Chapter 74 Yang Xintian's First Experience_3
Although their fun had been interrupted, young people move on fast, forgetting things just as quickly. Soon, everyone was immersed in the delicious food, no longer discussing what had happened before.
However, some of the girls in the private room occasionally glanced at the arrogant uncle who had stolen the show.
Midway through the meal, Sun Dasheng felt someone tugging at his sleeve. He turned to find it was Yang Xintian. "Uncle Sun, can you come with me for a moment?" she asked.
He smiled and gave a nod to Xiang Zixuan, who was sitting at the same table, then followed Yang Xintian out.
「Inside the restroom.」
Wincing, Sun Dasheng looked down at the diligent girl. "You called me here just to do this?" he asked, speechless.
Yang Xintian wore a pained expression. "I'm worried that you'll go back and tattle to my parents."
Then, with an eager-to-please look, she said, "As long as you don't tell my parents about this, my previous offer stands. Whatever you want me to do, I'll do it."
"Really?" Sun Dasheng asked.
"Of course," Yang Xintian stammered. "What do you take my word for? My word is my bond."
"Since that's the case, then sit on my lap," he said.
"..."
"If you don't want to, then forget it!"
Before he could finish, the girl was already sitting on him.
"Why does it hurt so much?"
A moment later, the girl let out a heart-wrenching scream. Of course, she had clamped a hand over her own mouth, so only Sun Dasheng, right beside her, could hear a faint sound.
When the two returned to the private room, Xiang Zixuan asked curiously, "Uncle Sun, what's wrong with Tian Tian?"
Sun Dasheng replied with a single word, "Oh."
"What does 'oh' mean?" Xiang Zixuan asked naively.
"Exactly what it means," Sun Dasheng replied succinctly.
And what does that mean? Young Xiang Zixuan could not yet grasp such profound knowledge.
Apart from that small interlude, the birthday banquet was a success, with both host and guests thoroughly enjoying themselves.
After Yang Xintian went to pay the bill, all her classmates had already left.
Seeing her limp, Sun Dasheng chuckled and moved to support her. However, a figure shot out from behind him and beat him to it—it was Xiang Zixuan, who had been at his table earlier.
Being supported by her once-close friend, Xiang Zixuan, made Yang Xintian feel somewhat awkward. Ever since realizing she wasn't attracted to women, she hadn't felt the same warmth toward Xiang Zixuan. On the contrary, being with her always reminded Yang Xintian of their past, which was incredibly embarrassing, so she had simply chosen to distance herself.
"Tian Tian, what happened to you? Are you not feeling well?" Xiang Zixuan asked with concern.
Seeing her old friend being so caring made her feel a little guilty.
"Zi Xuan, I'm fine. It's probably just my 'aunt' visiting," she said, making an excuse.
Xiang Zixuan believed her. "Your 'aunt' is here and you still drank so much? No wonder you're in so much pain."
Turning to Sun Dasheng, she said, "Uncle Sun, could you please take Tian Tian home? She's not feeling well today."
Sun Dasheng gave Yang Xintian a meaningful look, causing her to lower her head. "Sure," he said. "I've got nothing else to do. Hop in."
"Okay, thank you, Uncle Sun." Xiang Zixuan was a polite girl, much more so than Yang Xintian.
In the car, she sat in silence. Anyone who didn't know the situation might have thought she had a problem with Sun Dasheng, who was driving.
The silence was growing awkward, so Xiang Zixuan tried to start a conversation. "Uncle Sun, you're driving yourself!"
Little did she know, this would make Yang Xintian burst out laughing.
"What's wrong? Did I say something wrong?"
"No, nothing. Uncle Sun has a chauffeur, so your question is fine. It's just that it reminded me of a joke I saw online. A woman was trying to make small talk with the technician who came to fix her air conditioner.
"She asked him, 'Sir, what is it you do for a living?'"
At this, Yang Xintian couldn't hold back her laughter.
Xiang Zixuan, sitting beside her, was utterly confused about what was so funny.
It was Sun Dasheng, driving in the front, who cleared up her confusion. "She's laughing because you're like the woman in the joke, asking a silly question just to make conversation."
"Hey! Uncle Sun, don't you slander me!" Yang Xintian retorted.
The atmosphere in the car became cheerful again.
Although the topic Xiang Zixuan brought up was pretty silly, the fact that someone responded and livened up the atmosphere proved a point. There are no good or bad topics for conversation, only friends who are willing—or unwilling—to humor you.
Clearly, Yang Xintian had already let go of her prejudice against Xiang Zixuan, once again accepting her old friend.
...
After dropping off Xiang Zixuan, Sun Dasheng prepared to take Yang Xintian home.
However, she climbed into the passenger seat and adamantly refused to go back.
Sun Dasheng pulled the car over in a secluded wooded area within the villa complex. "If you're not going home, then where do you want to go?"
Yang Xintian climbed over and nestled into his arms. "I want to sleep with Sun Sun."
Sun Dasheng smacked her on the butt. "You're still a student, and you have school tomorrow. What would you be doing at my place? Won't your parents worry if you don't come home tonight? And don't give me that 'they don't care about me' nonsense. Today is your birthday. No matter how busy they are, they'll come back to celebrate with you, right?"
The punishment had its intended effect. Yang Xintian immediately changed her tune. "Uncle Sun, don't hit me anymore! I know I was wrong. Let's go home."
When they arrived in front of her house, Yang Xintian looked back reluctantly. "Uncle Sun, can I come and play with you whenever I want in the future?"
"You can," Sun Dasheng nodded.
Before the little witch could get too excited, he added, "But only during school holidays. Other times are off-limits!"
Her face instantly fell. "Okay then!"
She turned and started walking toward her house.
"Wait a minute!"
Yang Xintian turned her head back hopefully. "Uncle Sun, did you change your mind?"
He tapped her on the forehead. "What are you thinking?"
She watched as he pulled a small gift box from his pocket and handed it to her. "Happy birthday!"
He then walked away without another glance.
When did Uncle Sun get me a gift? I only called him over on a whim.
Curiously, Yang Xintian opened the gift box, her eyes widening in surprise.
"Wow! It's beautiful!"
