Threatening a God King
Pov Dia,
My daughters were so cute and popular within the family. Everyone wanted to hug them.
Some, like Oni-sama, made remarks about their skin because it was similar to Rimuru's. It wasn’t unpleasant; if you pressed a finger against their cheeks, it would sink in but wouldn’t hurt them.
Rimuru and I noticed that they had no demonic energy and weren’t meant for fighting, which made me feel better.
A week after their birth, I finally allowed Rimuru to return to her maid duties, but on the condition that she work no more than six hours, and that the rest of the time, she would be with Findel and Joyce.
While Rimuru worked, Rain and Misery were tasked with taking care of my daughters, and of course, I threatened them if they didn’t know how to protect them.
My love for the girls knew no bounds, and I wanted to speed up some administrative processes so that Pandemonium would be nicer when I showed them the city, and also to return them more quickly.
One day, I decided to introduce them to Inari and Kurama, and as a precaution for their protection, I brought my entire peerage. When I arrived at my friends' place, the youkai assigned to protect their master wasn’t happy that I had brought someone else for protection, but I preferred to have people I trusted.
The couple was very happy to meet them and treated them as if they were their own daughters. I, of course, reminded them with a threatening tone that they were my daughters.
Inari: "We don’t have children yet, can’t you let me treat them as if they were mine?"
Dia: "The day I let someone treat my girls as their own who isn't one of my wives will be the day I’m dead."
And of course, as one might imagine, that is not planned for the next millennium.
Although my daughters were born very recently, they were already aware of their surroundings. Rimuru mentioned that during pregnancy, she gave them general knowledge, and according to her calculations, they should be able to speak in a few days once they can develop vocal cords.
I wouldn’t want them to grow up too quickly, as I would feel sad for not having had enough time to enjoy their youth and teach them about life.
One day, I had to help Sera with a political matter involving the Greek gods. We met Zeus and Poseidon. We handled some political business and so on.
The entire time, I wanted to gouge out Zeus' eyes because he kept looking at me and Sera with a perverted gaze.
After this political affair, I took a walk through the streets of Athens, both because it’s a historical place and because I wanted to find something for my daughters.
I had asked Sera to come home so she could play with my daughters for a bit because she had been working hard lately and hadn’t had time to enjoy being with them. It was almost as if Findel and Joyce were her daughters.
I had a strange feeling, as if I were being watched, but looking around, I couldn’t find the source of my discomfort.
I decided to continue on and ignore the feeling.
While walking, I noticed that the passersby didn’t seem aware of me, almost as if I were invisible. I began to raise my guard, and when I sensed someone approaching from behind, I immediately turned on my heel.
I managed to grab the suspect, and it turned out to be Zeus.
Dia: "I knew you were going to try something, but not in such an amateur way. You’re known for having a sexual preference for anything. To you, a hole is a hole, and I know you had got your eye on me and Sera. Just know that I am VERY, VERY angry."
And right after I said this, I delivered a huge kick to his crotch. I put enough power into it so that, no matter what, this wound won’t heal.
Dia: "I’m warning you, the only reason I didn’t kill you is because you’re the leader of your faction. But if you ever try this again, or if anyone else in your pantheon dares to attack me, I promise you that person will be dead."
