Chapter 5: Chapter 5: The Striker Family
Raizor had no choice but to accept what Lena's father told him, so they gave him a room, something he didn't expect, but he had no other option.
"Why do these things always happen to me, damn it," Raizor said in his mind while not knowing what to do, but then he heard someone knock on the door.
"You can come in, Lena," Raizor said, and she entered the room with a change of clothes in her hands.
"I'm really sorry that my father is doing this," Lena said, embarrassed by the situation.
Lena left the change of clothes on the bed while an awkward silence fell between them, but just as Lena was about to speak, her younger brother entered the room saying that their parents wanted to talk to Raizor.
Raizor simply nodded, then went to the living room where Lena's two brothers and her parents were, the mother at least had a serious expression.
"Raizor, I'm glad to see you well," Lena's father said with a genuine smile.
"It's been a while since I've seen you, Mr. Striker," Raizor replied, putting his hands in his pockets.
"Please, drop the formalities; we're not in those times anymore," the father said, leaving the family confused, all eyes focused on Raizor.
"Even if you say so, I couldn't, but now tell me, why did you send me that letter asking me to find your daughter Lena and take care of her?" Raizor asked, leaving everyone speechless and surprised, including Lena.
"Well, I think you already figured out why," the father replied with a smile.
"So, this guy named Erick is the problem, but the real question I'm asking is, why the hell are people from Germany looking for her?" Raizor said, taking his hands out of his pockets and starting to clench his fists, something Lena noticed.
"Raizor, do you hate my father?" Lena thought as she watched Raizor's hateful gaze towards her father, which he noticed, sighing before speaking again.
"Things started after what happened five years ago; the countries, Germany and the United States, found out about Lena's existence. Since then, I wanted you to help me one last time," the father said, leaving almost everyone surprised, except Raizor.
"Basically, they're after her because she has an affinity with the four elements, so she's almost always in danger," Raizor said, glancing at Lena, who blushed a little under his gaze.
The father looked at him, his expression turning grave, knowing Raizor's answer would likely be no, but before he could speak, Raizor looked him straight in the eye and smiled before speaking.
"Although I would like to say no, your daughter has already seen me use my powers, and the rest of your family knows about me. I have no choice but to say," Raizor didn't finish, turning to look at Lena.
"More than to say that from now on, Lena Striker will be under my protection when she needs it," Raizor said, followed by a smile, surprising everyone in the house with his words.
But Lena blushed upon hearing Raizor's words, while the father only smiled because he knew his daughter would be in good hands, especially since Raizor had fallen in love with Lena.
The Striker family, after five years, will have to ask for help from THE REAPER, or rather from Raizor, although they may not like it, they have no choice but to accept reality.
And that reality is that Raizor is someone invincible no matter who his opponent is because most of the people who faced him were few who lived to tell the tale.
Raizor is incredible, but he always has his limits since he can't always use the affinity of darkness more than three times; if he exceeds that, he will suffer even more because THE REAPER's curse activates and turns him into a killer.
Turning him into a killer, a demon whose name is unknown, gives him unreachable powers for other people, making him very dangerous in that state because he will only recognize the person who is with him while killing the rest mercilessly.
That is the truth about Raizor and why he is the most powerful person in the world, no matter who his opponent is, THE REAPER forgives no one.
