The King of Black Fog

Chapter 430: Giant Beast Form

The second-rank Divine Will, especially a newly achieved second-rank Divine Will warrior, being defeated by a first-rank Divine Will warrior of the prodigy type, is entirely possible.

Even so, such an event, in the eyes of most ordinary Divine Will warriors, would be akin to a saint descending, saying they want to take them as a disciple—a myth.

But a third-rank Divine Will being defeated by a second-rank Divine Will has no precedent since the ascension of the Divine Will saints.

Even the general, in Tina and Kert's eyes, could compare with gods, the two did not think he could be a match for a third-rank Divine Will warrior.

The General pondered slightly.

"The target is only the Incubation Chamber, not a third-rank Divine Will warrior," he said, "hide, and find a Divine Will ship to sneak onto."

The General, though competitive and combative, was not a reckless person.

"Tina." The General looked towards the female warrior again.

Tina lit up her full Blood Ring, a blood-colored worm began to split.

In the animal kingdom, some animals' behaviors are controlled by other organisms. Rats infected by Toxoplasma might even become attracted to cats.

Humans are no exception.

Some human behaviors are likely guided by pathogens carried by their bodies; only humans are unaware of this string's existence.

The worm nurtured by Tina's Blood Ring is as thin as a hair and once it enters the human body, it controls human actions.

The mind no longer makes decisions; it simply reports decisions already made by the worm, and then the mind gives orders to the body.

Everything feels natural; those controlled are unable to perceive this change.

There's another more deadly point.

This worm's larvae can spread through mere conversation.

When the worm splits larvae, it can make people excited, enjoy crowded places, like going to bars, singing loudly, and conversing.

Tina can control every life infected by the worm.

This is the Formula Ring that allowed Tina to achieve the second rank.

"With a third-rank Divine Will warrior around, I can't actively release thoughts, I can only let the worm act on instinct," Tina licked the blood on her fingertip and swallowed it.

"That's enough," the General said, "a gathering crowd can cause chaos or make the opponent hesitate, both benefiting our actions."

Every planet with a third-rank Divine Will warrior is home to many wealthy residents; the Divine Will Great Wall is a civilization circle that ostensibly follows the law, so a third-rank Divine Will warrior would not kill indiscriminately.

Giant Beast Form.

"I've always thought the name of this ship was wrong," Clara said, holding a refreshing beverage.

"No, no, you don't understand!" Captain Lynn laughed heartily.

The appearance of Giant Beast Form... like a deformed mushroom; behind the long mushroom stalk were two circular thrusters.

The captain stood before the bridge's glass, looking toward the direction of Longevity Star; nothing was there yet, but the ship had already begun to decelerate in advance.

Whenever docking, whether entering a planetary-level ship or landing on a planet, Captain Lynn would stand here.

He enjoyed watching the way Giant Beast Form entered; this fondness stemmed from his personal life.

"I can't understand," Clara said, sipping her tea, while the other eleven tentacles waved on the control console, making people worry they might tangle at any moment, "but because of the captain's peculiar hobby, we've been fined hundreds of times, banned from docking on twelve human planets; clearly, as a businessman, that's inadequate."

"Businessman? No, no, the ones who make money are the damn businessmen, I'm above them—a good man!"

One of Clara's meditative heads opened its eyes and exchanged a look with the awake head, both shaking simultaneously.

"Captain," said the female navigator while tending her nails, "an active philanthropist is virtuous, a passive one is foolish."

"My dear Driftwood, you have a beautiful face, but such a venomous mouth and heart."

"You can find a navigator with a beautiful heart too."

"No, no, no matter how beautiful the heart, if a navigator leads me into the wild, I'd still kick her off the ship, yet for a navigator with a beautiful appearance, I'd be happy to go to the wild region with her."

"You are really…"

{Beep——————}

A sound, like a dying instrument, screeched inside Giant Beast Form.

"Captain! We've been locked onto by the fire control system!" Clara's one head yelled, while the other focused intently on scanning information.

"Where? Find me the target!" The captain hurried away from the window, returning to his captain's chair.

"Direction: k2670, N558.234, S4..."

Before the navigator finished speaking, the captain grabbed the microphone-like device and shouted on all frequencies:

"This is the Giant Beast Form! Kaiyun Star registered cargo ship! There is only one team of B-class adventurer guards on board! Any terms can be negotiated! Repeat! Any terms can be negotiated! Please cease attack! Please cease attack!"

"Captain!" the navigator screamed, the side of her face stained blue from the light outside the window.

Boom!

A comet-like blue streak hit Giant Beast Form.

The energy of Giant Beast Form's shield instantly dropped a notch!

In the distance, another blue comet "slowly" shot straight towards them.

The hatch opened, and the resting Disk of Adventurers team came striding in, some with their combat suits not yet fully deployed.

"Lynn, do you need us to act?" Disk inquired.

Captain Lynn did not answer, still gripping the 'all-frequency communicator' tightly.

"This is Giant Beast Form! Kaiyun Star registered cargo ship!"

"Only one team of B-class adventurer guards on board! Any terms can be negotiated! Repeat! Any terms can be negotiated!"

"Please cease attack! Please cease attack!"
