The Female CEO's Personal Bodyguard

Chapter 1984: Invite the King of Demonic Beasts as a Guardian

"Why?"

Delarosa softly explained, "A snake cannot survive without a head. Each of these giant beasts is incredibly powerful, and coupled with their bloodlines, subjugating them to bend to your will is not easy."

"You may defeat them, but what runs in their veins makes it difficult for them to submit to the Human Race."

"You subdued the Golden-Winged Great Roc because it saw you when it hatched and you raised it, so it regards you as a parent."

"Spencer subdued the Golden Giant Ape because she saved its life and treated it as a friend, which is why it accepted her."

"Demonic beasts may not submit to powerful humans, but they will certainly submit to a stronger demonic beast. So, to command them smoothly and use them as if they were your own limbs, you need a beast king more powerful than them, who can communicate with you and obey your commands."

"With such a fierce demonic beast around, you indirectly control all other demonic beasts, making them willingly fight for you as your soldiers. Otherwise, even if I force them into submission, they'll just want to escape at the first opportunity instead of fighting for you."

With Delarosa's explanation, Carson Flores suddenly understood, yet he was also troubled, "These giant beasts are basically at the pinnacle of this world, each with Ancient Bloodlines and a rebellious nature. Where could I possibly find a beast king capable of suppressing them all?"

Delarosa smiled slightly, "The beast king is already with you."

The beast king is with me?

Carson Flores looked befuddled, really? I didn't know this.

Golden-Winged Great Roc?

Though an adult Golden-Winged Great Roc is indeed formidable, it wouldn't quite be considered a beast king, right?

And the Red-beaked Celestial Crane just now, Carson thought its strength might not be inferior to an adult Golden-Winged Great Roc.

Besides the Golden-Winged Great Roc, what other beasts do I have?

Dragon Chant Sword?

Carson's eyes lit up, his thoughts suddenly clear, "Delarosa, are you referring to the Dark Ancestral Dragon?"

Delarosa smiled and said, "Yes, the Dragon Clan originally is the most powerful and ancient race among the beasts. The Ancestor Dragon ascended to above the Great Land Supreme before an incident led him to return to Dragon Spirit Continent to seal his dark part."

"Whether by identity, bloodline, or strength, the Dark Ancestral Dragon can definitely be considered the beast king of the Demon Race, much more powerful than these giant beasts with Ancient Bloodlines. With it in the tower, no matter how many demonic beasts you release inside, they're bound to be subdued obediently."

"You once took the Dark Ancestral Dragon away from the Dragon Race Sacred Land, which can be regarded as saving its life, so I believe choosing between living in the seal of the Dragon Chant Sword or the tower's world isn't hard for him."

Carson worriedly said, "The Ancestor Dragon mentioned that both our destinies are entangled, and unless we find a way to sever this bond, if the Dark Ancestral Dragon arises again, it could bring disaster to both of us..."

Delarosa chuckled softly, "As long as it doesn't leave the Ethereal Pagoda, there won't be a problem. To sever the bond, you'll need to reach the High Immortal Realm."

Carson asked excitedly, "Delarosa, do you mean I could release it and let it stay in the tower?"

Delarosa nodded, "Yes, you can ask it to help manage these demonic beasts and form a demonic beast legion. Although it won't be of much use against those above Great Land Supreme, it will definitely be powerful against those under it. At least, when facing the many experts of the Heavenly Alliance, we wouldn't need to run anymore."

Carson became very excited, "That would be great, haha, isn't this mutually beneficial? I believe the Dark Ancestral Dragon senior won't refuse."

After a pause, Carson raised his concern, "What if it tries to escape?"

Delarosa smiled slightly, her voice filled with confidence, "You disagree, I disagree, even if it's an Ancestor Dragon, it can't run away. On the contrary, if it dares to play tricks, it'll have a hard time in here."

Carson took a sharp breath, that confidence is intense!

A presence above Great Land Supreme, can Delarosa also suppress it?

"Delarosa, could you give me a hint? What's your background? Such incredible combat power..."

Delarosa smiled, "Isn't it good to be strong? If I were too weak, how could I protect you?"

Carson laughed, "I'm just curious, Delarosa's background must be remarkable!"

Delarosa answered, "When you reach above Great Land Supreme, I will tell you the answer. For now, the world you've seen is still too small, and your current strength is too low. Knowing my background wouldn't benefit you at all."

"Alright, it's a deal!"

Carson didn't press further. He was curious, but Delarosa didn't want to say, so he wouldn't force it.

It was just the implication in Delarosa's words that was intriguing, that being at Golden Immortal Late Stage, his power was still too low!

One must reach above Great Land Supreme to be qualified to know!

What could that mean?

It meant Delarosa might originate from a world above Great Land Supreme, possibly connected to some top-level powerhouses...

"I'll go communicate with the Dark Ancestral Dragon senior!"

Carson led Selah Ellison Immortal Lord and Spencer Steele into the Ethereal Pagoda, then took out the Dragon Chant Sword, pouring Spiritual Energy wildly into the Ancient Trapping Dragon Formation.

The Formation Pattern on the Trapping Dragon Formation quickly lit up, and the black hole entrance in the center of the formation seemed to open. Countless strands of black, filled with the terrifying aura of the Dark Ancestral Dragon, emanated, enveloping the entire Dragon Chant Sword, making its aura dangerously fierce and terrifying!

Seizing the momentary opening of the formation, Carson split a strand of his consciousness, sinking into the Trapped Dragon Formation.

In the void, a massive black giant dragon stretched across tens of miles lay quietly as though dozing, exuding thick black energy with an extremely intimidating presence.

Aware of Carson's consciousness arriving, the Dark Ancestral Dragon opened its eyes, slightly surprised, "Boy, what do you want?"

Carson chuckled, glancing around, asking, "Senior, what's your impression of living here?"

The Dark Ancestral Dragon snorted coldly, two wisps of formidable black flames spewing out from its nostrils, "Did you come just to mock me, to laugh at my plight?"

Carson laughed, "Of course not, you've always helped me against enemies, offering a lot of assistance for which I'm grateful. So, I thought of a way to provide a better living environment for you. It's too dark and silent here, not fit even for an elderly being, the living conditions are really too poor!"

The Dark Ancestral Dragon looked at him slyly, "What tricks are you up to this time, kid?"

Carson laughed kindly, his smile sincere, "There's no trick. I just want to repay your help by arranging for you a better living area. Staying cramped up in this dark place is too tiring!"
