I Know the Secret to Surpass Level 100

Chapter 514: Granada

His body was like living breathing water. When he was born, his mother panicked after she had too much water flowing out of her when her water broke.

Little did they know, Aquarius was part of those water. He manifested himself not a few seconds later, making everyone in the room gasp in shock.

As he grew older, his state would often switch when he couldn't focus on maintaining his shape. A single sneeze would blow away his entire head, forming a pond on the ground with it.

It was when he started desiring to become an Adventurer that he started to train his body. Before, he was concealing himself. He was maintaining focus on not to mess up, but all this time he was only punishing himself.

What he needed to do was feel free and accept himself.

The sword pierced through his chest, but the wielder gasped in shock when the wound was inexistent. Instead, Aquarius's entire body became water and traveled a couple of meters away before remanifesting himself.

"Who are you?" Aquarius asked. "What are you doing here?"

He inspected the man's clothing. It was different from the ones that they wore in Avancia. It was like they were wearing less clothing and thinner type of garments.

"You're not from Avancia, aren't you?" Aquarius asked as he wielded his sword. "Answer me."

"The Child that was Kissed by the Seas," the man spoke. "It's not you, isn't it?"

The blue-haired noble was silent for a couple of seconds. "What do you mean?"

"We are sent here to collect the Trinitum," the man said. "The three powerful people under the wing of the Prophesized Boy."

"You're a servant of Malice?" Aquarius smirked. "You should've said so earlier. Aqua Slash."

Aquarius ejected multiple blades made of water toward the man. The latter sighed before blocking all of the water blades that were thrown at him.

With a series of swift movements, he successfully blocked all of the attacks. "I am at a complete disadvantage here. But not really."

Aquarius appeared behind him. The blue-haired man slashed his sword across the mysterious man's torso. There he gasped when he saw a similar effect on the man.

Instead of turning into water, the man's wounds were now sand. His entire torso became sand and it scattered all across his body before he too put a distance between them before remanifesting himself.

"I am not here to fight you," the man said which made Aquarius scoff.

"You stabbed me earlier," Aquarius growled. "Now you're saying that you don't want to fight?  What kind of messed up thinking is that?"

"I am from the Kingdom of Granada," the man touched his chest and bowed. "My name is Ballas and I am here to help you against Malice."

"This will be interesting," Aquarius smirked. "But I have three questions before you continue."

"And I will answer them to the best of my abilities," Ballas replied. "What answers can satisfy an Alorde such as you?"

"First, why the hell did you attack me?" Aquarius muttered. "The second one is what is your intention by coming to Avancia? And the last one would be why did you put this fog here?"

"I'm sorry for the assault, but I did it so it would act like–" Ballas suddenly stopped. "This fog isn't ours. Someone else did this. And that person is here."

"I feel that too," Aquarius stepped closer to Ballas, and the two of them faced against each other, circling and waiting for the person's attack. "Ready yourself. This person is strong."

"I don't know why she sent me here, but I guess I just have to oblige."

They both froze when they heard a young girl speak in between their backs. They immediately leaped back and turned around, seeing a young blonde girl in a pink dress.

"I really hate it," the child sighed. "But since I am already here, might as well have fun, right?"

"Now who are you?" Aquarius asked. "And what is a child doing here?"

"There are three groups of four among the Vassals," the child said. "The first four are the weakest which involved Paphet, Avery, Lia, and Pixie. The remaining one that is on top of the food chain is Bruno. He is the strongest and his powers rival the first and second group combined."

"What are you talking about, child?" Aquarius asked. "What does Malice have to do with this?"

"I belong to the third group," the child said. "Along with Trick, and two others from the second group, we are here to kill all of the Adventurers in the Azure Palace."

"There's another one?" Aquarius raised his voice. He brandished his sword and fired a large crescent-shaped attack at the child. She only looked at the attack and it vanished before it could even reach her.

"Impossible," Aquarius gritted his teeth. "Then try this."

Aquarius raised his sword and yelled. The ground shook violently and the ground bulged below the child. With a sudden force, a dragon made entirely of water plunged out of the ground.

The young girl flew to avoid the dragon, but it seemed to be following her. "This is annoying."

With a soft blow from her lips, the child was able to blow the entire water dragon out like it was only a bubble.

This left Aquarius and Ballas speechless. Her powers were extraordinarily powerful. Her magic perception was accurate and his physical attributes were top notch.

"My name is Chic," the young girl said. "And I am the most powerful Ethereum user."

Clank. Clank. Clank.

Minos was almost at his limit. He pierced his sword to the ground to support himself as he kneeled in exhaustion.

His entire body felt like they were burning, and his power seemed to be useless against his enemy which was a woman with a rapier.

"How is this possible?" Minos growled. "I keep on getting overpowered when we have a huge gap in strength."

"You only focus on strength," the woman said. "Why not focus on your abilities?"

Minos chuckled. "So, you want me to focus on my skills? That wouldn't be fair in this type of combat."

The woman stepped back and aligned her sword with her body in front of her. "My ability is called Uneven Distribution. I now lost all my defenses in exchange for my offensive capabilities."

"What kind of thing is that?" Minos growled. He forced his body to stand and raised his weapon again. This time, he was going to go all out. He roared when an arrow was going to hit the woman.

He immediately got in between them and blocked the arrow. His body flew in the air by the force. It was too strong even for him.

"But that was just an arrow," Minos couldn't believe it. He took the arrow and saw that it was a normal type of arrow.

"Why did you save me?" the woman ran towards Minos in panic. "I could've handled that."

"You would've died," Minos corrected. "You lost all your defenses. Even an ant biting you could be fatal."

"Oh," a voice spoke from nearby. The fog cleared and a young boy was revealed. "I wasn't able to kill you. What a shame."
