The crimson princess

Crimson bow technique(1)

Pov Rimuru,

We were all on the field to watch Dia-sama demonstrate her new archery technique.

We spread out a bit to give her the space she needed. Scathach-sensei created a target at a distance of approximately 10km. Yes, the training ground is very large.

(Author’s note: so that you do not complain it is not the same training ground as when Rimuru and Sera did laps.)

Dia-sama closed her eyes and took a breath before starting to create her bow.

This bow measured approximately 1.80 meters, with two snakes coiled around a rod, so to speak, crossing each other in the middle of the bow at the head and in the middle of the rope for their tails.

(Author’s note: in conclusion, envision two shapes resembling snakes forming an arc.)

It truly was a beautiful result, considering all the effort she had put into it.

It was quite amusing for a person to wield a weapon much larger than themselves.

Dia-sama was the smallest in our group, measuring only 1.50 meters. I'm just a bit taller than her.

(Author’s note: I checked ChatGPT to see its size. I wasn't expecting it to be the same size as Dia, so I'll add a few extra centimeters to Rimuru. Additional information: Dia will no longer grow; she will remain a semi-loli for the rest of the story. No comments.)Sera-sama of her side measured 1m57 she was the largest. I wonder if Dia-sama no longer has to grow if I have to shrink my size. I would ask her later.

Returning to the size of the weapon, I'm accustomed to seeing her carry a weapon much larger than herself, especially the Imperial Claymore. However, for other weapons, she usually opts for a size that perfectly suits her physique.

Yet, I must admit, seeing her handle a bow like that is quite impressive. She gives off such a cool aura that I feel a sense of excitement in my crotch just watching her swing the bow.

It took more or less 5 seconds for the runes to form so that she no longer had to focus on the arc. At the same time as forming the runes, she created a crimson arrow.

Because it required a little more concentration, the arrows just looked like normal arrows.

I analyzed with Great Sage the extra runes that she could have put on the bow or arrows.

The first foreign runes

I noticed were on the snake's tail or the rope.

After an analysis, it would make the rope stiffer, which would allow for faster shooting.

The flaw in a rope too stiff is that it requires more strength to bind it. But this is not a problem for Dia-sama because her strength is incredible.

Before I could see if there were any additional runes, Dia-sama bandaged the bow and learned to shoot.

The arrow went so fast that a Middle-Class Devil or even a High-Class Devil could not follow it with their eyes.

The arrow traversed in a straight way the trajectory that Dia-sama had given it.

When the arrow landed on the target, a violent explosion occurred. And before the shock wave reached us, Dia-sama formed a crimson shield before us to protect us from the shock.

The terrain was unrecognizable where the arrow landed; there was a crater with a 5-meter radius. Scathach: "To find out, what was the intensity of the explosive rune on the arrow?"

Dia: "It was close to the best explosive arrow I could make. The rune can't handle more of my POD."

Scathach: "A rune could be made to increase the explosion, but it's already not bad as a technique. It will kill many people at the same time. The only flaw is that you can't use it if your allies are in the blast zone."

Dia: "It's not my only bow technique I wanted to show. I just wanted to show the most impressive one first."

Scathach: "I don’t want to waste my time, so I’m leaving."

Dia: "It's not that the other two techniques aren't as impressive; they just aren't the same."

After saying that, Dia-sama got back into position.

Like a jerk I erased my conversation with chatgpt and I had to start again to find so that it only changes the grammar. And after an hour and a half. I got there with a better result.
