Alice’s playful voice came from beside me. In her hand was the one-eyed wolf’s hand, dripping with bright red blood. The one-eyed wolf clutched his wound in agony.

Ariel, too, was skillfully taking care of the troops. Her water bullets pierced the wolves’ heads without hesitation, creating refreshing holes, and any enemy that got close was skewered by her trident.

I panted heavily. No matter how despicable the pig was, to the point where I didn’t care if it was eaten alive, I never wanted to see it castrated right before my eyes.

The wolf smacked its lips and gently placed the fork on the blood-stained tablecloth.

I let out a horrified gasp as I looked at the one-eyed wolf’s head on the table. Blood-soaked Alice approached with light steps. She smiled and spoke to the wolf boss.

“Greedy wolf, we’re going to roast the pig whole, so why don’t you split open your subordinate’s head and eat the brain inside?”

“…Hmm. I refuse. Same species don’t taste good.”

Does that mean he’s eaten his own kind before? Insane, truly. The wolf boss, who seemed to have a history of eating any creature he could, looked me straight in the eye.

When the wolf snapped his fingers, two shadows sprang out from behind him. One pounced on Ellis, and the other darted towards me.

The wolf boss stood up and began to walk slowly towards us.

With a simple answer, the black wolves, moving as nimbly as ninjas, began to unleash sharp attacks on Ariel and Ellis without giving them a moment’s rest. The two were unable to easily respond to the continuous attacks and were distanced from me.

I took a step back. The difference in size between me and the wolf was like that of an adult and a child. Seeing the wolf approaching me with murderous intent, I knew for sure.

I clutched my chest, my heart pounding as if it would burst, and looked for a place to hide. If I kept running, I’d get caught anyway. I had to buy time here. Time for the others to defeat the black wolf and come to rescue me!

The inside of the house was a mess, with broken furniture scattered everywhere. There wasn’t a proper place to hide, so I ended up in the kitchen.

Around me were pots of boiling water and various cooking utensils. The ceiling cabinet was too narrow for me to fit in, and the lower cabinet was too obvious.
