The Village Disciples

THE KODAINA FOREST

Two students can be seen walking throughout the Kodaina forest, one with short white hair and blue eyes, otherwise known as 'Ninki Meisei'. While the other student has dirty blond hair and yellow eyes, his name is Naguru Akogare.

"This forest is a NIGHTMARE!" yelled Akogare, making Meisei jolt up in surprise.

"Stop SCREAMING, I'm RIGHT here!" Meisei responded to Akogare in an annoyed tone,

Being given the role of being in 'Team C', Akogare and Meisei have been scouring the Kodaina forest, going in the direction of any blue marking that was seen on a tree. Akogare was using his magic-made whip to swing from branches that were lower on the ground as Meisei was 'utilizing' Akogare, giving him the responsibility of searching for any markings written on trees.

To Meisei, everyone around him was only a stepping stone to 'stomp' on, stepping stones on his path to becoming a famous warrior. The idea of perpetual popularity and fame, riches beyond galore and simply being the best was what motivated Meisei to attend Buraunmajikku Academy.

"Hey, shouldn't we be working as a team? I mean, we ARE team C." Asked Akogare, making Meisei flinch from the sudden questioning.

Meisei then formed a fake smile and said, "Nah, you got this. Don't you? Besides, looking for these signs or whatever can for sure show your strength and integrity for future challenges!"

Hoping that Meisei's supposed words of encouragement reach the simple-minded blondie, he waited for a response. Still following, Akogare swung from branch to branch. The longer the silence went on, the more nervous Meisei got. He then noticed a VERY serious face that was adorned on the simple-minded blondie, making his nervousness go through the roof. Just as Meisei was about to plan a way to change the current topic, he heard-

"YEAH! Maybe this can give me enough credit to be recognized as a student with at least some potential, thank you Meisei. Best teammate ever!"

With Meisei being shocked and ever more confused, he could only utter out, "Y-yeah, no p-problem."

Just as Akogare was seemingly about to say something, a shadow quickly flew over them. Making the duo snap their heads in every direction, eyes now being wide open in search of the cause of the random shadow's appearance.

Before team C could take any more steps, stone pillars started to root out of the ground. Caging the two, then seemingly forming a roof to completely box them in,

"Hey, hey, HEY. What's going on!?" Akogare questioningly hollered, now noticing that the branch he was perched on was knocked onto the ground, taking Akogare with it.

"I don't know, stay on guard or something." Ordered Meisei, who started forming a magic-filled bow and arrow,

Shortly after their new alarming event occurred, a rectangle shape came out of the ground towards the middle of the stone cage, then cracking all over. After roughly 10 seconds, the stone rectangle was broken and reduced to rubble. Now showing a humanoid shadow hidden in the debris that was launched up from the heavy stone hitting the ground.

Fear being instilled in team C, Akogare nor Meisei moved a muscle. Only maintaining eye contact with the shadow, soon. The shadowed figure started walking forward, only to reveal.

"MS. MANABU!?" Screeched team C

EARLIER IN THE DAY

Ms. Manabu could be seen sitting in her office chair, typing away at her computer, filling herself in with all of the school's scheduling, such as 'who is being taught what and where'. She continued gazing and informing herself, until.

*BOOM*

The principal's office door seemingly exploded, flames now being present. Ms. Manabu encased the flames in stone, not wanting it to spread. Once completed, she went to her PA system and announced.

"Attention every student and teacher of Buraunmajikku academy, the principal's office has been attacked. Having no information on the cause, I am ordering all students to remain with their teachers, I'm also ordering the teachers to form protective barriers around all of the classrooms."

Taking a quick breath, Ms. Manabu continued, "As we're looking for the cause of the attack, everyone shall be locked in their classrooms. I repeat, everyone shall be loc-"

*FWOOSH*

In the middle of the school alert, a fireball was seen taking trajectory at Ms. Manabu. Before it could reach her, a stone pillar blocked the blast.

"Please don't make this difficult." A deep voice plainly requested, assumingly belonging to the assailant of the attack.

In response, Ms. Manabu shot out a stone spike out of the standing protective pillar she was taking cover behind. Hoping to hit the intruder,

*FWOOSH*

Only the sound of more fire was heard, with Ms. Manabu sneakily peaking from behind her stone pillar. She took notice of a wall of fire completely disintegrating her stone spike.

"I said, don't make this difficult." repeated the assailant, his voice now sounding stern.

Ms. Manabu only made spikes protrude out of every wall the assailant was near, extending them out in their direction, only to be stopped by a wall of fire surrounding the man.

The assailant only breathed in and then out before saying, "It's pointless to talk, maybe taking you by force would be a better solution?"

*DING*

*DING*

*DING*

Three phone alert sounds were heard, confusing the assailant. Tempted to burn whatever was making the noise, he suddenly felt a force on his left, still being protected by a firewall.

looking to the left, he took notice of a bright light flashing non-stop. Seemingly destroying the room's walls, after about ten seconds of trying to contemplate what was happening. Another bright light flashed, this time breaking through the firewall and launching the assailant back and out of the room. Crashing through the nearest wall.

Standing up from being knocked onto the ground, the assailant looked back to where he was attacked from and noticed what the bright light was,

"Lightning, huh?" The assailant questioned, in a now understanding tone.

With the smoke that was left from the explosion and destruction, a new figure walked out of the office. A figure attaining dirty white hair and royal blue eyes was now seen.

"IMAWASHIKI!" The new challenger called out, his voice was laced with anger and animosity.

The assailant formed a smirk on his lips before standing up completely, "Never thought I'd see you again, Kaminari Nozomu."
