Toymaker: Isekai

Chapter 2: The Storm (2)

With an idea in mind Jeff took out some paper from his desk drawer and a mechanical pencil, he started to sketch on as much details as he can remember, he detailed from 6 perspectives and even noted some sections of articulation.

When a Toymaker creates a figure it must have as much articulation as they want or needed, articulation is a very important part of the figures creation since it will depict the range of movement and even the movement limitations of the character when its integrated, example, if a figure doesnt have any articulation then when the character is integrated it will not be able to move, it will either be paralysed or be a vegetable forever.

Mini-figures have additional steps but that is for another time, returning to the current activity, Jeff had just finished sketching out the armor and moved on to the caharacter underneath.

Jeff thought of what the character should look like and decided to draw 5 different male figures with different faces, each figure having an experienced feeling to it even though it was still a sketch, he drew on detailed musculatures and even added scars to denote their experiences.

It took a day just to draw the most basic plans for both the armor and the male bodies, he went to sleep for the night since a healthy mind and body is the most basic requirement for a Toymaker.

The next day after eating a small breakfast of eggs and toast he would return to the desk that he considers as his private workshop, he opened his Holocom and performed a character check along with background comparisons on the stormtrooper and other creations, it is important to check if his creation will collide with another characters lore since he will have to pay a fee if it does.

Fortunately no one has made the stormtroopers or even the other lore sharing troopers, the closest creations he could find were the Space Rebels, Stellar Mercs, and a single character named Jetpack Jones along with its female variant Jetpack Jane.

"This is good, i can add to the space goons market and with the stormtroopers actual lore capabilities they should be able to put up a good fight if the Loremaker doesnt give their opponents plot armor"

Jeff decided to open up tabs for each space related creations he saw and he was surprised that the former two were created and owned by the same 2 star Loremaker named Stellar_Nutz, the latter two were made by a 1 star Toymaker named BoosterBae and again owned by Stellar_Nutz.

"Hmm maybe i could market the stormtroopers to this guy... Nah ill just sell online or my shop below, if i contact them they will think im a desperate newbie, especially since im still a starless creator"

Explanation on the stars, A star represents the skill level and strength of the three occupations, the maximum is 10 stars and the progress after that will be denoted by dwarf stars, smaller stars surrounding the 10 big ones.

In order to improve, the three occupations must learn and improve their actual skills, the more they grow their skills so does their strength, the stars just presents a method of numerical evaluation.

"Anyway lets get carving"

Just as jeff was about to start carving he suddenly remembered something, Toymakers make their characters stronger by supplementing them with supporting creations and lore, this realisation made his hands stop and drop the tools.

He took out another blank piece of paper and started sketch the predecessor of the stormtroopers, THE CLONE TROOPERS.

"I almost wasted the opportunity of adding more lore to their predecessors, i dont know how the Loremaker would use these creations and i also dont remember much of the lore but ill do my best to try and get close to it as possible"

It took him another day just sketching down the details of the clone troopers because unlike the stormtroopers he didnt really pay much attention to the clones.

This time he chose to stay up all night and perfect as much as he could.

Meanwhile in a cramped 25sqm apartment.

"Fucking hell! Stellar_Nutz beat me to the idea of Space Rebels! He even took my lore! AND EVEN STOLE MY COMMISSIONED JETPACK DUO!!"

A middle aged man about 34 years old slammed his fist down against the metal table, he had been trying to come up with good lore these months since he needed something to make money from and make a name with, his portfolio was filled with simple adventure one shots and just when he wanted to make a sci-fi world Stellar_Nutz arrived.

Stellar_Nutz was his ex-bestfriend named George Maddison, that reconnected with him and naive he was he shared his current ideas with them, this was a mistake, George stole all his writings and copyrighted them under his own name releasing them as his creation and even expanded on it in the direction that Matt didnt plan to, Matt Merc is the name of the middle aged man.

George then stole the commissions that Matt had readied for his writing, George was rich and Matt was not, George was a treacherous snake and Matt was a naive mouse.

"Im gonna give this Booster shit a negative review!"

Matt went to the page of the Toymaker and wrote up an entire essays worth of complaints but when he tapped send what he got was, [SORRY YOU ARE CURRENTLY UNDER PROBATION UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT DUE TO THE FOLLOWING REPORTED REASONS: PLAGIARISM, UNPAID USAGE TAX, AND TOYMAKER BRIBERY]
