game with us."

Alan raised the glass of the precious spirit wine as he slowly sampled it, a few seconds after he replied to the ridiculous proposition.

Alan: "Why do I feel like you are trying to take a candy from a kid? I want a guarantee for my life and everyone's here. There is no stopping you when you have the stone in your hand. Leaving that muscle brain here is for the after-cleaning that you are planning. I feel insulted that you thought my intelligence is that of a child.

Mr. Rowan I'm asking you for a guarantee; without it, go ahead and kill us all. There is no deal to be made."

Mr. Wilkins: "You have a fucking loud mouth that I should…"

Mr. Rowan: "Stop!!..." This is a deadlock situation. There is nothing I can think of as a guarantee to give you, and there is nothing you can do to guarantee that we will get the stone. Tell me what you're thinking, kid. Just keep in mind that I'm taking you with me however you try to spin this situation."

Alan: "I don't mind tagging along, but only with the three of you. I will lead you to the point closest to the location of the stone, but before I give you the exact location, you three have to swear a forbidden oath that you will not harm a single hair on my body. This is my proposition for you, Mr. Rowan."

A creeping silence covered the whole room as everyone waited for their fate to be sealed. Other than Alan and the ancestor, who both looked extremely calm, the rest were not doing as well.

Theodora, under the pressure of the menacing aura and the life-and-death situation, felt her back covered with cold sweat.

After a whole minute of silence that felt like a long time, Mr. Rowan finally gave his answer.

Mr. Rowan: "We will go with your plan, but everyone inside this room will be knocked out for a whole day to ensure our escape. We will do the oath as you requested, but let me tell you that you are playing with your life. If we do not find the redstone, we will throw you in a danger zone to be ripped into pieces by those vicious beasts to die a painful death. Yes, we can't kill you, but you have to know that we can always use another hand to do it."

Completely relaxed Alan stood up with a smirk on his face.

Alan: "I already know the loophole, so you don't need to worry; let's go."

Walking slowly toward the door, Mr. Rowan simply waved his hand, knocking out everyone else inside the room.

The three of them followed Alan, who suddenly stopped right in front of the closed door.

Mr. Wilkins: "What's wrong? Getting cold feet now? Move your ass!"

When the three of them were a few centimeters away right behind Alan, suddenly the youngster simply collapsed back as if he were losing consciousness.

Mr. Wilkins was the first to catch him with both his right and left hands touching Mr. Rowan and his other assistant, and an insane look appeared on his face as he teleported everyone whom he touched.

"I have already told you that I'm a space talent holder!!!"

Even though Mr. Rowan and his two assistants retracted back their aura, those three were too powerful for Alan to freely teleport, so he waited until they had an agreement when their guard was finally at its lowest. He teleported the three of them, but he knew that he could not report them too far; the gap in strength was massive, to say the least.

The three of them appeared right behind the mansion with a stupified look on their faces.

Mr. Wilkins: "This mother…"

Mr. Rowan: "Why did he do it? Did he think that he could teleport us far away and run? …. No, no, he is much smarter than this…"

Suddenly Mr. Rowan's face changed. What followed was a massive explosion that blew off the whole backyard of this massive mansion.

...…

Inside the room, the first to open his eyes is the old warrior, the ancestor.

Ancestor: "What is happening!?? "Where are they, young man?"

Alan: "They will be busy for a long time. What I can say is that we have been saved, old ancestor. What is left for you is to deal with the aftermath. And your precious old friend, I'll be taking the ladies; they need to rest. We will talk later."

Alan gently carried Lana, meanwhile, throwing Theodora like a sack of potatoes on his shoulder, and left the room. A few seconds later, the massive explosion happened, followed by more.

...….

She felt as if she was walking on the clouds, lightheaded, but she slowly opened her eyes, exiting the land of dreams.

The first thing she saw was the unfamiliar ceiling; turning her head to the right, she saw her cute cousin asleep.

She slowly got up only to be greeted by the sight of the young man sipping tea while looking at the golden-red sunlight ushering the end of another day.

Theodora's memory finally started to catch up as she widened her eyes, remembering the horrible life bet and the bizarre situation she found herself in. She truly thought that today was the day she would die.

But here she is alive and well, right in front of her as the youngster who is probably 100% the reason why she's still alive.

Theodora: "What the hell happened? What happened to those three? Did you hand them the stone?!"

Alan: "I would have preferred 'thank you for saving my life.' Well, you're welcome, princess!! No, I have not given them the stone; just look at this magnificent view from the window, and you will probably guess what happened."

She pushed her body to move after suffering all that intimidation; walking a few steps towards the window, she looked.

What she saw made her speechless, standing there petrified, unable to understand what happened even after she saw what she saw.

Theodora: "What the hell happened here!!!?"

Alan: "the aftermath of multiple powerful people beyond the 9th stage clashing together"

Multiple massive craters appeared in place of the beautiful garden that covered the whole backyard. Many acres of land vanished, leaving behind a vast devastated area with no sign of life found anywhere in it.

Theodora turned her head to look at Alan, who seemed nonchalant.

about the whole situation.

Theodora: "Thank you for saving our lives. I owe you a life!!!"
