NOVEL NEXT Chapter 2: Encounter with the Straw hat pirates

Jason looked at the screen infront of him shocked 'Capture Luffy? No it only says engage in combat that means it's fine even if I don't win or capture them.' Jason who was standing in the middle of the streets started running towards the execution platform.
Execution platform
Smoker looking at Luffy who smiled as he was about to be executed. "He smiled?"
Suddenly as the executioner Buggy the Clown lightning struck the plat form. Before he could even comprehend what he just saw he heard a voice "Shi shi shi! I'm alive! Lucky me!" it was straw hat Luffy and next to him was Buggy charred by the lightning strike.
"Captain Smoker!" Smoker turned around to see a marine wearing the Justice coat recognized him as Lieutenant Jason "I'll chase down the Straw Hat pirates, please finish off the Buggy Pirate they are a much bigger group of pirate!" Jason shouted before he ran towards the direction where he saw Luffy and the others running
Before Smoker was able to reply he saw Jason already too far to reach "All of you, let's finish this up quick!" Smoker shouted as he prepared to fight
Alleyway
Jason after running for so long saw the Straw Hat Pirates still running "Stop right there Straw Hat!" Jason shouted and to his surprise Luffy actually stopped wwith the others also stopping looking shocked by Luffy's action
"Who are you?" Luffy asked curious of Jason who was standing before him
"I'm Lieutenant Jason and I'm here to take you where you belong prison." Jason said
"A swordsmen?" Zoro questioned as he looked at Jason's sword while unsheathing his katana
"Wait, Zoro you guys go ahead I'll handle him" Luffy stopped Zoro and said confidentially
"You sure? He seems quite tough." Ussop asked worried while hiding behind Sanji
Zoro sheathed his blade reluctantly following Luffy's order "Let's go Luffy's strong he should be able to beat this guy." Zoro said as he started running towards their ship with the rest of the crew leaving Luffy behind

'As expected very strong to be worth so much points.' Jason mused as Luffy started charging towards him. Jason quickly jumped above Luffy and punched Luffy on the head. Luffy being a rubber human felt nothing continued attacking
"Gum Gum Pistol!" Luffy spoke as his fist stretched towards Jason
Jason quickly rolled to the side and rushed towards Luffy and prepared for a quick draw
Luffy, in a state of panic, attempted to use his other hand to halt Jason's advance. However, Jason swiftly seized Luffy's arm faking the quick draw, yanked him forcefully closer and pined him to the floor. 'Is this enough?' Jason thought as he checked the floating Screen again

You may have the strength but lack the skill" Jason spoke as he was about to reach for Demon-Slasher, but suddenly he was stopped. "Dragon?" Jason said looking back to see none other then Monkey. D. Dragon the most wanted man in the world

'Question marks? How strong is he that the system can't tell?' Jason who was was in thought was suddenly kicked by Dragon, towards a building
"Huh? I'm free?" Luffy said feeling the weight pushing him down suddenly disappeared Luffy looked around for a few seconds before he started running towards the port "Shishishi, did that guy get hungry? Lucky Me!" Luffy said as he happily made his was to Going Merry. Dragon who now stood on top of a building smiled as he saw the young pirate head out to the sea
"What's the meaning of this Dragon?" Dragon turned around to see Jason standing up shaking. 'What's going on? I can barely even stand, even after covering myself with chakra' While Jason tried to maintain a strong appearance, it was clear to all that he was deeply shaken.
Suddenly as Jason was about to speak once more, Jason's body started to fall his eyes slowly closing. When Jason woke up he saw a unfamiliar ceiling "You awake?" Jason tuned to the side and saw Smoker sitting next to his bed
"Captain Smoker? What happened?" Jason ask his head still messed up
"You were found unconscious on the road" Smoker said as he took a puff from his cigar "Did you meet Dragon?" Smoker asked
"Dragon? That's right Dragon!" Jason who was confused for a second quickly stood up remembering what happened before he lost consciousness "How long have I been passed out?"
"A day, after I finished with the Buggy pirates I searched for Straw hat and met Dragon. You were defeated by him right?" Smoker questioned as Jason nodded "I'm planning on chasing them down to the Grand Line are you willing to come?" Smoker asked to Jason who's attention was mostly on the floating screen infront of him

"Good, we'll be leaving tomorrow prepare yourself." Jason watched as Smoker spoke while leaving the room

"Is everyone ready?" Smoker asked as he started to get on the prepared warship with Jason
"I've double checked the numbers, everyone is on board Captain Smoker" Jason replied
"Good, set sail for the Grand Line!" Smoker commanded. Smoker then turned around to Jason "After we enter the Grand Line we will split up to cover more grounds" Jason nodded at Smoker's word "Tashigi, take Jason to his room"
"Yes, Captain" Tashigi replied as Smoker left. "Hello, Lieutenant Jason, I'm Master Chief Petty Officer Tashigi" Jason watched as Tashigi stared at Demon-Slasher after intoducing herself
'Tashigi, one of the more famous character in One Piece. The girl who has a dream even more ridiculous then becoming the Pirate King. Seriously she would be facing people like Mihawk, Whitebeard, and even Zoro to achieve her goal' Jason thought inwardly "It's nice to meet you and are you interested in swords?" Tashigi nodded slightly startled being caught staring at his sword
"Yes, my dream is to gather all the world's meito from undeserving pirates" Tashigi proudly spoke
'Yeah, that's definitely not happening' "I see well then I wish you luck" Jason **encouraged** Tashigi, who smiled brightly by the encouragement
"Thank you" Tashigi thanked and the two arrived infront of a room "This would be your room for now, if there is anything you need please ask any of the soldiers to help"
"Thanks for the help" Jason thanked and said goodbye to Tashigi. He entered his room and sighed and spoke to himself "Things are going to get messy". Jason looked outside the window of his room 'Should I let the story go as it should've or should I mess up the story line?"' Jason thought to himself truly unsure what to do.

'Let's try out that summoning jutsu' Jason thought as he started going through hand signs

"Summoning Jutsu" Jason completing the hand seal slapped the floor and smoke covered the room blinding Jason. When the smoke cleared infront of him was a giant brown hawk with dark markings around his eyes and red marking around his beak. 'Garuda?' Jason recognized the giant hawk as Garuda Sasuke's summoning Hawk.
The giant hawk Garuda stared at Jason for a second before it showcased a summoning Scroll it hid within its wings.
Jason silently took the Scroll and opened the scroll to see it empty 'So this isn't the same scroll Sasuke signed? Is it a totally different summoning scroll?'
Jason brought out a kunai and cut his thumb, once enough blood came out he started writing on the scroll his name with blood.
After finishing Jason rolled up the Scroll again and handed it back to Garuda, who took the Scroll and disappeared with smoke once again covering the room.
'Good now I have a faster way to travel then boats'
Jason laid down to rest before he suddenly heard sounds of cannons firing. "Pirate attack!" he heard a shout from outside and sighed 'Yup, definitely the world of One Piece'
