NOVEL NEXT Chapter 10: Chapter 10 Run
Aurora was pulling Calista's clothes from behind, she came closer to her, " are we going to get caught now? Do you have a plan to escape from this disaster that is brewing right now? " she whispered. she thought she whispered but she was actually talking loud enough for those around them to hear.
Calista let out a nervous laugh, she could see the big question mark hanging around their head " cough cough, we came from a small village not too far from here, if you would excuse us, we have something urgently to attend to" she said hastily, trying to run away.
" Wait!!!" Emily's voice rang in her ear. Calista knew that they were already discovered. " Run," she whispered to Aurora. They began to run at a great speed that everything seemed blurred to them, "i never knew I had this power, has my wolf awakened?" Calista wondered.
Meanwhile in reality they were walking with severe staggering, stumbling upon chairs, tables and even bumping into some people.
Which causes the werewolves to look at them weirdly, but with the assumption of them being drunk, they just let them leave.
Emily tried to stop them but was stopped by prince Ezekiel " let them go, let's have our dance". He offered his hand to Emily, who quickly accepted his hand. " it better not be you Calista" she mumbles to herself.

The sweet smell of the flowers in the garden was carried by the cold breeze of summer night. The moonlight from the half moon in the sky dimly illuminated the palace, in the garden the silhouette of a man could be seen, his hair was ruffled by the wind.
But this wasn't the serene scene type, the man was battling and trying to control his inner beast. The growling and snarls could be heard from him, as he knelt on the ground, his face contorted with pain, he was sweating and trembling as he tried to subdue his inner beast.
" Let me out" his inner beast clawed inside him, " No not now, you can't run rampant in the king's home" Jacob growled back at him. " That was our mate, why didn't you claim her" the beast growled ferociously.
" I think she is to be mated to the prince," Jacob said, breathing heavily. " grrrrrrr" the beast growled, snarled and clawed at him, he was trying his best to come out " not on my watch" the beast growled.
His body was starting to transform, but suddenly stopped, it was the sweet of lavender, it was her, his mate.
" If you force your way out, I will make sure I reject her" Jacob threatened, the beast snarled before keeping still. Jacob stood up and dust away the dirt on his body.
He brushed his hand through his hair as he began to follow this sweet scent that is driving him mad. Not far from where he was, he saw the beautiful lady, his mate, he couldn't believe his eyes, he knew how hard it was for a werewolf to find his mate.
She was looking at the moon, her wolf feeling restless, pacing and growling at her. She knew it was her mate. Her heart could not help but to skip a few beats, she instantly turned around as she got a sniff of that scent, the scent of a forest, musky and earthly, it was that same scent again.
The scent that drives both her crazy and her wolf mad, she instinctively began to walk towards him, they both met " Mate" they both said at the same time.
They both stared at each other, their wolves telling them to mate, Jacob chest resonated with a deep growl. No matter how hard he tried to pull away, he couldn't, the force of attraction was too strong.
He took a few steps closer to her, he instinctively buried his head on the nook of her shoulder, " mark me" she whimpered. This incited a deep growl of satisfaction from his beast.
How lucky was he to meet his mate, she is so beautiful, she is flawless like a moon goddess, he pulled away from her, his hands traced her face down to her neck.
" What is your name?" Jacob asked with a hoarse voice as he placed his forehead on hers. " Ava, you?" she asked as she pulled to a kiss. He broke away from the kiss "Jacob, you taste so sweet Ava" he said as he claimed her lips again, he liked the Sound of her name and how it rolled out perfectly from his mouth.
"Mark me" she pleaded again, his chest vibrating in satisfaction, his blue eyes staring deeply at her hazel one.
He cupped her face with both of his hands " I reject you, we are no longer mates" he said with an emotionless expression on his face.
He took a few steps back and transformed into a big black wolf with deep blue eyes, which ran away before the blink of an eye, howling in pain.
Ava couldn't stop the tears that were flowing from her eyes. She fell to her knees, as she clenched her chest screaming in pain, she felt her own being crushed and shattered.

Calista and her friend Aurora were now outside of the palace, they were still running according to them. They found a carriage which was outside " let ..us hide.. in …there" Aurora said in a slurred voice pointing at the carriage.
They both manage to enter the carriage after a lot of difficulty. The carriage was luxurious, everything inside the carriage was black with a few gold designs on the wood. The carriage was very comfortable and the seats were very soft.
After entering the carriage, Calista felt cold instantly, it was like she was in a world of ice. Soon the carriage started moving " take us to Beta Mateo mansion" she said panting, placing her head between her palm.
" you ..betrayed… me" Aurora cried out, tears were flowing profusely from her eyes, " it really hurts in here" she pointed to her chest.
