The Rise of Victoria Seras

Chapter 6: 6. Don't call Dracula a bitch.

Chapter 6

As Alucard walked back to his abode, he noticed a rather amusing sight. Seras was carrying Baskerville in her arms. The main reason he was interested in it was the way she was carrying him. The dog had shrunk to the size of a pug and was now snuggled up against the girl's chest, while her arms were under Baskerville's dog's front paws.

"Why are you carrying him like that?" Alucard asked curiously.

"What? You mean Basky!? Well, I thought he was cute enough to cuddle, so I might as well do that while I'm looking for your room, Master."

"Basky? You named him Basky?"

"Yeah? Wait, does he already have another name?" I asked, slightly upset.

"Well, yes and no, I just call him Baskerville's dog."

"Wouldn't Basky just be short for that?" It would be awkward to say "The Hound of Baskerville" every time. - The dog growls in agreement to confirm my words.

- Hm. Not that I mind. Do you want to stay with her? - The vampire asks the dog.

In response to his words, the Dog nodded and then pressed himself against my chest for greater comfort.

- In any case, follow me, we are close. - Alucard said before leaving.

As we walked, I thought about my plans for the future, after all, maybe I should try to earn some of my own money in case the Hellsing organization can no longer take care of me. Should I use omniscience to search for treasures that have not yet been discovered?

- Master?

- What?

- Can we eat human food?

- What, would you like to?

- Well, I might just get tired of drinking only blood over and over again.

- How careless. The answer is no.

- Really? What does blood taste like then?

- It's very difficult to describe, especially since centuries have passed since I last ate human food. Besides, the first feeding is unforgettable. I don't want to ruin your experience with mine.

- In that case, instead of bags of blood, I'll wait for something special for my first time.

- As you wish, policewoman.

- But if I don't refuse the bags, I'll make an emergency supply out of them in my space.

So while talking, we approached a double door, on which there were many inscriptions around a seal that looked exactly like the one on Alucard's glove. The doors were about two and a half meters high and completely black. As soon as we entered, I saw a room made entirely of stone and only two pieces of furniture in it. A chair, more like a throne, and a round table on which there are two glasses and a bottle of wine.

- Master, do you sleep here?

- Yes, what a stupid question!

- Well, there's nowhere to sleep, don't tell me you sleep sitting up? Is that some kind of vampire thing?

- No, it's not, I usually don't sleep at all.

- Oh, where will I sleep?

- Anywhere, you can choose.

- Master, should I use my powers to move the bed here?

- No need, Walter will deliver it here soon.

Meanwhile, in the Vatican, an elderly gentleman burst in on a man sitting on a very expensive-looking chair, at an equally expensive table, sorting through documents.

- Father Maxwell, there's something you should see!

- What happened, Father Renaldo? I'm busy right now. - Maxwell said irritably.

- This is very important, do you remember the Hellsings' pet vampire?

- Hm? Alucard? Yes, I know about that Protestant whore's pet dog, the man replied casually, despite the harsh insult.

"Well, he recently created another vampire. This is what we know about her." Renaldo said, handing Enrico's folder to Maxwell.

"Hmm?" Maxwell suddenly became interested after seeing the photo. "Are they real? How can a teenager have such hammers?"

"Please, Maxwell, read the file seriously." Renaldo sighed tiredly before answering.

A few minutes later, Maxwell's expression turned sad, and then he returned to his initially uninterested expression.

"That's sad. She had so many terrible experiences one after another. If she had come to our shelter, she would have made a great member of the Iscariots."

"Sir, let's not pay attention to what could have been. We need to decide what we're going to do with this."

"Nothing." Maxwell said, throwing the folder on the table.

"Sir?"

- Right now, she's just a chick that was created less than 8 hours ago. We have a lot of people who can handle her.

- But sir, she's a potential threat that we need to eliminate.

- Don't worry, Father Renaldo, we can get rid of her at any time.

- I understand, Father Maxwell. - Renaldo replied before leaving the room with a dissatisfied face.

"Ah, Enrico. You're still just a child. Alucard has never had chicks before, this "teenager" as you call her, could become the next Alucard. - The man thinks, looking at the photo sticking out of the folder again.

Hellsing Mansion.

- Wow! - I exclaimed in surprise when Walter and four other soldiers entered, carrying a bed. The reason for my surprise was the bed itself, it seemed insanely expensive, although what else could you expect from a family like the Hellsings. They certainly have no problems with money, and then, we'll see, maybe if they treat me well, I'll help find a couple of national treasures so that Integra can get bonus points in her reputation. True, I would not like to communicate with random people now. Only when I turned to talk to Alucard, I discovered that he had disappeared.

"Damn! How could he leave me with them!?"

- Oh! Thank you Walter! I'm really tired after everything that happened last night, do you need help?

- Please, Miss Victoria. This bed is too heavy for any normal man to handle. - Walter answered, ordering four men to put the bed down.

- Mister Dolnes? She's just a little girl, how can she lift it alone? - One of the soldiers asked in confusion.

- Right! I forgot we had new recruits today! Anyway, just look, she's not just a little girl. - Walter said, slamming his fist down on his outstretched palm.

- What?

- Just look, kid. You're lucky, not many people get to see a vampire's superpower in action without the threat of death. - One of the men said with a knowing smile.

- Sir? A vampire?

While the recruit was asking in confusion, I simply walked up to the bed and hugged her happily said.

- This bed is so big and looks incredibly comfortable. Thank you Walter!

I placed the bed next to the throne and naturally I couldn't resist settling down on it right away.

- Please, Seras. - Walter said with a satisfied smile.

- Basque! Come here! - I called the dog, patting the spot next to me.

Not even a second after my words, a dog crawled out of the black hole in the floor and jumped onto the bed, rubbing its muzzle against my hands.

"What the hell just happened!?" the recruit screamed in fear, backing away.

"Did you really think we were fighting normal humans? What's the point of those classes you attended if we were fighting normal humans?" Walter asked with disdain.

"Sorry, Mr. Dolnes. This guy hasn't attended a single class yet. He's literally fresh meat, he only got here 5 minutes before you asked us to move the bed." One of the three soldiers said.

"Then I guess the surprise is somewhat justified. But that's no reason to yell. You're a British gentleman! Act like one." Walter said, shaking his head before turning to the wall.

"The recruits are getting worse every year, aren't they, Alucard?"

After these words, Alucard starts to slowly come out of the wall, grinning madly, and turned to the recruit who fell, trying to retreat hastily.

- Who would have thought that a larva would wet his pants right away, I don't think he's fit for Hellsing. What do you think, Seras?

Alucard asked with an interested expression.

- He really...? - I stopped playing with Basque and looked back.

- HA-ha-ha, this is really disgusting. No real man would wet himself because of such a small thing. Hell, I was almost raped by a vampire, while he was going to turn me into a ghoul, and even I didn't wet myself then. - I answered with disdain.

- Hahahahahahahahahaha! - Alucard laughed madly.

- What? It's true. What man would wet himself just from the sight of a man coming out of the wall, something like this is more impressive than scary. - I said, stroking Baski.

After my words, the others, including Walter, also began to laugh a little. The rookie stood up in anger from this.

- Shut up, bitch! You're just a freak! A monster! - This clearly stupid individual yelled.

However, his words suddenly made the room quiet, and Alucard and Walter looked at me, clearly expecting a reaction. I stopped stroking Baski and felt anger boiling inside me. Today I lost two of my friends through my own fault, I had a shitload of stress because of the vampire who held me hostage, then the taunts from Integra, but at least I respect her as a person. And now some cowardly bastard really thinks that he can insult me so easily?

In just a moment, I was already in front of the man and lifted him by the neck with one hand. And a creepy smile adorned my face.

- Tell me Walter, how useful is trash like him to Sir Integra.

Alucard smiles happily at my words and actions, and Walter with three soldiers showed an understanding expression and said.

- Although he is a coward, but good training will make something useful even out of trash like him, so it is desirable that he is alive.

- What should we do with you? - I said thoughtfully, tightening my grip, while putting my other hand on my chin, showing with all my appearance that I was thinking. When the soldier was ready to lose consciousness, I let him go, allowing him to fall to the floor.

- Oh, I know! Walter, how about a deal? - I had a great idea to take advantage of the situation.

- What deal do you want to offer Miss Seras? - the former Hellsing cleaner asked with interest.

- How about this, I leave him alone, and you teach me your method of fighting. - I said, proud that I came up with a way to trick Walter into receiving such interesting skills.

- Hm, I apologize, but I'm already old and I'm afraid I won't be able to teach you. - Walter pretended to be sorry.

- In that case, can I at least punish him as I see fit? I promise he will be able to continue to be a soldier physically, but I can't guarantee that he will want to stay. - I said, although slightly upset that the idea failed, but at least I still have a bloody dummy on which to vent my anger.

- As you wish, Seras. - Walter said, ordering the other three soldiers to leave the room.

- Wait, won't you help me? - the recruit hoarsely begs, clutching his neck and watching the men leave.

- Dude, you called her something no normal human woman would accept. She's a real vampire, a monster as you called her. Be happy you're alive and accept it. - said the soldier, who hadn't said a word before closing the door.
