Chapter 108: CH: 108 Viruese And Cells

[Chapter: 108 Viruses And Cells]

William looked at the bottle, which was half the size of a little finger. It contained blood—his dear Alice's blood.

This had been taken by William from Alice's body while he was fighting her, without her knowledge.

"Alice's blood. In the Resident Evil movie series, she is the only person who successfully merged the T-Virus with her own cells and evolved T-cells," William said, gazing at the blood thoughtfully.

Of course, there was another person who had also integrated the T-Virus, but their fusion was unstable. That person was Wesker.

"Now, it's my cells' turn." William opened the small bottle and then opened a glass tube containing the T-Virus.

He dripped the blood from the vial into the glass tube. The blood entered the blue liquid, which quickly dissolved into the T-Virus. The liquid fluctuated slightly, as if stimulated.

"Just as I thought," William murmured, a smile forming on his lips as he dripped the rest of the blood into the tube.

As more blood was added, the T-Virus in the glass tube began to boil, the liquid roiling violently like water on the verge of eruption.

Without delay, William inserted a stopper into the glass tube, walked toward the centrifuge in front of him, and placed the tube inside.

Switching on the centrifuge, it spun at maximum speed.

After about thirty seconds, William shut off the machine and removed the glass tube.

"The color has changed," he noted, observing the liquid inside. The original transparent blue now glowed with a cyan hue.

William extended his left hand, a flash of blue light manifesting the shield in his grip. The shield broke down and reformed into a silver needle tube.

"Only you can pierce my skin," he muttered, inserting the needle into the glass tube and drawing the liquid into the syringe.

He pressed the needle against the meridian in his arm. The sharp tip sank into his skin with agonizing slowness. A cold smirk curved his lips as he whispered, "It's time to witness the miracle." Without hesitation, he plunged the entire syringe of volatile fluid into his nervous system.

Instantly, his body convulsed, a guttural scream tearing from his throat as raw, unrestrained energy surged through his veins. His muscles trembled uncontrollably, his face twisting in agony. The substance burned like liquid fire, spreading rapidly through his bloodstream. It was not a gentle transformation—it was a force of violent destruction, tearing apart his humanity molecule by molecule.

William staggered forward, dragging himself toward the towering instrument in the center of the room. The machine whirred to life, emitting an eerie purple glow as its scanners began to dissect his body. The large screen above flickered on, displaying a detailed map of his internal systems. Two distinct hues—light red and electric blue—pulsed and clashed for dominance.

The light red, representing the unparalleled power of the T-Virus, surged like an unstoppable tide, infecting and destroying everything in its path. Meanwhile, the electric blue, symbolizing the strength of William's Transformium-enhanced cells, rose to meet the invasion with defiant precision.

His body became a battlefield, a microcosm of chaos where two monstrous forces collided. The T-Virus attacked ruthlessly, breaking down cell walls with relentless aggression. Yet, William's cells, fortified by their fusion with Transformium, retaliated, adapting and countering at every turn. The screen displayed the violent clash as red and blue forces fragmented, intertwining in a chaotic dance of destruction.

William screamed, his voice raw and primal, as his body endured the impossible strain. His veins bulged unnaturally, faintly glowing under his skin like lightning coursing through him. His muscles spasmed erratically, sometimes turning ashen gray before snapping back to their original state. His mind teetered on the edge of madness, the pain so severe it felt as though his very soul was being torn apart.

His hands clawed at the ground, leaving deep gouges in the steel floor. Every breath was labored, each inhale a battle against the agony ravaging his body. His shirt shredded as his chest heaved, exposing his muscular frame, which convulsed violently. Sweat poured from him, mixing with drops of blood seeping from ruptured capillaries.

A sudden, deafening CRACK echoed as he clenched his fists, snapping the steel column beside him clean in half. The room vibrated with raw energy, the air heavy with tension as William's body fought itself.

On the screen, the chaotic storm of red and blue dots began to shift. The fragments splintered further, breaking into even smaller particles, each no larger than a grain of rice. They surged like warring armies within his body, colliding and detonating in bursts of energy. The red dots, embodying the feral hunger of the T-Virus, sought to consume and annihilate everything. The blue dots, representing William's will and enhanced cells, refused to yield, fighting back with adaptive ferocity.

William threw his head back and roared, his voice resonating like a beast unleashed. His muscles flexed uncontrollably, veins glowing faintly under his skin as if magma coursed through them. He staggered, his body jerking violently, before collapsing to the ground in a final, bone-shaking convulsion.

For a moment, silence reigned. William lay motionless, his body limp and lifeless, as though the battle had consumed him entirely. The room was still, save for the faint hum of the machine.

Yet on the screen, the war raged on. The red and blue dots, once scattered, began to swirl and merge, breaking down into impossibly small particles. These fragments fused into a singular, pulsating force—a new energy, neither red nor blue, but something entirely different. Those intertwined light red and blue fragments decomposed into larger red and blue clusters, only to further break into minute dots, each the size of a grain of rice, displayed on the screen.
