[WAR: THE END OF HUMANITY]

Chapter 2: Chapter 2: The World Burns

WAR

---

Scene 1: The End of Order

Location: United Nations Emergency Council, Geneva, Switzerland

Time: 0930 Hours – Crisis Meeting

The once-powerful United Nations was now a broken husk of its former self. World leaders gathered in a dimly lit underground bunker, their faces pale with exhaustion. The war had shattered economies, collapsed governments, and turned once-thriving cities into mass graves.

President Harold Grant of the Global Freedom Coalition (GFC) stood, his voice grim.

"We are witnessing the total breakdown of civilization. The Dominion Pact is advancing through South America, Africa is on fire with internal wars, and Asia is being torn apart by mercenaries and rogue states. We must act—before there's nothing left to save."

A Chinese delegate scoffed.

"Act? You want us to throw more bodies into the fire? Millions are starving. The GFC can't even hold Caracas, and you expect us to fight?"

Tensions exploded as representatives shouted over one another. Accusations. Betrayals. Paranoia. The last remnants of diplomacy shattered.

Then came the transmission.

A cold, mechanical voice over the emergency broadcast system:

"This is Supreme Marshal Ivan Dragunov of the Dominion Pact. The United Nations is irrelevant. Your world is already ours. Surrender, or be erased."

Silence fell over the room.

And in that moment, the last hope for peace died.

Scene 2: Hell in Africa

Location: Sudanese Warlord Territory, East Africa

Time: 1600 Hours – Refugee Camp

The sun beat down mercilessly on the starving refugees. Children with hollow eyes clutched their mothers. Fathers sold their last possessions for a piece of stale bread. The war had consumed everything.

And in the chaos, Shin was watching.

Shin wasn't a soldier. Not anymore. Once, he had been a brilliant strategist for the Eastern Republic Army. But war had no place for thinkers—only killers. When his country collapsed, he became a ghost.

He walked through the camp, studying the faces of the dying. The world was playing chess, but these people? They were just pawns being sacrificed.

A gunshot cracked the air.

A warlord's militia had arrived. They demanded food, demanded women, demanded blood.

Shin saw a boy barely ten years old grab a rock and throw it at one of the armed men.

The warlord laughed—then raised his rifle.

Shin moved. Fast.

The knife was in his hand before anyone saw it. A quick, clean slice across the warlord's throat. Blood sprayed. Chaos erupted.

The refugees scattered as Shin grabbed a fallen rifle, spinning to gun down the next attacker. Bullets tore through flesh. Screams filled the air.

And when the dust settled, Shin stood alone among the bodies.

The refugees stared in shock.

He looked at them and said, "No one's coming to save you. But if you want to live... follow me."

Thus, the Ghost Army was born.

Scene 3: The Rise of a Tyrant

Location: Dominion Pact Black Site, Unknown Location

Time: 2300 Hours

Inside a hidden fortress, Supreme Marshal Ivan Dragunov watched a burning world map on a massive holographic screen. He was the architect of this war.

A Dominion officer approached, bowing slightly.

"Sir, the insurgency in Caracas is growing. Ryan Wolfe's team escaped. The GFC is gaining ground."

Dragunov's expression didn't change. Cold. Calculating.

"Then it's time to release our monster."

The officer hesitated.

"But... sir, he's not stable."

Dragunov finally turned, his steel-gray eyes sharp.

"Send in General Kain."

The room fell silent.

Even among Dominion elites, Kain was a myth. A nightmare.

Once a loyal soldier, now a butcher who enjoyed the slaughter.

And now, the world was about to meet its new executioner.

Scene 4: The Shadow War Begins

Location: GFC Resistance Hideout, Caracas

Time: 0400 Hours

Ryan Wolfe sat in the candle-lit bunker, bandaging his wounds. His squad was barely hanging on. Briggs was wounded. Harris was dead.

Mei Tanaka sat across from him, her disguise now useless. She was an exposed double agent.

Ryan exhaled. "So, what now? You gonna betray us or save us?"

Mei smirked.

"I just gave up my entire life for you. Maybe try saying 'thank you' first."

Luis Castillo leaned against the wall, loading his rifle.

"The Dominion's sending their death squads. We need to hit first."

Ryan nodded.

They had one shot to strike before Dominion crushed them.

And if they failed…

There wouldn't be anyone left to fight.

Scene 5: The Massacre

Location: Caracas, Dominion-Controlled Zone

Time: 0500 Hours

General Kain arrived at the battlefield.

Dressed in jet-black armor, his face hidden behind a skull-like mask, he surveyed the prisoners kneeling before him.

GFC rebels. Men. Women. Even children.

A Dominion officer saluted.

"Orders, sir?"

Kain smiled beneath his mask.

And gave only one command.

"Kill them all."

Gunfire rang out.

And the streets ran red.

Scene 6: The Beginning of the End

Location: The Burning World

Time: 0600 Hours – Everywhere

In South America, the GFC launched a desperate counterattack. Ryan Wolfe and Mei led a small but deadly insurgency.

In Africa, Shin's Ghost Army waged guerrilla warfare, striking at warlords and Dominion supply chains.

In Europe, resistance movements hijacked Dominion convoys, stealing weapons for the final battle.

In Asia, Dominion's iron grip tightened. Millions suffered. Millions died.

And above it all, Ivan Dragunov watched, waiting.

For the final war had begun.

And there would be no winners.

Only survivors.
