Chapter 111: Killing Intent!
Lana had been engaged with Ashely for quite a while, but still couldn't get the upper hand.
She stared at the flaming figure of the Captain her eyes holding earned respect.
"You know I could use a tough hunter like you..." The lord smiled as she spoke.
Her war Hammer head dragged across the ground as she walked forward while speaking.
"Under my command women become more empowered... Meaning you would get even stronger than you could ever imagine.
The Lord you serve isn't worthy of a hunter of your caliber. So you might as well come to me... What do you say?"
Ashely glanced at Lana disgust written in her expression, and she replied. "I say, Fuck off!"
Lana heard this and paused in her tracks her head recoiling backwards as she roared with laughter.
"I see you are already too deep in love huh? Don't worry I will beat it out of you!" Lana raged her crimson gaze turning thicker.
Ashely spat, "Love? I see you can't even tell loyalty and devotion from love, Whatever come I will grant you the humiliation you seek."
Lana smile got colder, honestly the only reason Ashley could contest with her for this long was because she was a woman.
And Lana's order worked best against men...
The two streaked forward to clash, as Ashely waited till her foe was in rang before letting out a sinister shot from her Epic shotgun: Blazing Glory.
And Lana didn't fret, instead she swung her hammer to meet the projectile, cumpling the bullet in a strike.
As her figure continued forward, heart blazed in the atmosphere twisting the air.
Ashley pointed a finger and a fire ball came to life holding flames of pure sun essence.
She flicked her finger, and the ball of incinerating flames was flung forward.
Lana tried to do as usual smashing the attack, but this time the moment her weapon came into contact with the fire ball it Erupted.
Spilling from its depth torrents and flares of sun flames, swallowing the lord in its abrupt flaming stream.
Lana in the depths of unimaginable heat, stamped the end of her hammer to the ground causing a feil of bronze to erupt for protection.
But even though the veil shelided her from the flames it couldn't save her from the haunting heat.
Her perspiration turned to steam, and her blood boiled soon sizzling sounds rang out from her hold over her hammer.
But thankfully just when the heat was sinking deep to reach her organs, the flames died down.
The veil dispersed as cold wind blew into her figure, which she accepted into her lungs greedily.
She had just regained her bearings, and reached for her hammer when suddenly.
A man was before her, one she recognized well, the lord of the territory she stood on.
His gaze chilling enough to freeze her though process for a second.
"Such killing intent!" Instinctively she knew what came next as her forearms joined to shield her from a heavy punch.
Raw strength traveled into her body, as bones cracked and break in an instant, blood vessels rupturing in tandem.
Her hold over her skill deid in an instant as she saw white, the concussion stunning her for a few seconds.
A hand clamped unto her head tightly preventing her from flying away, this force against momentum sent cracks through her spine.
Her emotions of anger and determination were supposed to feed her strength, but right as she stared at the merciless gaze of the man before her...
Her strength deflated like a balloon in an instant, as she couldn't muster any emotions other than terror and fear.
She tried to scream but she couldn't feel her vocal cords, all she could do was the thing she hated the most... Cry.
Stream of tears streamed from her sockets, as she saw the lord raising another fist.
She knew that any other attack meant death!
And she didn't want to die... Who did.
Just as she had sank into the darkest depth of despair and realization that this was possibly her end.
But the heavens seemed to still have her in mind.
Booom!
A massive ravine, suddenly appeared before Roy, as an indomitable strike cleaved past his arm.
Lana figure flew out of his grasps, and she wasn't the only thing that was lost...
He stared vacantly at the bleeding stump were his arm was meant to be...
Strangly enough he felt no pain, no anger, no rage.
Instead he felt he deserved it, that was the arm that hurt her after all...
He sighed and turned his gaze to the new foe.
Lux stood on the wind his golden hair flailed in the wind, his eyes brimming with power, as he trained his gaze on Roy.
His lips curved upwards, as his threw a disdainful gaze at Roy.
"Not so high and mighty now huh?" Lux mocked.
Hm? Roy remembered that it was supposed to be Richard battling this guy so where-
His thoughts froze as his eyes located the trusted subordinate of his.
His frame trembled, his eyes clouded with anger... How could they fall so quick?
Where his eyes was trained on, one would fine three bloodied figures sprawled, they were Richard Fredrick and Rachel... All captains taken out!
"Hahahahah! Lux you had a little fun to huh?" Roy turned his gaze to the source of the voice.
It was Haron, and in his hands he held by the neck Dio's bleeding figure.
Roy's heart went cold, him too? Don't tell me....
He quickly turned his gaze to where other battles where meant to be raging.
His chest lightened when he saw that Alpha was still holding his own only he had been assisted by Jake.
And on Lionel's side two more Captains were now with him one unfamiliar the other was Layla.
Haron slowly moved towards Roy licking his lips as he threw Dio's body.
"Hehehe this is going to be fun..."
Meanwhile Roy had gaze was now clouded gold as ether flamed from his body,as he summoned his legendary armor.
"System Killing them wouldn't result in bad repercussions Right?"
