The crimson princess

A boring party

Pov Dia,

??: "What a wonderful performance you made. I would almost be tempted to invite you to play music at any party I organize."

Dia: "Your compliments go straight to my heart, but I have a busy schedule and I’m not sure I can come and play music for you."

You hypocritical piece of shit, if you keep licking my feet for favors or if you keep looking at me with obscene eyes, I’m going to punch you in the face.

It’s time for the part I hate: the one where the host must greet everyone. There are those who look at me with obscene looks, others who think they can bond with me to get closer to my brother. Anyway, it’s all politics, and it pisses me off.

Dia: "Rimuru, hit me if I can’t remember his name."

I said to Rimuru, who was following me, whispering.

Rimuru: "Why should I hit you, Dia-sama?"

Dia: "Because I have no desire to remember the names of these assholes."

And to think that I am in this state when I am only a quarter of the way through the guests.

Dia: "Do you know anyone who could calm me down before I go back to those assholes?"

Rimuru: "It’s hard to know who can calm you down besides Sera-sama. But it wouldn’t be respectful to see her again when there are still plenty of guests to meet."

Dia: "But I haven’t seen her parents yet, so let’s go see them."

As I went to Sera’s parents, and thus indirectly to Sera, I came across someone I did not expect.

Dia: "Hey, Revali. It’s been a while since we’ve seen each other."

Ruval: "H-H-Hello, D-Di-D-Dia-sama. It was a wonderful p-p-p-pp-performance you did, but I-I-II-I’m sorry, I have to call on others. G-G-Goo-G-Goodbye, Dia-sama."

And he left in a flash.

Revali was my former fiancé, whom I beat up for being a perfect asshole. Since that incident, I've heard he has become a worthy heir and no longer behaves obscenely in front of women.

Dia: "Why did he run away from me? I wanted to talk to him, to Revali."

Rimuru: "First, his name is Ruval. Also, you traumatized him with that attack. I remind you that this attack made him doubt his regeneration abilities, of which he was so proud, and other traumas followed."

Dia: "Maybe I should learn from him. Rimuru, remind me to send him a letter to meet him. I would like to make peace with him since he has become a respectable person."

Rimuru: "As you wish, Dia-sama."

I started again to go to Sera when another person attracted my attention, and I was forced to meet him.

Dia: "Delighted to meet you, Lord Bael."

The person in front of me is the head of the Bael family, and next to him must be his wife, who was pretty with her brown hair and purple eyes. If she wasn’t married, I would have made a statement.

In another world, someone on his computer was smiling.

Author: "Breath of the Author ..."

Reader: "Stop, your story specifies no NTR, which also includes netori, so you’re not doing what you needed to do."

Author: "You’re a pain."

Back to the party.

Lord Bael: "Congratulations on celebrating your 15th birthday, Dia. I heard from my half-sister that you have a good command of your POD. I’d like to see that. This is Misla, my wife."

We stop it because there is nothing more that interests me in this party.
