Criminal X : Epitome Of Evil

Chapter 515: The Light of the First Morning

All the Vampires were dead.

All the Cannibals were dead.

The soldiers from these two sides were dead. Heck, the Cannibals were erased from the world altogether.

From the Vampires, only Malvador was left on the Crucible.

Also, the soldiers of the Forza kingdom. Most of them were dead too.

Only Young, Bush, Brownie, Pimple, Melon, Snow, Lashes, Ebony, Draxus, Sera, Hena and two generals from the healers and logistic division of the military, Jaun Elia-the writer, Eight Marshals, Harlia and Pablo and some hundred soldiers were left.

Out of which, the eight slaves were resting as they had nothing to do anymore. Jaun Elia passionately wrote non-stop, he didn't fight anyone.

But all of that didn't matter as Malvador was alone now. No one was left that Pablo and Harlia couldn't handle.

However, Malvador had a different point of view about this.

When Pablo and Harlia confronted the Vampire King, he said that he had no idea what Pablo and Harlia were talking about. According to him, he hadn't lost his army yet. He saw no problem even when the Vampire corpses were littered around the Crucible.

So Pablo and Harlia were obviously confused as to what this Vampire king was talking about.

But then Malvador asked Pablo about the history of the Crucible.

The War Of No Return that had happened in this place. Malvador asked Pablo about it.

At that time, five races had fought against the Dragons.

Out of those five, Orcs and Ogres were wiped out from the world.

That left only three races.

But in the current war, only two races were present—Humans and Vampires.

So Malvador said if the war that happened years ago had three races in total then the current war shouldn't be different as well. The third race would feel left out if it wasn't invited.

A smart man like Pablo, he instantly figured what Malvador meant and before he could do anything, Malvador spread his arms and presented:

"The Elves!"

From the sky, Pablo saw millions of flying beings and in the blink of an eye…

THUMP!

They landed right inside the Crucible.

Pablo and Harlia jerked their heads at each other and both of them were pale.

Malvador saw their faces and laughed out loud.

He jumped back and stood right beside someone.

Pablo held Colt tighter than ever and he hated himself for not thinking that this development could take place from the start.

Silence reigned in the Crucible as no one spoke anything.

The soldiers of Forza kingdom went aghast at the scene in front of them but even with fear, they walked forward and stood behind Pablo and Harlia.

Both Commanders were standing side by side, with Harlia at Pablo's left side, and their eyes never left the people in front of them.

A shadow glided through the battlefield and stopped at Pablo's right side.

From that, came out a man and a girl.

Pablo knew them very well.

One was his right hand Draxus Maverick and the second one was Sera.

Pablo looked at Sera.

Did I run out of her luck?

Cupid looked at him.

"Maybe this is as lucky as you can get."

Pablo didn't reply to that and watched how things would play out now.

The silence carried on for a few more minutes until Malvador got bored of it.

"Why so serious, Pablo? Are you surprised?"

"Is this your surprise?" Pablo asked.

Malvador shook his head. "I haven't even shown you my surprise."

"Then what is the meaning of this? Why are they here?" Harlia barked.

Malvador said nothing to her as his eyes remained only on Pablo.

"I am sure you know these beautiful strong men, Pablo?"

"Yes. The one in the front is the king of the Elves, Olorin Dawnstar, also known as the light of the first morning. And behind him is his full army." Pablo said what he knew.

Malvador clapped for Pablo. "Exactly, you must have been a studious boy back in your days, Commander."

"My days are still going on."

Malvador laughed. "Anyway, you must be thinking what are they doing here?"

Pablo looked at Olorin, the Elf King and he was the most shining man he had ever seen. Golden hairs, blue eyes. Though, a black scar ran across his face from below his left eye to his right jaw. But that only made the man look more appealing. It showed that along with beauty, he also had strength and had been to fights.

And not only him, Pablo looked at the soldiers behind Olorin and all of them were as handsome and royal looking as they could get. Golden armors, golden swords and spears, if they were to go to Earth, they would land roles after roles in movies about kings and princes.

Nevertheless, Pablo had no time to see their beauty as he knew why they all were here.

So he had an answer for Malvador's question and he answered it right away.

"They are here to kill us all."

Malvador snapped his fingers. "Exactly! But you must be wondering how I managed to make them agree to come here. Right?"

Pablo shook his head. "You promised them something, sure. The land of Forza, money or whatever. Because you have no interest in anything other than my death so you couldn't care less about the land and riches."

Malvador gave an appreciative nod. "What a sharp mind you have. I am jealous. No wonder you reached such a high position at such a young age."

Pablo scoffed. "You are the king of the Vampires at just eighteen years of age. Spare me the praise about that."

Malvador laughed like always.

"Yes. I promised them that they can have Forza. I told them to help me in this war and I want nothing in return. Before joining hands with the Cannibals, I had written to the Elves for this war. They weren't stupid enough to reject my offer and here we are."

"Why did they arrive now? Why not from the start?" Pablo asked.

Malvador smiled.

"Well, for a long while…"

He stopped smiling.

"I wanted to see you pale."
