"Lieutenant Jason, there has been a report about the Dual blade pirates nearing Loguetown shall we follow?" a Warrant Officer spoke.
A young man seemingly in his twenties with blue hair and pale skin was sitting in a middle of a office looking through paperwork's.
"We'll chase them down" the young man named Jason replied. "Go rally the soldiers we will be leaving soon" the Warrant Officer nodded before leaving, Jason now being alone in his office before he sighed
"It's been 4 years since I came to this One Piece world" Jason spoke to himself, Jason was transmigrated to the One Piece world 4 years ago as a Chief Petty Officer and was able to become a Lieutenant for his knowledge of the One Piece world and planning
Jason brought out a bounty poster from his drawer. "Straw hat Luffy, Bounty 30 million berries" Jason mused while looking at the poster for a few minutes. 'If my calculation is correct, Luffy should be nearing Loguetown by now.' he thought before he suddenly heard a small Ding~ as a screen appeared infront of him

Jason immediately stood from his seat "System what's your function?" Jason asked not knowing how to react to the sudden arrival of the system.
[The systems name is Gacha Template System. Notice the host can currently open a beginners pack]

'Yes' Jason sat down again after calming down

"I have a basic idea what your main function is but explain to me your function system" Jason spoke wearing his Justice coat that one on a coat rack while leaving the office
[Of course host, the Gacha template system is as you would call a dual system with both the template and Gacha systems abilities, you can use the Gacha points given to you to obtain special items. As for the Template system, it will chose a random character that matches your current needs to improve you'll be able to draw a different template after you've finished your template.]

Jason stared at the floating screen in front of him shocked. It took him years of hard work to achieve his rank with his lacking strength but in seconds he obtained that lacking strength through the system. Jason stood up again and headed towards the warship and got on.
"Set sail, head to Loguetown" Jason commanded to the marine soldiers and headed inside his room within the warship. And brought out a Den Den Mushi and dialed a number
"Hello?" a voice came from the Den Den Mushi
"Captain Smoker, this is Lieutenant Jason from the 10th branch of East Blue" Jason spoke "We're currently chasing the Dual blade pirates and we would like to ask for support, they're currently heading to Loguetown and I'm hoping we could surround them."
"Dual blade pirates? The crew of Sword Freak Kai?" Smoker questioned as he looked for the man in topics bounty poster. Smoker stopping at the correct bounty read out "Sword Freak Kai Bounty 10 million berries. A decently high bounty alright, I'll have some marine soldiers stationed near different ports."
"Thank you for your support" Jason spoke
"You can thank me after we capture those pirates" Smoker replied before ending the call
Jason sighed in relief, and brought the system screen up and looked at the systems features he hasn't checked yet

[The Bounty system's main function is to allow you to gather more Gacha points, when you defeat Marines, Pirates, or any strong living being you'll be given the Gacha points. The Quest system is there to give you sudden quest to help you increase your completion of Templates and give you additional rewards.]
'Hmm alright' Jason then tried clicking on the Gacha feature

"System what's the difference between this Special Role and Regular role?" Jason asked curious as his hand looked at the choices he had
[Special Roles give you higher chance of getting an item related to that world for example you have a higher chance of obtaining a weapon or ninjutsu from the Naruto world with the Naruto Chest. Regular Roles gives you a chance to unlock other special roles, once you obtain a weapon or ability that is at least Silver rank from that specific world you can unlock its special roles.]
Jason pondered looking at his choice "The Naruto Chest could possibly get me a ninjutsu to use after all I can only channel lightning style to my blade right now. But I could get more variety with the silver chest." Jason pondered for a few more minute "System roll the Silver chest 10 times"

"A Gold!" Jason looked delighted 'Demon-Slasher Katana, if I remember right it's a blade used by Asta from that anime Black Clover. Though everything else doesn't really matter' as Jason was lost in thought a knock was heard on the door
"Lieutenant Jason we're nearing Loguetown and the Dual Pirates are in sight" the Warrant Officer from before spoke from out side
Jason Hearing this came out from his room. "Is Captain Smoker anywhere in sight?" Jason asked with Demon Slasher now on his waist
"No, but few navy soldiers are currently facing the pirates" the Warrant Officer replied
"Full speed ahead towards that ship we'll strike them from the side" Jason spoke as he prepared for battle
On the pirate ship the ship was in a total mess bodies of pirates and marines were scattered every where and the battle was still raging on
"Captain" One of the pirates on the ship called out to his captain who just killed a marine soldier with his dual katana
"What is it!?" Kai spoke agitated by his crew member stopping him from continuing the slaughter
"A warship is approaching us from the side!" the pirate spoke panicked
"What!"
"Seriously a warship!?"
"We already lost so many of our men's though!"
The remaining members of the pirate crew spoke panic in their voice
"Shut it all of you!" Kai shouted at his crew agitated "I'm Sword Freak Kai! Have you ever seen me lose? Even if we lost some men's I can easily crush those Marine bugs!"
The crew hearing this realized and cheered
"He's right we were worrying for nothing, captains invincible and can never lose to some Marines" a pirate said once again confident and energized with the rest of the crew ready for battle
Suddenly a blue blur went past several of the pirates on the ship and before they noticed they fell to the floor.
"W-what?" Kai spoke shocked after all even if these guys weren't strong there were more then 35 men's still standing just a few minutes ago suddenly fell to the floor unconscious
"Not so confident now are you?" a voice spoke above Kai. He slowly looked up to see Jason sitting on a barrel
"Who are you?" Kai asked wearily
"Lieutenant Jason at your service. Sword Freak Kai you're under arrest for the destruction of 4 villages, slaughter of more then 200 civilian, and stealing swords from the wealthy" Jason spoke calmly as he looked at the small screen that popped up infront of him

'Not bad' Jason thought as he jumped off from the barrel he was on and stood infront of Kai
"Now the way I see it you have two choices, surrender yourself, or I'll have to use force" Jason spoke at Kai who just sneered at him
"Like hell I'm going to give up! I'm the man that shall rule this world!" Kai shouted as hist body started to change. Fins grew on his back and arms, with a fish tail growing from his back, and a giant saw on his forehead
'A Zoan? He was a devil fruit user, no wonder he's worth so many GP' Jason thought as Kai started to laugh manically
"Horrified Marine? I ate the Fish Fish fruit model: Sawfish!" Kai spoke proudly "Be honored Marine this is my first time showing off my true power!"
Jason unsheathed Demon-Slasher "I will admit in this small pond called East Blue you are indeed strong" Kai's grin widened after hearing this but then frowned "But Unluckily for you I'm stronger" Jason suddenly disappeared from Kai's sight and appeared behind him and swung his sword
As the katana neared Kai's neck it was suddenly stopped by Kai who used his fin to block the slash "Is that all you've got Marine!?" Kai spoke confidently and pushed Jason away and prepared to fight but then saw something that shocked him. The fin he used to block Jason's sword has been cut blood leaving the wound "W-what?"
Jason just looked at Kai with a small screen floating at the corner of his eye

"So you ready to give up?" Jason asked once again Kai responded with a charge the saw on his head spinning ready to cut Jason to shreds. Jason easily jumped over the enraged Kai and swiftly cut his head finishing the fight

Jason seeing the promised reward from the system given smiled and watched the marine soldiers cuffing the unconscious pirate and patching up the wounded.
"How many men's have we lost?" Jason asked to the Warrant Officer next to him
"23 Marine soldiers were found dead, 5 are seriously wounded and the rest only has few scratches and bruises." the Warrant Officer spoke
As Jason was about to comment about the number of casualties, his Den Den Mushi started ringing "Hello? Lieutenant Jason speaking" Jason said as he started to notice rain falling down
"Lieutenant Jason have you arrived in Loguetown?" Smoker's voice was heard from the Den Den Mushi
"Yes, we've just finished dealing with the Dual blade pirates." Jason replied
"Quickly come to the execution platform the Buggy pirates are trying to execute the straw hat Luffy and we would need help to capture the rest of the Straw Hat and Buggy Pirates" Smoker spoke urgently. Jason hearing this was surprised before he calmed down
'So Luffy really did arrive in Loguetown.' "I'll be on my way" Jason ended the call as he immediately started running through the streets of Logue town when suddenly a screen popped up.
