NOVEL NEXT Chapter 199- Monster Hunt
Reinhardt hurriedly caught the woman from falling and injuring herself while still connected to her. The two looked at the table and then at each other before bursting into laughter.
Smooch… smooch… Their laughter transitioned into something more passionate as lust started building up again. While still connected in that yourself on the shelf position, they started rubbing their bodies together.
Slosh… Slosh… Squelch… As wet, lewd sounds started filling up the room again, it was clear that the next round of their lovemaking session had begun.
Reinhardt and Melissa continued to have sex till late evening of that day.

Night fell, and the morning of the next day arrived. Just as he promised the village chief Karl, the knights arrived in the village to clear the monsters.
Leading the group was Grey, a level 8 Holy knight who had a lot of experience under his belt, having gone on to multiple missions with Reinhardt. Other than him, a few groups of knights, squires, and recruits were sent from the temple of light.
Among them were Vangeance, Kevin, and his team. In total, twenty members, which included one holy knight and a couple of knights.
For clearing monsters, a group of this size was more than enough. In fact, sending a holy knight was completely overkill. However, since the latter had stayed back during their recent mission to the tainted lands, Reinhardt felt a little bad for the guy and thus left the mission of clearing the monsters to him.
"Are you the village chief?" Decked out in his gear from head to toe, Grey appeared in front of the village entrance, followed by the members of the temple of light.
"T-That's right." Karl walked over from amongst the group of villagers and excitedly greeted the knights.
"You all must be the knights sent by the Governor. Welcome, please come to our small village".
"Un," Grey nodded and followed the village chief inside. On their way, they noticed the villagers looking at them quite warily. In all honesty, this was a sight unusual to them until recently.
Ever since they came to the land Baron Chetak governed, being started at with spite and resentment from the citizens became a normal thing. Of course, it can all be attributed to the Baron and the Tinker Knights under him.
When the master was corrupt, it was only natural for the knights under him to be too. Nevertheless, because of such knight orders, the image of the knights as a whole was ruined.
Now it was on his shoulders to fix that. Before coming here, Reinhardt informed Grey of everything that he knew about the village and its problems. The rest was upon him and his discretion as to how he would go about solving it.
"Dammit, no wonder Bob and Marcus were grinning at me. They knew the mission was going to be annoying". Grey clicked his tongue in annoyance, recalling the smirk on the faces of his comrades.
The village chief led them to his house, where they sat around a table, discussing about the proliferation and the sighting of powerful monsters around the edges of the forest.
"I beg of you knights, to please help our village. There have already been a few deaths already. If it continues, it won't be long before the monsters come out of the forest and kill all of us".
Karl begged. He was just about to get on all fours when he was stopped by Grey.
"You don't need to do that. Commander has informed me about everything. As knights belonging to one of the Seven Great Knight Orders, we are duty bound by our oaths to protect the citizens of the kingdom. As long as we are here, you don't have to fear anything. Just leave everything to us."
The holy knight thumped his armor, assuring the village chief that everything would be alright.
At this moment, a woman came from inside the house bringing water and some bread for the travel weary knights. She had long ginger coloured hair that fell onto her back, a warm skin tone, a slender body, and a curvaceous figure that made one gulp just by looking at her.
She wore tan coloured dress with a high slit, revealing her alluring thighs and low cut bodice, highlighting her ample cleavage. The woman was so alluringly beautiful that the moment she entered, all attention was focused on her.
"Haha, let me introduce you to her. This is my wife, Delicia. She was once a knight just like you all. However, many years ago, after receiving a great injury, she became incapable of fighting on the frontlines anymore".
Grey noticed that the woman's physique was indeed of that of a warrior. One cannot have that kind of build and form without training one's body rigorously. The woman named Delicia greeted the knights before moving to sit next to the village chief.
"My husband must have already informed you about the situation inside the jungle. However, what he must not have said is the makeup of the monsters inside the jungle. Let me brief you about it."
Since Karl was no warrior, he had no idea what kind of monsters there were in the jungle and about their behavioural pattern. However, as a knight, Delicia was far more informed about it than anyone else in this room.
And so, she began briefing them about the monsters that were living inside the jungle. From her explanation, it was clear that the rank of the monsters was at least B+ grade, with a chance of even an A- rank leading them.
"I see, this clears things up for the most part."
The monsters mentioned by Delicia, the B+ rank, were indeed strong. However, a knight who mastered one of the transcendent states and learned many Holy skills should easily be able to handle monsters of such rank.
The squires and recruits might have some trouble against it, but once they get used to how the monsters fight, they should be able to win. The problem was the unknown monster that was leading them.
