Chapter 207 : S.H.I.E.L.D. Level 7 Agent Kadoya
"This guy seems to be calling us." Kaito Daiki lightly tapped the man next to him with a magenta camera slung around his neck, a teasing smirk on his face.
The man being filmed, Kadoya Tsukasa, frowned and brushed off Kaito's hand from his shoulder with mild irritation. "Kaito, this is a magenta camera. It has nothing to do with pink. He's definitely not calling us."
Tsukasa's sharp reply made Kaito laugh out loud. He patted Tsukasa's shoulder again and grinned. "Relax, it's just a joke. Don't take everything so seriously."
At that moment, Tsukasa suddenly felt something in his pocket. He reached in and pulled out an ID badge.
It read clearly:
[Kadoya Tsukasa]
[Level 7 S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent]
Kamen Rider Decade looked at the card and realized this was his current identity in this universe.
He wasn't surprised—each time he entered a new world, he would receive a fresh background and status.
He had previously worked as a chef, a delivery guy, and even a covert operative.
Due to his unique circumstances, he could traverse the multiverse—as long as there were Kamen Riders present.
His greatest joy was traveling across dimensions to challenge the younger generations of Riders and convert them into new cards.
As long as he had a card, he could transform into that specific Kamen Rider.
He prided himself on being the most "caring" Kamen Rider in the multiverse—no one cared as much as he did.
Now, in this Marvel universe, he could sense several Kamen Riders had already been born here. That bald man who had blocked his path before didn't interfere this time.
That alone made Tsukasa curious.
Could a powerhouse like that really have fallen?
If he had a chance to meet Kazuto Kadoya—himself from another universe—he wouldn't mind a friendly duel. But his priority was to find his lovely juniors.
He also remembered that the man next door—Kaito Daiki—was technically an illegal resident in this dimension, meaning he wouldn't have the same identity perks.
Sure enough, the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents began noticing inconsistencies.
One agent examined the report in his hand and murmured, "No, it says only one person checked in today." He looked up at Tsukasa and Kaito and realized there was no record for Kaito Daiki in the system.
"Intruder alert!" the agent said, instantly on edge. He activated his comm and reported the situation. The next second, he drew his firearm and pointed it at both of them. "Hands where I can see them!"
Kaito Daiki remained calm and composed, even with the gun aimed at him.
He glanced at Tsukasa with a smirk. "Well, I'll go hunt for treasure first." And just like that, he activated his dimensional wall and vanished into thin air.
Tsukasa watched him leave and shook his head with a sigh.
The S.H.I.E.L.D. agent stood dumbfounded for a moment before snapping back into focus. He turned to Tsukasa with a serious expression. "What's your connection to the man who just disappeared? I suspect you're working together. You'll need to come with me. Our superior wants to see you."
Although the agent didn't resort to force, his tone left no room for argument.
Kadoya Tsukasa, still curious about this universe, decided to follow and see what he could learn.
Meanwhile, Kaito Daiki had materialized in a landscape that looked like a blend of medieval architecture and futuristic tech. With a glimmer in his eye, he began his treasure hunt.
Elsewhere, in the heart of Hell's Kitchen, Alex Ray had no idea that Kadoya Tsukasa had already entered the Marvel Universe.
At that moment, Alex was preparing to meet with Tony Stark to request the construction of a dimensional communicator. At the same time, he was waiting for Spider-Man 2099 to track him down.
. . . . . .
Earth-928, New York
Miles Morales had just arrived—and he was in awe.
"This place is so cool!" he exclaimed, wide-eyed.
The landscape wasn't just futuristic—it was alive. Skyscrapers gleamed with tech overlays, and Spider-Men of all kinds zipped through the air on threads of webbing.
Miles followed Gwen Stacy (Spider-Gwen) and Mayday Parker (Mrs. Spider) through the base of the Spider-Society. Each new corner they turned felt like discovering another layer of reality.
It was incredible—so many versions of himself all in one place.
"This is the main lobby. Welcome to Spider-Man HQ," Gwen said, gesturing ahead.
Miles looked up and saw dozens, maybe hundreds, of Spider-Men weaving through the air like gravity didn't apply.
Some leapt across rooftops, others clung to walls or dangled upside-down midair, suspended by silken lines.
Miles was overwhelmed, amazed.
"Impressive, huh? Most of them are part-timers," Gwen added with a wink, amused by his stunned expression.
Soon they reached the far end of the base, where Spider-Man 2099—Miguel O'Hara—stood silently, eyes fixed on surveillance footage of Miles.
There was an unreadable emotion in his gaze. Something like tension. Maybe even dread.
As soon as Miles stepped into the room, Miguel slowly turned around. His eyes blazed like searchlights, drilling straight through Miles' soul.
"I'm glad to be here," Miles said earnestly. "I've got a plan to catch The Spot."
The Spot—Miles' nemesis—had turned his body into a multidimensional gateway of black holes, allowing him to travel through the multiverse at will.
Suddenly, Spider-Man 2099's face darkened. Without warning, he threw a piece of equipment across the room, shattering it against the wall.
"You're worried about The Spot? I should be the one worried!" Miguel's voice was a low growl as he started pacing like a caged beast.
"What did I do wrong?" Miles asked, clearly shaken, his voice uncertain.
Gwen bit her lip, glancing between them. She wanted to defend Miles, but the words caught in her throat.
"What's going on?" Miles finally blurted, confusion tightening his chest.
"There's another black hole!" Miguel snapped. "One after another—like this!"
His voice was tired, bitter. You could hear the fatigue of multiversal crises piling up in his tone.
The chaos caused by Alex Ray and now Miles had pushed him past his limit.
Miguel knew Alex could handle these threats, but the teenager in front of him? He wasn't so sure.
He'd already guessed that Alex had handled one of the incidents. Miguel planned to confront him next—after he cleaned up this new mess.
He was sick of incompetent teammates and unpredictable anomalies.
"I trusted you two with the truth," Miguel shouted, pointing at Gwen and Hobie Brown (Spider-Punk), "and you still let him run free!"
Miles stood frozen, unsure what to say.
Then a calm voice called from the doorway: "Easy. He's just a kid. And what kind of master would I be if I didn't take responsibility?"
Miles turned and saw Peter Parker—the Buddhist version—entering the room with a baby strapped to his chest.
The middle-aged Spider-Man gave a warm smile as he stepped forward.
"I'm not about to let the universe collapse," Peter said gently, "but we've got to find a way to stop blaming each other for every fracture."
