"It's not the first time we've gotten our hands on the encrypted files of the Black Lotus Sect. We've killed dozens of Black Lotus assassins and recovered their notebooks. I gave it to you not because it's unimportant, but because it wouldn't matter if I had it."

Baek Yisoo thought that these people might be the judges who controlled the reward and punishment system. If so, they would have secret bases within easy reach of Poison Shadow and his team. 

"They are so powerful and secretive because of the meticulous steps taken. After a certain level, bureaucracy becomes a necessity. You have to have specialized clerks on hand to keep the data flowing. There are very few people in the Emerald Forest who can read and write, but at the epicenter we employ dozens of clerks."

Baek Yisoo frowned. The biggest clue he had was these notebooks. If he could understand the texts in these notebooks, he could get information that could harm the Black Lotus Sect. This was a necessary step for self-protection.

'One second...'

Baek Yisoo opened the system's marketplace and browsed through it. After browsing a lot in the Seduction category, she came across a skill book.

"What happened?"

Green Dragon wondered when he saw Baek Yisoo's eyes staring blankly.

"Huh?" Baek Yisoo recovered and shook his head, "It's nothing." 

He had found what he was looking for.

He didn't know what cryptography or cryptanalyst meant, but he understood that it had something to do with decryption. Baek Yisoo couldn't get it right now because he didn't have enough points, but he believed he could get it in a week.

"What measures do you think I should take?" he asked as he looked at the Green Dragon.

"Try not to go out for a while. Don't go out of town and don't meet anyone you don't know. Be cautious."

"Thank you for what you have done!"

Baek Yisoo wanted to go and rest now that he had finished his work here. She hadn't slept for two days and was on the verge of collapsing mentally and physically.

"It's okay. I'm sure you will have power in the future. Then I hope you will repay me for my help."

The Green Dragon was not about to help a man he did not know for free. He believed that Baek Yisoo would become a strong person in the future, so he was currently indebting himself to him.

"I wish you well."

Baek Yisoo didn't stay there any longer. He left the construction site with his notebooks and headed towards the city center.

Seeing the notification in front of him, Baek Yisoo finally realized that he had completed the mission. The Black Lotus Sect was the real knowledge he needed to learn.

After completing the quest, Baek Yisoo realized that he had reached 7.69% of Level 13. His Seduction Points had also increased to 37.

After renting a room with a bathroom at the Violet Inn, Baek Yisoo went to his room. Although he had completed the third side quest, he realized that the quest was not over. A new task appeared in the Mission Window.

'Captain Tok Kyu-bok? What am I doing in his house? And the Gazelle Hunt? A new seduction target?'

Baek Yisoo wondered what reason he would have to observe the house of Tok Kyu-bok, who was at the top of the first class. But this was a side mission connected to the mission with Poison Shadow's team. So instead of going to the mansion tomorrow, he planned to take the day off to recuperate.

'I'll get it out of the way tomorrow.'

It would take more than a week for his wounds to heal. During that time, Baek Yisoo would try to improve his internal energy. To do this, he was going to try a method of gaining Seduction Points and inner energy that he had been thinking about for a long time.

He had been through a lot in two days. He had been kidnapped, tortured, killed someone for the first time, tracked down a team of assassins, the first time he tortured someone else, deceived and expanded his horizons. What he needed to do to relieve the mental fatigue was to sleep.

Yesterday, because of the battle with Black Poison and Poison Wind's team, the wound had opened in many places and started bleeding again, but now it was a little bit back to its original condition.

Seeing this wound reminded him of Poison Shadow's tortures, so he shivered involuntarily. But he believed he should get used to it.

"I have a large amount of money. Enough for 7800 nyang if I convert it all into bronze nyang."

For example, the pavilion they were in now, the Stardust Pavilion, was responsible for managing the clan's security and military personnel. It was one of the most powerful administrative centers in the clan because it managed all the martial artists of the clan. Until some time ago it had been under the control of the Head Guard, but now it was run by his deputy, the Mansion Master Ha Daewon.

After entering the mansion, Instructor Mo entered one of the rooms on the first floor without even greeting anyone. Baek Yisoo was surprised to see how clean and neatly designed the room was. The person who built this place really had a certain taste.

Instructor Mo went straight to the bookshelf and pulled out a manual in seconds. It was labeled [Claw of the Stream, Hard Shell, Quick Break, and Double Wave]. This was the second-class skills taught to the Baek Clan's guards.

"Instructor..."

After Baek Yisoo received the manual, he looked at Instructor Mo for a while. Instructor Mo turned his head and left the room. Baek Yisoo followed behind him, not daring to stay here alone. He wondered why she had given him second-rate techniques so early. However, he was afraid to ask.
