Chapter 515: The Fog and the Prince
The young boy raised his bow and inspected it. "Have my powers gone down? I don't think so."
Minos gulped as he examined what just happened. The arrow was wrapped with magic that gave it a thousand times more power. If it wasn't for his electric field that countered two-thirds of the power, he would've perished.
"That arrow could obliterate even a forest golem," the boy said. "Are you someone stronger that of a forest golem?"
"My name is Minos," Minos said. "And I will be your end."
"Then my name is Raian," the boy introduced. "I am your end."
Minos wielded his iron mallet and wrapped it with an electric charge. He then slammed it on the ground, splitting the soil that reached up to where Raian was.
The boy was fast and swift. He leaped off of where he was and immediately aimed his arrow at Minos. "Starlight Fall."
It was a split second moment that no ordinary human could see but magic was wrapped around the arrow before Raian fired it.
The color of the magic was multi-colored like the cosmos and was similar to Galaxia and Francoise's Shattered Starlight and Broken Starlight respectively.
And as someone who had prior knowledge about how strong these skills were, Minos prepared himself for the worst case scenario and raised his shield as much as he can.
"Bull's Iron Will!" Minos cast and slammed the pommel of his mallet. He channeled his energy into the head of his mallet and created an electric forcefield around them. "Woman, can you still fight?"
"My name is Desirei," the woman said. "I am here in order to fulfill my duty as the commander of Belowell Empire's Imperial Knights. There were seven of us but this fog murdered all of my men. I thought you were one of the attackers."
"Belowell Empire? But we are here for something," Minos said. "Why would we attack you when it was you who came to us?"
"Came to you?" Desirei contorted her face in confusion. "This is a town on the outskirts of Belowell, what do you mean?"
This further confused Minos. "Desirei, this is Avancia. You are currently standing on the Azure Palace's barren grounds."

"Where the hell are they?" George sighed after him and Ethan wandered around the thick fogs for several minutes now.
"I don't think they're still here," Ethan said. "Their presence completely vanished. It feels like nothing is around us at all."
"This thick fog is hindering our magic perception if that's what you mean," Minos said. "You can barely feel that we're in a Palace right now."
"True," Ethan sighed. "But how do we get out of–"
A giant dog leaped out of nowhere. Ethan who was supposed to be the target of the dog was pushed to the back by George who turned around and received the damage.
Ethan was beyond shock after he saw the gush of blood from his friend's back. "George!"
The man looked up to see his injured friend, only for him to be disappointed when he saw George's pleasured face. "Freaking masochist. Seriously. You felt good right now?"
"I kinda liked the pain when the claws grazed my skin," George said. "It feels good that I don't think I could ever live without it."
This earned him a kick from Ethan. "Your mind is so messed up that it's disgusting."
"Whatever you say, hon," George muttered but suddenly fell on top of Ethan. The latter wasn't able to anticipate the sudden unconsciousness that they both fell to the ground.
"What is this?" Ethan growled. "Why in the hell are you so heavy?"
"Good doggy, good doggy," a soft male voice spoke. He had long purple hair that he tied to a low bun while his clothes were white that resembled a royalty. "Punish those who deserved to be punished."
"And who the hell are you?" Ethan asked. He pushed George off of him, the man rolling to the side as he stand and raised his guard. "Why are you here?"
"Can't the prince of his kingdom enjoy his– you're that boy," the man said. "That Adventurer from Avancia. What are you doing here?"
"Prince Willis?" Ethan narrowed his eyes. "Barragon is quite far from here. Why are you here, sir?"
"Here?" Willis quirked his brow up. "But I am in my garden playing with my dogs, Madman, Psycho, and Maniac."
"Sir, this is the Azure Palace grounds," Ethan said. "This is not Barragon."
"So, that's why this place looked odd," Willis smirked. "But anyway, I should get going. Psycho, Maniac. Come here my boys!"
With a loud whistle from the prince, two more gigantic dogs approached them. They were like puppies around the prince, acting soft and kind but the moment they looked at another person, they turn feriocous.
"Can you send us back?" Willis asked the dog who attacked George, Madman. The dog sniffed the air along with the other two, but they shook their heads when they couldn't find anything.
"That's odd," Willis pouted. "Sennel Wolves like you should have the best sense of smel. How come you couldn't find home?"
"Our magic perception has also been interfered because of this fog," Ethan said. He leaned down to shake George awake to which the latter immediately did.
"I'm really glad I gained Self Medication skill," George sighed. "If it wasn't for that, I would've been in a coma."
"Prince Willis, do you know how you got a thousand miles away from your kingdom?" Ethan asked. "This area is really far from your capital. How is that?"
The prince placed his hands on his waist. "I don't know exactly how but we had this meeting about the Prophesized Boy and after that I went to the garden to play. Then there was this fog and now I'm here."
"Yeah," a voice butted in. "You're the furthest from here, so Trick overdid himself and now he's sleeping."
"I am?" Willis asked. "I guess my kingdom is quite far from here."
"It is," the voice replied.
Ethan, George, and Willis froze and slowly looked to the side where a small doll hovered in the air. "Nice to meet you. My name is Chevon, and I'm here to destroy you as one of Malice's Vassals."
