Going For The Dream

Chapter 45: Chapter Forty-Four

Once I was calm Raiven took us on a tour of the college. There were more than I thought there would be. They had everything. They even had a secret training club that Aiden loved. The only members in it were werewolves that wanted to get stronger.

Aiden almost stayed to learn more. If I didn't whine he would have. Once I gave off the little sound he pretty much jumped. He quickly spun around and looked at me wide eyed. If I wasn't in the period where I wanted to be around both my mates I would have left him alone and allowed him to stay.

Once he saw my face a smirk spread across his lips. "Oh, baby boy. I'm staying with you all day." He cupped my cheek.

I felt my face grow hot. I knew I was blushing. I was getting possessive. I averted my gaze.

Raiven seemed to catch onto that. "It's ok to be possessive, Lil bit." He leaned down to be in my view. "We actually like it."

I cocked an eyebrow and looked at Aiden. He nodded. "We love it. It shows us that you care about us just as much as we do you."

I averted my gaze again. "You may say that but I don't want to come across as the mate that controls their mates."

Aiden took ahold my hands. Raiven put his thumb and index finger on my chin and made me look at them. "You don't. You come off as the mate that cares for their mates and always wants to be around them." Aiden smiled at me. "You are an omega. It's common to feel that way."

I kept looking between their eyes. "You think so?"

Raiven smirked. "You remember my mom?"

I nodded. Of course I did. She was the first omega I ever met. She's the one that taught me what it was like to be an omega.

"That's how she is with my dad. There are days she would go without leaving my dads side."

I tilted my head to the side while letting the information sink in. "Ok." I glanced at Aiden. "Go and apply. I know you want to but please no training today. I want to look around with both of you."

Aiden grinned. His smile was so big. "Thanks sweetheart. I'll be right back." He quickly kissed me. He then turned around and ran off to do exactly what I told him.

Raiven pulled me into a hug. My face was buried into his chest. He ran his hand up and down my back. "Good job, baby. I know somewhere that you'll like. Should we wait for Aiden or head over now?"

I moved my head so I was looking up at him with my chin resting on his chest. "Wait for Aiden."

Just as I said that Aiden ran back up to us. "All done. I officially join in a few days."

I slowly turned my head to look at him and gave him a small smile. "Nice. Raiven said he knows somewhere I'll like. Let's go." I pulled back from Raiven.

We started walking again with me in the middle. I loved feeling like I'm protected. We left the building that the training club was in and headed towards another. Soon we were surrounded by other students.

The building Raiven was leading us to had less people than others but there was still a good amount around. Raiven opened the door and let Aiden and I through before following us in. He pulled us to a door further down the hall.

He knocked on the door and waited for it to open. Once it did, a tall alpha stood there with a smile on his face. "Welcome. Come in." He stepped out of the way and made room for us to pass him.

When we walked into the room Raiven turned me around so I was facing toward the door. "Before you look around I want to introduce you to someone."

I looked up at him confused. Introduce me to someone? Who could it be? I looked over at Aiden. He had a gentle smile on his lips. I then looked at the mysterious alpha. He was slightly shorter than Aiden but not by much. He had blonde hair and blue eyes. Similar to Aiden.

"This is Nico Suthers. He is Aiden's Beta." Raiven said bring my attention to him. My head snapped to him. My eyes were wide. My mouth hung open.

"Beta? Aiden's Beta? You're just now introducing us?" This could have been down months ago. Why now?

Aiden stepped up to me and put his hands on my shoulders. "It took a while to get the pack under control. Not all of them were happy with me taking over. Do you remember all those nights I stayed out late or didn't come home at all?" He looked deeply into my eyes.

I nodded. Those nights I hated but I knew he was working on something important. Because I knew that I didn't whine about it and endured. Raiven did make it easier.

"It took hard work and time but I finally got everyone to accept me. The first person to accept me as Alpha was Nico. He was actually the one to request me to become the Alpha."

I glanced over at Nico again. He nodded at me. I looked back at Aiden. I knew there was more to what he was saying.

Aiden sighed. "He's the one that ran into Raiven and I right after we took care of Azule and her father." He looked over at Raiven. "Raiven talked to him a bit and told him to either join a different pack or get a better Alpha. He apparently took that to heart so much that he chose to have me become the Alpha."

He looked back down at me. "He figured since I was originally part of the pack and was one of the ones that took care of the previous Alpha I would be the best person. He helped me convince the rest and even helped get rid of the opposers." He gave a little laugh.

I tilted my head. "Ok. That makes sense but why introduce him to me as your Beta now? Couldn't you have done that months ago?"

Aiden's laugh got louder. "Sorry sweetheart but no. It wasn't until recently he became my Beta." He said while shaking his head.

I glanced over at Nico. He had his right hand fisted over his heart. Do all Betas know that pose? "It's nice to finally meet you, Luna. I'll do all I can to help you however I can. As for now I think you came here for a different reason."

Oh right. We originally came here because Raiven wanted to show me something he thought I would like. I looked over at Raiven and cocked an eyebrow.

Suddenly I saw Nico move in the side of my eye. He walked around me and stopped when he was behind me. "Let me show you what this room is."

I slowly turned around. Nico stood there with his arms spread. I watched him suspiciously. I slowly moved my eyes away from and around the room. I gasped as I took the room in.

It was similar to my room at home but completely different. There were easels everywhere. Small tables next to each easel to make it easier to reach paint tubes, paint brushes, and whatever you would need to paint.

Each easel had a canvas on it. All a different size. There were small ones, medium ones and giant ones. There were even some so big that they were propped against the wall. There were a few students sitting behind some canvases working.

There was so much natural light that the lights didn't even need to be on right now. The whole opposite wall were windows while there were sunroofs in the ceiling. It was everything I imagined and more. I wanted to work and learn here.

I heard laughter behind me. I turned around to look at Raiven. He was holding his stomach. I frowned. I was in a good mood but now that evaporated.
