Horus replied in a deep voice, "If you ask whether a True King can lead humanity to revival, my answer is certainly, the True King is humanity's God, a super strong entity mastering the Root Origin."

Rod frowned and asked, "Root Origin?"

"Correct."

Horus said with a solemn expression.

"You should know the Primordial Law, right?"

Rod nodded. The 107 types of Primordial Laws are the world's most fundamental laws, the basic law on which everything in the world forms and operates. Therefore, it also constitutes the body of the Sea of Source.

"In this world, Spiritual Energy, the energy of the Soul, is one type of many energies, most suited for Soul usage."

"And energy levels can also be equated with Spiritual Energy levels."

"Here, the Tenth Level is the dividing line between ordinary people and powerhouses."

"After this, the Eleventh Level, Twelfth Level, and Thirteenth Level all belong to the Transcendent category."

"The Fourteenth Level is the domain of Commanders, but a few Transcendents have reached this level, which is the real Strongman's dividing line, a warrior for real battlefields during the Ancient Epoch."

"Here, the Fifteenth Level, Sixteenth Level, are standards for Kings."
