Chapter 1: Journey to the Abyss
"Is this body comfortable enough for you?"
In the Miracle Dimension, Richard asked Talal Peak, who had already merged with his body.
The two Crown Thrones and the two Dominators of the Mayfly had been entangled for years. In these years, Richard had completed the creation of the Titan body.
He even took the liberty to explore the Ghost Soul Dimension and the Netherworld Dimension, collecting a batch of Soul Essence to restore Talal Peak's soul to its prime.
Compared to clearing the Nightmare World, going to the Ghost Soul Dimension and the Netherworld Dimension was more dangerous, but indeed more efficient.
In just one year, he gathered enough Soul Essence.
Upon hearing this, Talal Peak moved his body and said very seriously, "It's perfect, and that's not just flattery. Even in the past, among Titans, you could be called a Great Grandmaster in 'forging.'"
Richard nodded with a hint of pride. This body was not just a mere body; it was the crystallization of Richard's Alchemy Technology and Physique Evolution Technology.
He used almost every technique he could think of on this body.
Without hesitation, if this body was Magic Equipment, then it was definitely "Truth Level."
After adapting to the body, Talal Peak performed a gesture of homage among the Titans toward Richard—a ritual where he crossed his hands above his head and then bowed ninety degrees.
"Talal Peak greets the king."
Richard did not evade this, even though he was not particularly fond of such rituals, but he was now a "force" to be reckoned with.
His Miracle School rose rapidly with the purification of the world, and their presence in future battlefields against the Civilization Devourer was assured.
All the World Guardians of the Wizard World bowed behind him, and the Judicial Department was practically under his sole command.
His Titan Legion was in the making, and if he wished, he could easily train Abyss Titans at the World Lord Level.
Moreover, his power wasn't confined to the Wizard Civilization; he held a portion of authority in the Abyss, and if he was willing to recruit from the Gods Civilization, he could enlist some Divines into his Divine System.
At some point, Richard had already become a powerful force.
And a force must have rules.
After completing his salute, Talal Peak then asked, "King, I wonder if you have cultivated a legion? If not, I can find an Abyss World and start cultivating a legion from scratch."
Talal Peak's expression was very earnest, much like his namesake—Talal Peak was the name of a mountain in Titan's homeland.
"It's not necessary to start from scratch," Richard laughed, "I still have some World Lords and Third Level Titans on hand.
However, there's no rush with the Titan Legion. You should adapt to your body and leave an incarnation to slowly train.
We must visit the Great Abyss World next."
Since the Wizard Alliance had already been proposed, it was necessary to incorporate other civilizations. And as the prophesied bearer of the flame, Richard naturally became the messenger.
The Abyss Civilization was the first civilization he would engage with.
This was not only because the Abyss Civilization was closer to the Wizards, but also because it was the only civilization Richard was confident about.
As an Abyss Titan, he commanded the highest authority in the Abyss, even overshadowing the other two Abyss Dominators in terms of authority.
If he could break through to the Breaking Limit, the Abyss could almost be called his civilization.
"Heading to the Great Abyss World?"
Information about the Great Abyss World flashed through Talal Peak's mind, not from Richard's leftovers, but inherent in the Abyss Titan bloodline, as a kind of bloodline legacy.
"Are you going to subdue the Abyss?" Talal Peak suddenly asked.
"If you intend to subdue the Abyss, then I will start preparing the Titan Path. Those two Abyss Dominators are no weaklings; even with Abyssal Authority to suppress them, subduing them will be a tough fight."
Richard waved with a smile: "We will subdue it for certain, but not now. Our main aim on this trip is to draw them into the Wizard Alliance to collectively resist the Civilization Devourer.
At any rate, you might also restore the Illusionary Dimension. Abyss Demons respect might over benevolence, and we will likely have to fight when we get there.
Restoring the Illusionary Dimension might make things more convenient then."
That said, Richard and Talal Peak suddenly found themselves in the void of the Endless Dimension.
Beside them, the dimly lit Furnace Man Dimension was emitting a faint red glow.
Upon seeing the entwined dimensions atop the Furnace Man Dimension, Talal Peak's four eyes widened instantly.
"This is... the Mother Dimension! The Mother Dimension actually still exists!"
Richard turned to Talal Peak: "With the support of the Titan Dimension, I think the restoration of your dimension should be quicker."
Talal Peak, slightly agitated, bowed: "With the assistance of the Mother Dimension, it will only take me six months, no, three months to restore the dimension."
Richard waved his hand: "No need to rush. Safety first. We're a tough nut for the Civilization Devourer, and he shouldn't make a major offensive for the time being."
Without further words, Talal Peak saluted Richard once again before entering the Titan Dimension.
Richard looked at the Furnace Man Dimension, tempted to enter and challenge the Titan Trial once more. But after calculating his strength, he gave up on the idea.
Not enough.
The battle with Talal Peak indeed advanced his strength significantly. After the battle, his Physique increased by a full five hundred points, raising it to seventy-five hundred points.
But such an increase was insufficient for Richard to triumph in the trial.
The Dimensional Incarnation, whether in quality or technique, represents the pinnacle of what an ordinary dominator could achieve in its most perfected state.
Even someone like the Great Grandmaster Talal Peak was far from being comparable.
"Better to study the body of the Heavenly Calculation Dominator first."
After pondering for a long while, Richard finally chose to research the body of the Heavenly Calculation Dominator.
The capabilities of the Heavenly Calculation Dominator were formidable. Had Richard not manipulated the probability, the Heavenly Calculation Dominator might have actually broken through to the Breaking Limit realm.
Even though he failed due to Richard's interference, his remaining body had nearly reached the Breaking Limit realm.
When Richard and Physique Crown collected these fragments, one fragment happened to crash into a passing World Lord. Before the World Lord could react, he was completely devoured by the fragment, transforming into a mass of constantly twisting and dividing flesh, whose physique could even rival Richard's.
If he can unravel the mysteries within this piece of flesh, it would definitely be a great help for him to break through the limits.
Returning to the Wizard World, Richard went back to the temporary headquarters of the Miracle School, researching while waiting for news from Talal Peak.
Time flew by swiftly, and in the blink of an eye, four months had passed.
In the laboratory, Richard conducted his experiments as usual.
This was a very rudimentary laboratory, with almost no experimental equipment. But that didn't mean Richard's experiments were simplistic.
Under his manipulation, energy impacts were striking this piece of flesh at a frequency of billions of times per second — to a creature of Richard's level, most experimental devices were inferior to themselves.
"Truly near-perfect adaptability."
Richard looked at the piece of flesh constantly changing its form before him, a hint of intoxication flashing on his face.
At this frequency, even his own cells would shatter in an instant, with even the Life Core collapsing.
Yet this remnant of the Heavenly Calculation Dominator showed no such signs.
Of course, this doesn't mean these impacts are ineffective.
Under the observation of spiritual power, the Life Core of the flesh underwent a rapid transformation upon impact, causing the cell formations to change as well.
The speed of this change was almost instantaneous.
In other words, these cells completed an evolution in an instant.
This speed, even for a Dominator, is an incredible phenomenon.
Although Richard could adjust the structure of the Life Core by utilizing the field, he could not achieve such rapid transformation even if he exerted all his strength.
Without hesitation, if the Heavenly Calculation Dominator had successfully become the Breaking Limit Sovereign.
He would then become the ultimate creature, the culmination of pure Flesh evolution.
Changing frequencies, altering experimental methods, then recording and analyzing data.
This process was tedious, yet Richard delighted in it.
Nothing gives a Wizard more joy than advancing on the path of truth.
Buzz!
Suddenly, a buzzing sound interrupted his experiment.
Richard glanced at his Communication Crystal Ball, which showed a communication request, and the requester was the Day and Night Guardian — before the experiment, he had blocked all forms of communication, leaving only the Communication Crystal Ball as the sole communication method.
Communication was connected.
"Day and Night, what's the matter?"
"Master, please forgive my disturbance. Outside the World Barrier, a stranger Dominator wishes to enter the world. He claims to be your vassal; I am here to verify this matter."
A stranger Dominator?
Richard checked the time and realized four months had passed since he began the experiment.
The dimension of Talal Peak should have been reconstructed by now.
"I understand, bring him to meet me, he indeed is my subordinate."
"…"
In the communication, a very faint sound of inhalation could be heard, clearly indicating the World Guardian's astonishment, almost manifesting a primal reaction from when he still had a physical body.
"Yes, Master, I will let him in right away."
At the edge of the World Barrier, the Day and Night Guardian pocketed the Communication Crystal Ball and slowly opened the World Barrier.
On the other side of the rift, Talal Peak, resembling a mountain, floated in the Star Realm, basking in the impact of ether currents.
The Day and Night Guardian slightly bowed to Talal Peak.
"Unknown Dominator, please follow me, the Crown Throne wants me to bring you to him."
Talal Peak solemnly returned the salute without showing any disdain just because the Day and Night Guardian was only a Level 6 Creature.
He could tell that the Day and Night Guardian was one of the Great Guardians of the Wizard World.
In the world guarded by the Great Guardian, offending a Great Guardian inside is an extremely foolish act.
To a Great Guardian, as long as the Dominator's power has not broken the limits, he can expel them from the world or even utilize the world's strength to inflict severe damage on the Dominator.
Of course, this only applies when the World Origin is at its peak state.
In the past Wizard World, the Great Guardian even paled in comparison to some Six Rings Great Wizards.
Under the Day and Night Guardian's guidance, Talal Peak arrived at Richard's laboratory. Realizing the aura of world favor surrounding Richard, Talal Peak was taken aback.
He didn't expect Richard to also be the Blessed of this world.
"Indeed, creatures capable of becoming kings must be extraordinary."
Richard looked toward Talal Peak and casually stowed away the experimental piece of flesh.
"The dimensional reconstruction is complete?"
"Yes."
"Then let's set off."
With a casual wave, a massive vortex appeared before the two.
The Abyss World is a special world, both a dimension and a material world.
By using the Dimension Gate, any Abyss Dominator can directly reach the Abyss World.
