The day beast ape was very fast as it waded through the River of Time. Its momentum was awe inspiring.

Lu Zheng looked around him, unlike before when the River of Time was pouring downwards from the sky; it was now flowing in one direction and was incredibly calm.

His expression was complex as he muttered softly: "It is true. The concept of time and space is impossible to comprehend in the River of Time"

He knew that the River of Time had incredible dao imprint foundation and its very presence twisted time and space apart. It was impossible to judge time and space within it with common sense.

The day beast ape grunted as its arms suddenly stretched towards Lu Zheng who attempted to parry them with his sword.

"Peng!"

The sound of metals striking each other could be heard as Lu Zheng was thrown many metres away. The day beast ape did not plan to give Lu Zheng any respite as it chased after his falling body.

Strength Essence converged into a point before suddenly exploding outwards, stunning the day beast ape and throwing it backwards. Its arms were bent before it and were bent at an awkward angle showing the ferocity of the attack.

Yu Er Dan who was still being controlled by Lu Zheng floated in the River of Time with a cold smirk. It was obvious that she was the one that attacked the day beast ape.

"Ah? So this bastard can actually be wounded" Yu Er Dan sounded amused as she controlled more strength Essence to accumulate around her body.

"Everyone, let us attack it while it is still injured. This might be our only chance to kill it" An Yin shouted to gather the martial warriors' attention.

Actions spoke louder than words. An Yin directly used his methods and struck the day beast ape. Sharp sword lights burst from his body before shooting into the day beast ape's body.

"Roaar!"

The day beast ape blocked most of the sword lights with its arms but some still struck it in other places, forming deep holes in its body from which blood flowed. Immediately the blood mixed with the water of the River of Time, it dissipated and became like normal water.

The martial warriors acted like they did not even see the sudden dissipation of blood. They were too focused on using their methods.

The day beast ape was incredibly strong. It was a rank eight beast and it received amplification to its battle strength inside the River of Time. It gave the martial warriors a hard time.

Lu Zheng appeared again as he ran towards the day beast ape, thick sheets of ice forming with every step he took. Fire path methods were greatly suppressed inside the River of Time so Lu Zheng did not even attempt using them.

Strength Will was channelled as the imprint on his forehead glistened with a bright red light. The red auras that surrounded his body doubled in intensity.

He swung Mei Luan with great force as lighting raced across its tip. Mei Luan was a rank three Immortal Grade sword that had fallen from Divine Grade. On its own, it could cut metals like hot knife through butter.

"Grr!"

The day beast ape faced Lu Zheng as it raised its arms to block the sword strike. After fighting the day beast ape for some time, they already knew that its arms were its main offensive methods and they were incredibly strong. Even the rank three Immortal Grade sword in Lu Zheng's hands would struggle to cut them.

"Gotcha!" A smirk formed on Lu Zheng's lips as wind formed around his body. He leaped towards the day beast ape as strong wind currents carried him through the air. It was almost like he was gliding through the air.

He tilted Mei Luan at the very last minute and the sword bit into the rank eight day beast ape's side. Thunder boomed as lightning blasted its insides.

The day beast ape grunted as blood flowed from its orifices. It made to punch Lu Zheng but Cangxiang Zihan used his cloud path methods to protect the man.

Sword lights zoomed through the air and stabbed into the day beast ape's skull before exploding into dazzling sword projections. Lu Zheng retrieved his sword and sheathed it as the day beast ape's large body dissipated in the River of Time.

It was certainly dead.
