This store, named the Fox Store, specialized in selling different breeds of foxes.

As Zeng Shen approached the entrance, a warning sounded in his ear.

"Leaving isn't an option," Zeng Shen thought, eyes narrowing with a grin.

He hadn't expected to encounter a deity's kin in the first store, a good omen indeed.

Without hesitation, he entered the store.

The shop owner, a middle-aged blond man, greeted him, "Hey, young man, looking to buy a fox?"

"Yes," Zeng Shen nodded, instinctively using his Peeping Eye on the owner.

To his surprise, the feedback showed the owner wouldn't survive the next three years.

Meaning, any intelligent species in the pet store would eventually fall to others if left unattended.

But now, they would belong to him.

Some cages held two large foxes, others several smaller ones.

All appeared well-kept and healthy, with sleek, long fur, pointed ears, and bushy tails.

Their alluring, oval eyes resembled those of charming beauties, lazily watching him with a hint of seduction.

Instantly, Zeng Shen was captivated by the foxes.

The middle-aged owner, seeing Zeng Shen's interest, led him further inside, explaining, "Our pet foxes are all approved breeds. This red variety is called the red fox."

Zeng Shen used his Peeping Eye on the red foxes in the cages.

Shaking his head, Zeng Shen declined the golden foxes and turned to the ten cages of snow-white foxes.

He targeted the largest white fox with his Peeping Eye.

He systematically used his Peeping Eye on the thirty white foxes, discovering only half were intelligent species, while the rest were exotic beasts that wouldn't survive three years.

Though slightly disappointed, he instructed the owner to place these fifteen white foxes in five large cages before moving on to other fox groups.

The owner, seeing Zeng Shen's continued interest, eagerly introduced more foxes.

"These are silver black foxes, these are color foxes, these are sand foxes..."

As the owner introduced each group, Zeng Shen continued using his Peeping Eye.

Among them, he found two silver black foxes destined to become dark-type Shadow Foxes with lord-level qualifications, and three sand foxes that would evolve into elite earth-type Desert Fox Beasts.

Only these would survive the next three years.

After nearly twenty minutes in the fox store, ensuring no fox was overlooked, Zeng Shen arranged for his chosen pets to be loaded onto the large truck outside.

He then proceeded to the next pet shop.

The next shop specialized in hunting dogs, but none of the animals would survive three years or become intelligent species.

Zeng Shen speculated the dogs in this shop had likely been drained of their divine potential by the neighboring foxes.

The two neighboring shops specializing in hedgehogs and hamsters similarly contained no survivors beyond three years.

The fourth store focused on rabbits, the fifth on cats, and the sixth on...

After visiting eight shops without any alerts, Zeng Shen reached the ninth, a snake shop, where a familiar warning sounded.
