Jin received the mission completion award soon and his Kill points which were resting at 8k jumped to 33k the next instant.

'I feel more secure now,' Jin thought with a sense of relief.

Brown, who had finished dusting off his clothes, asked the next moment, "So what are your plans now? You have mastered all the five essential areas which is way above what a newly appointed assassin is expected to do. There's nothing much left here for you to do,"

Understanding what Brown meant Jin responded, "I'll of course stay here until the end and help others with their training so that they could pass the final test with no problem,"

"Hmm," Brown looked at him interestingly and continued, "do that then, though I expect you to help me during the lunch preparation since you're not training,"

"Alright, that won't be a problem," Jin agreed and soon left for the tent where Ice was going through all the related information regarding concealment.

"You're back?!" She asked in a surprised manner as Jin had told that he would be gone for at least a week.

"Yeah, things sorted out sooner than I thought and I returned an hour ago," Jin mentioned.

"That's great. You can now fully focus on your CQC training. On that note, how long do you think it will take for you to beat Brown in CQC?" Ice asked after a thought.

Brown had told them during lunch times on how Jin lost to him and how he still needed to practice a lot in CQC if he wanted to pass its final test.

She was curious to know Jin's thoughts on this issue, so she asked this question.

"Oh, that? I just came here to meet you after beating him. So there's no need to worry about that," Jin waved his hand in a nonchalant manner as he explained.

"Wh-" Ice looked at him with an unbelievable expression and continued while stammering, "Y-you meant to say that you've finished final tests for all five areas?"

"Yes, I've completed them all with full marks," Jin snickered and continued, "the reason I came here is to help you in honing your skills.

Later, I'll go and do the same for Shadow and Specy.

"Really? Thank you!!" Ice exclaimed gratefully when she heard him. There were a lot of doubts that kept gathering in her mind as she read through more and more texts regarding Concealment.

With Jin's help, she would be able to clear those doubts and get better.

"Don't be. We are a team, remember?" Jin grinned and dragged a chair towards the spot and sat next to her.

Seeing this, a wave of gratefulness welled up inside Ice, and without wasting another moment, she started consulting Jin on all the doubts that had been clouding her mind.

Jin readily answered all the concepts which Ice was finding difficult to understand in the simplest manner possible which further raised Ice's admiration for Jin.

Like this, three hours passed, and Jin soon bid her goodbye.

"I'll go and help the others then, work hard," Jin waved his hand and left for the mud hut.

"You sure are diligent, aren't you?" Brown commented from his bed when he saw Jin going towards the underground facility.

"Well, I do want to see them clear their test with ease, so why won't I be?" Jin commented as if it were obvious and walked downstairs.

An impressed expression formed on Brown's face as I muttered to himself, "Camaraderie, huh? I never thought I would see something like that develop in this academy,"

He lit a cigarette the next moment and thought while puffing out the smoke as a sense of light-headedness took over him, and he thought of his early days.

All his teammates were out for each other's blood back then and never trusted each other.

'I wonder if things would have ended differently if we had bonded like this…' Brown thought for a second and before shaking those thoughts away.

Meanwhile, Jin walked inside the long white underground passage and surprised Shadow with his presence by calling him through the mic outside the training room.

"You're back!" he exclaimed.

"Yes, I'm back, now show me how much you've improved," Jin said through the mic without wasting any time.

"Haha, lemme show you then, "Shadow said with a grin and showed Jin the progress in his Swift Steps.

Jin focused on his form while keeping an eye on the sound graph on the computer screen beside him and noted down a few points.

A while later, when Shadow exited the training room covered in sweat, Jin started pointing out the subtle changes he should implement on his form to become better.

Shadow noted them all down in his mind and started a conversation with Jin while taking a breather.

Realising that he had completed all five areas and would be accompanying them until the end to help with their improvement, Shadow couldn't help but look at Jin with admiration.

'Now that's what a true teammate is,' Shadow thought to himself and asked a few doubts that had been lingering in his mind.

By ten o'clock at night, Jin left Shadow to train by himself and went to look for Specy.

Specy was beyond jubilant when Jin told him everything and asked all the doubts that had been bugging him during these days.

Jin was like a golden vault filled with computer knowledge in his eyes, and he wanted to learn as much as possible from him and gain expertise.

Seeing such enthusiasm, Jin didn't hold back anything and answered all the queries that Specy had in his mind.

Noticing Specy's expression changing with each sentence, Jin couldn't help but chuckle inwardly, 'He's like a sponge. Absorbing everything I'm giving him,"

It was only at around one in the morning that Jin returned to his shelter for rest. He was mentally exhausted, and sleep took over him within seconds.
