AURORA : FATE

*The previous night

Silver sat down thinking about his discussion with Elizabeth, she was right in many ways, although they don't have the guts to kill him the young ones would want to test their fate and he wouldn't be surprised if a murder attempt would happen that night.

After giving it much thought Silver took out two grey coloured crochet pins which is an artifact he took from the antique store previously which even though he tagged it useless before it was very important now.

It was known as ' needles of frana ' an artifact which can allow the user to knit a projection with depending on the users strength can go from an illusion to something close to living and it takes a lot of strength and concentration to use , any wrong move could lead to a ruined work and of course that shouldn't apply to Silver who could keep his mind on one thing without wavering.

But unfortunately it didn't go as he planned, failing miserably every time, he was trying to create a decoy to help him survive the night if he was attacked but every time he tried it seemed as if it was broken, not giving him the desired results.

It took hours before coming with something good but not perfect, the dummy lacked a hand but that was good since he was going to be under a blanket. It won't matter, unless the person was immature he would need to do a really quick job and not gather any noise of any sort.

As the night drew closer, Silver quickly finished his preparations, and got into a position which was directly under his bed synchronizing the thread with his own action before using the last artifact on his list which is a blue crystal which helps to calm the mind and also hides one's presence adding to the moonless night it would be almost impossible for anyone to notice that something was wrong.

" I feel that there's something off about you this morning " Elizabeth said as she got close to him, a wide menacing smile on his face staring and possibly taunting them .

It took a little while longer before the said teachers arrived , two of the chiefs who he saw yesterday, one of the elves and the human " Gather around weaklings " The elf said and Silver knew it was directed at him , but he didn't have anything to say. The training seemed more simple but difficult than it seemed.

They were given body weights in form of amours and sandbags on their legs and were told to reach a certain land mark which was a very tall tree far from where they were standing originally.

The whistle blew off and everyone moved running through the forest at top speed all except Silver who took his time, while others ran at full speed .

He moved with them mainly relying sometimes on the weight, even though it seem stupid the training had three use for him, one of them being to increase his stamina , another hos strength and to achieve this he has to go through a long tiring process which is a waste for him.

He had another option in his mind and that is to go through a process that is used by no3, one of his older brothers in his past life, it was known as the wear and tear method which one has to use the body mechanism to his advantage.

The human muscles as he knows it repairs and strengthen its cells after each tear , using this advantage he would strain his muscles continuously whilst using a serum that forces his body to heal at a much more faster rate.

Although this method worked for him granting him incredible strength and a really tough skin, his continues use caused him to turn vegetative and his continues use caused his muscles to grow so large that it began to block blood flow and the neurons, so bad that he couldn't move anymore he later went into coma due to the excess toxin that were accumulated in his body.

But Silver wa going to take a much more different approach to it, there was magic in this world so his approach was to use use similar methods to do it but with healing spells and find ways to prevent muscles over growth and end up like no3.

He ran as fast as he could trying hard to increase his speed while using the breathing technique of his past life which he knows to help with retaining stamina he refused to stay out of breath , rushing his way through until he finally went to and fro.

He was met with mockery once he got there which wasn't surprising since he was the last person to get there, they got engaged in other training activities before they were dismissed but silver didn't leave and he wasn't even started in his mind.

"Did you bring it with you ? " Silver asked Elizabeth who brought out a disc which is an artifact used to create arrays and his plan was simple and that is to use the gravity array to increase the amount of training he was going to do.

Elizabeth activated it in two overlapping manner one being the gravity array which had six times the gravity and a healing array , this was a way brutal method but Silver was impatient and not willing to wait for that long of a time to do it

It was nighttime and Silver was so tired that he couldn't move his body. The training was way too hectic for him to bear, but he had to continue to try .

He wasn't stupid enough to sleep without protection and had Elizabeth to watch out for him since he was going to wake up early , he thought of how his day was going to be, he had to bear as much pain as he can to become stronger and this was just the start of it all

While Silver was trying to solve his own problem, Alya had her own problem that she seemed to not be able to solve, the hell got worse in a little while but she was able to adapt to it more so was the power she got which seemed to be very intoxicating.

Right now she was in the middle of a fight with a golem which was welding a blade, a sudden explosive clash pushed her a few steps backwards and it was annoying how the mechanized being seemed to be able to keep up with her movement " Fail to it again and I'll add fifty to all of your exercises " grandma called out to Alya who shivered slightly on hearing this, her current training situation was difficult adding fifty was an overkill in her case.

She moved quickly toward the golem which quickly took a defensive stance to block but as she got close she quickly changed her movement gathering blue flames on her left hand aiming for its side but the golem quickly side stepped and slashed at her who seemed to be in a situation where she couldn't dodge

just as it touched her, lightning spark was released in an explosive manneras stunning the golem as she disappeared and appeared behind the golem separating the head off the body , with smile of triumph she fell to the ground breathing heavily , she was obviously tired of training for more than twenty four hours in the real world , if she isn't here then she is being tortured in the time chamber none of them are easy for her to go through.

" Can I go now ?" Alya asked as she managed to to raise her hand, grandma just wave her off and without wasting time she moved her self.

" **** you know that you have grown way too old for this? " Grandma said with an odd tone as a familiar yet unfamiliar figure appeared behind her, that of a young man with silver hair.

" I like using this form once in a while " He complimented himself with an odd smile enjoying his looks " What do you want? I know this isn't some casual trip you just made , what is it? " Grandma asked with a straight expression not minding the person who gave a calm sigh knowing how stiff she tend to be.

" I need the ****** , it's for something important … remembered you promised you would let me borrow it for a little while " The man said with a low tone, grandma hearing this gave him a serious look before stretching out her palm releasing a ball of bright white light which the man grabbed without hesitation having a wide bright smile on his face.

" Oh let me make this clear, if it so much as chip I will kill you " Grandma said to the man who felt a chill down his spine, he knew better than to piss her off and with smile he disappeared

" A good word of advice: let the kid touch some grass. She really needs it…. I think that's how they say it over there" The man's voice trailed in the void causing her to chuckle " Idiot "
