IN THIS LIFE I CHOSE TO BE A VILLAIN

Witira entered my mansion she wore her uniform as usual and was observing her surroundings. I cleared my throat in an attempt to grab her attention which for others can be nothing more than a trick, but frankly speaking It was my way of distracting her from observing our surroundings, because people can get to know many things just from their surroundings and here was a police officer so taking a chance was out of the box, and on top of that I didn't want her to learn anything extra other than what I would be telling, which if known can be dangerous to my plan.

Anyways my attempt was successful and Witira turned her gaze towards me and took initiative to talk saying "your house looks good". Smiling at her words I said"It feels so good to receive a compliment from the great Witira"

My words seemed to have touched her nerve as her face turned cold, revising my words I myself felt that my words sounded flirtatious rather than compliment, explaining my previous words I said "Sorry I got a little excited since I heard from your people that Miss Witira was a bit stingy when it comes to praising people"

With my explanation Witira's expression improved, and she said "People's words are not always true Mr. Oberoi, so it becomes important for one to have an opinion of their own" not wanting to continue the topic I said

"Miss Witira I would like to make a request if it's okay with you".

Witira while thinking something nodded her head and said "Sure as long as it's in my power". Recieving hr approval I said"Miss Witira in our home we usually have our lunch at 1° clock, and now it's already 12:45, so I would be grateful if we could start your interrogation after lunch"

Witira didn't semm bothered by it and said"Well it's okay, I am the fault here anyway I should have visited you earlier, but my work didn't allow me to".

I played the role of an understanding citizen and said "I know you are busy person and there should have been something important to deal and which couldn't be postponed I get it so no worries, our staff will prepare some food for you and your subordinates, so please make yourselves comfortable".

She seemed bothered to have food at our place intially but her subordinates expressions made her change her decision.

I didn't want to her to spend more time at my place either

For a minute I just thought 'it would have been better for me to go the police station instead of asking Witira to come'even if it was uncomfortable for me to move', I should have gone to police station instead of asking Witira to come'

I was cursing myself inwardly and talking with Witira.....
