The King of Black Fog

Chapter 95 Ant_3

Without a door, the vast Earthly Realm stretched before their eyes, swarming with dark, shadowy ants, but most were small in size, only as long as Li Changzhou's thumb.

"Should we just teleport away?" Bi held a pot lid in her left hand, a lollipop (still uneaten) in her right hand, and slung her white little purse over her shoulder.

"Let's try to break through first and see if we can find the ant queen," Yang Qinglan said, "Bi, this time you take the lead."

"Hmph!"

Bi popped the lollipop into her mouth and unleashed her 'Lick-level' telekinesis.

The mass of ants, like a piece of black cloth, was torn open with a gash.

"Kneel before me, ants, for I am destined to surpass Catherine and become the future Empress of Moscow, Bi!"

Li Changzhou bit the flesh on the right side of his mouth.

Yang Qinglan lowered her head, using her slender fingers to gently touch her delicate, curved nose.

"Wow! Bi is so cool! Cooler than my brother!" Qian Xia propped the Blood-colored Steel Spear under her arm, freeing her hands to clap vigorously.

"I permit you to follow behind me, hmph!" Bi strutted ahead, leading the way through the parted ranks of ants.

Qian Xia picked up her Blood-colored Steel Spear and followed.

"Your sister would make a good kindergarten teacher," Miss Yang said softly.

"Agreed," Mr. Li replied quietly.

A squirrel, escaping the log cabin being disassembled by leafcutter ants, scurried up thus passed Li Changzhou, who pinned its tail underfoot.

"Aaah!!!" The squirrel jumped in fright, its fur standing on end, and relaxed only when it saw it was Li Changzhou.

Its round eyes full of unease, it asked, "Boss Black Mist, do you have any orders for me?"

"Are you jinxed, or is it—" Li Changzhou looked down at it, "intentional?"

With a woeful face, the squirrel thought over its return journey, seriously considering whether it was indeed cursed.

Sorry, Taoli;

Sorry, Jiang;

Sorry, Tali;

Sorry, holder of the Heavy Machine Gun.

I will survive, avenge your deaths, please bless me!

"Boss Black Mist, believe me! I am loyally devoted to you, with no second thoughts!" The squirrel wailed as it clung to Li Changzhou's shoe.

Li Changzhou doubted the truth but decided to teach it a lesson, or rather, bestow a favor, as a reward for its contribution during this period.

But that would have to wait until they were out of this situation.

"You'd better be," he said as he released his foot.

"Thank you, boss!" The squirrel dashed away, following closely behind the future Empress of Moscow.

Yafeiluna watched it coolly, then obediently walked behind Li Changzhou and Yang Qinglan.

Keeping up with a boss who couldn't distinguish between a focused animal and a wasteful one was a waste of her time.

Following the Czar Princess? The fool, couldn't it see that Black Mist's sister was actually being sent by the boss to watch the Czar Princess? Just a mere prisoner at her feet.

The only formidable enemy...

Yafeiluna glanced at the Polar Bear Woman who was also following Li Changzhou.

The threat she posed was as great as her towering height.

As they left the cabin, Bi paused, turned around, and asked, "Should we drive or not?"

Their car, parked not far from the cabin, was still there.

Boom! Screech! Bang!

Amid the cacophony, the car they were all staring at was slowly lifted into the air.

A 1.4-ton Audi A3 was hoisted up by an ant half the height of a human with its mandibles, ready to fling it as a weapon.

"Army ants," Yang Qinglan observed and identified the species of ant, "can lift weights 500 times their own body weight, and during hunting, they form different offensive groups to fight, just like well-armed professional soldiers."

"Hmph!" Bi looked disdainfully, aiming her fair palm at the army ant.

Before she could use her telekinesis, under the gaze of Yang Qinglan, the army ant staggered as if it were about to slip backward.

"Clang!" The 1.4-ton Audi A3 crashed down on the army ant, pinning it to the ground.

In an instant, the round body of the army ant burst, spewing out a messy jumble of innards.

"Let's go," Yang Qinglan said impassively as she withdrew her gaze, "an army ant squad usually consists of one to two million ants. This ant queen player can't possibly make each ant an army ant, nor can she make each one that powerful, but we still need to be cautious."

"One to two million?!" The squirrel trembled.

Even ordinary ants could kill it, right?

Yafeiluna also looked uneasy, aware that ants have various abilities, some even poisonous, and her constitution was only that of an average human, with only three layers of gray mist remaining.

"This ant queen must have quite a few points," Li Changzhou said with a smile.

The Emerald Bee Sword slid out of his sleeve, growing from the size of a needle to a comfortably held weapon.

As wide as half a palm and so thin it could glide through the gaps between fingertips.

From the side, it looked like a green line, from the front, a piece of jade, only resembling a sword when it took a life.

The group marched against the tide of ants, in search of the ant queen.
