Hearing Jack's words, Kaido's loud snoring suddenly stopped. He lifted his head off the table, looking groggy and confused.

"Ah, I must not have rested well yesterday. Imagine dozing off after just a little bit of sake," he mumbled.

You're kidding me, right? Don't act like you don't know! Besides, why would I even think about bringing Yamato? If I dared to, wouldn't you just end up tailing us the entire way?

Still lost in his daydreams, Jack snapped back to reality at the sound of Kaido's serious tone.

"You're the first among the three of you to rise to the rank of an officer. Last year you took over as one stationed here on Onigashima. This year, you even achieved the 'Immortal Body.'"

Kaido's expression softened slightly as he continued, "I'm proud of your progress, Jack. But I must ask you—are you truly ready to lead a crew on your own and uphold the reputation of the Beasts Pirates?"

"I'm ready! Absolutely ready! No question about it!" Jack's eager nodding was so enthusiastic it seemed his head might fall off.

Kaido closed his eyes and pondered for a moment before responding, "Very well. With your strength, ordinary pirates won't stand a chance against you. Plus, your Fish-Man heritage means you can survive in the sea. If you encounter an opponent too tough to handle, just dive in and escape."

"I'll have your Vivre Card stored safely," he added. "But, Jack, while I'm giving you the go-ahead to set sail, I have a few words of caution for you."

As Kaido reached for his sake, Jack turned to glare at Yamato, who was pouting defiantly but soon turned her attention to a chicken drumstick on the table.

"Ahh... that hits the spot," Kaido sighed, wiping sake from his beard. He fixed his gaze on Jack and resumed, "The seas have grown increasingly chaotic since Roger's final words. The Navy's attention is now on the New World. They've sent significant forces to stake their claim here."

"The Navy?" Jack echoed, frowning.

"That's right, the Navy!" Kaido's voice boomed as he locked eyes with Jack.

"You're now an officer of the Beasts Pirates. There are many things you must understand. And you two—Yamato, Black Maria—listen closely!"

Yamato reluctantly set down her drumstick, and Black Maria placed her wine glass on the table, both looking at Kaido intently.

"In these seas, both now and in the future, the Navy remains the most powerful force. And the World Government, which controls the Navy, stands atop the world, looking down on all of us."

"Perhaps you wonder why I've gone to such lengths to take control of Wano?" Kaido paused, his tone heavy with meaning. "It's because I've experienced the might of the World Government firsthand."

He downed another bottle of sake in one go, his voice dripping with sarcasm.

"Those fools believe reaching Laugh Tale will make them Pirate King—the rulers of the seas! But without strength or influence, even if you make it to Laugh Tale and claim Roger's treasure, it'll just be snatched away by someone stronger."

"Only through personal strength and expanding your influence can you stand a chance at becoming Pirate King!"

"To become Pirate King means declaring war on the World Government, challenging their rule. Even if you don't want to oppose them, they won't let you be!"

"For over 800 years, the World Government has reigned supreme. We can't begin to imagine the depths of their power. That's why we must continue to grow stronger and expand our forces."

"Wano is the cornerstone of my plans. The weapons produced here will be sold to nations in need, earning us wealth. That wealth will recruit more crew members, strengthening the Beasts Pirates and expanding our territory!"

Kaido's gaze sharpened as he addressed them directly. "Jack, Yamato, Black Maria—I want you all to grow strong and become pillars of the Beasts Pirates. Work hard!"

Jack puffed out his chest confidently. "Big Brother Kaido, look at these muscles! Can you name another 13-year-old with a build like this? Just wait! Give me ten years—no, less than that—and I'll be unstoppable. I'll carry you to Laugh Tale, or whatever it's called, and make you Pirate King! That World Government? I'll crush them with a single punch!"

"Yeah! Don't worry, old man! You've got us!" Yamato chimed in.

"With us by your side, you'll become Pirate King in no time," Black Maria added with a smile.

"Worororo! You three brats really don't know the meaning of fear!" Kaido roared with laughter.

Sobering slightly, he continued, "The Beasts Pirates have amassed considerable wealth and recruited new members. But our current structure is too simple. I've discussed this with King and Queen, and we've decided to reorganize."

"King and Queen already have earned fearsome reputations on the seas, known as the Conflagration and the Plague. They'll hold the highest rank beneath me as the All-Stars."

"For now, there will be only three All-Stars. Jack, I believe you have the potential to become the third."

Kaido smirked as he added, "Positions beneath the All-Stars will include the Tobiroppo, the six strongest among the Shinuchi. Beneath them are the rest of the Shinuchi."

"In the Beasts Pirates, strength rules. Aside from the All-Stars, any position can be challenged through merit. Work hard, Jack—if you claim the title of All-Stars, I'll grant you control over Kuri. You'll manage your recruits and territory as you see fit."

Jack's expression froze momentarily before he broke into a grin. "Big Brother Kaido, you've got a deal. An All-Stars, huh? Just wait and see! I'll complete any task you give me on this voyage and crush anyone who dares stand in my way."

"Give me two years, and I'll personally take down one of those so-called Nine Red Scabbards!"

Kaido's eyes gleamed with approval. "Hahaha! Jack, I'll hold you to it. If you kill one of them, the position is yours!"

"It's a promise, Big Brother Kaido!"

Jack's heart raced with excitement. Once he controlled Kuri, he'd show everyone what he was capable of.

After all, don't they say, 'Workers rule the world?'
