SYSTEM OF THE BONE DEMON

In the Magic Kingdom of the Underworld...

A silver haired young woman's eyes slowly fluttered open and above her, she could see a ceiling which seem to be made of dried vines carefully shaped into beautiful patterns.

"You are awake, Lady Aria." A voice suddenly spoke from the side and the silver haired lady turned to there to see a young woman with purple hair.

"Who are you?" Aria, the silver haired lady asked with a frown as she sat up the bed.

"I am Chiara, my lady. And I am glad you are good now." The purple haired lady replied.

"Where am I and how did I get here?" Aria questioned again, looking around. This was quite a strange place. The walls were wooden but for some reason, they felt alive. Many things weren't making sense to her, the last thing she remembered was being abducted by a strange man, being saved by him and then being led away by a woman and then nothing, she had without doubt turned unconscious in the woman's hand.

"Well, you are in the Magic Kingdom my lady, you are in the home of all Witches and Warlocks. As for how you got here, I only know you were rescued from some humans, I don't know much but the King should know everything, I have notified him already." Chiara answered.

Aria nodded to herself on hearing this, no wonder she could feel the same energy in her emitting from this lady, they were both magicians. "The King, who is that and how did you notify him, you didn't even leave this place?" Aria asked still frowning.

"Well, we are magician's Lady Aria, just like you." A voice spoke as Aria turned towards the door to see a purple haired man entering into the room. "And, I am King Merlin, ruler of all Magician's. Welcome home, Lady Aria." The man said with a large smile on his face.

"He is the King." Aria said giving a look to Chiara who nodded before bowing to the King and exiting the room.

"She said you had my answers, the last thing I remembered was being abducted by some people. How did I get here?" Aria asked calmly. Just being in the presence of this man, she could feel a strange pressure descend on her soul, he exuded power and dominance.

"Well, Abducted by some people you say. Well, you were indeed abducted by some humans Lady Aria, and you were quite lucky that one of our agents in the human world had discovered this and notified us on time. You were saved by your fellow magicians, Lady Aria." The King replied.

Aria looked at him for a moment wondering whether to trust the King or not. Even though her father had died quite early in her life, he had still told her a lot a tales which Aria had actually thought were fairytales but eventually realized they were true, after one of them was the fact that Witches exist which she didn't even believe until she became a Witch herself.

Right now, another one of her father's word rang on in her ears.

'Never trust the Witches.'

However, she still opted to take things one at a step. Even if the Magician King was an enemy, the very fact that he hadn't kill her made her settled, it meant he needed something from her.

"Thanks, King Merlin and I am also grateful to whoever the agent is as well. I would like to pay a visit to the humans who abducted me as soon as I fully recover but let me know if there is also anything I can do for you, I owe you my life." Aria said sincerely.

"Oh, you want to pay a visit to the humans, I doubt that would be a friendly visit." The King said with an amused smile.

Aria looked at him for a moment before shaking her head, "it isn't." she replied.

"Well then, but you shouldn't bother yourself with weak human's, Lady Aria. While don't you leave that for my soldiers and instead, help me to achieve a far grander task." The King said with a smile.

"Grander task, what if I may know is this Grand task." Aria asked.

"Well, according to the information we have on you, you were born and raised in the human world without your parents ever having an incident of paranormal activity so you might be ignorant of the supernatural world's history." The King paused for a moment before walking towards Aria as a purple glow appeared on his hand.

"Your hand please, my lady." He said with hand stretched hand and Aria frowned for a moment before reluctantly raising her hand to touch the King's hand which was glowing purple.

Like a stream, the purple glow on the King's arm streamed into her body and Aria could feel a slight tremble in her whole being, something inside of her felt wrong.

"That's the power of us purple haired Witches my lady, we can control other creature's souls but don't worry. I didn't do anything harmful, just peered a little into your soul and I must say, you are very powerful lady Aria, you are really the best person for the job." The King said with a large smile.

"What do you want?" Aria asked and this time, with a frown.

"Ah! Yes, as I was saying, one of the most notable history in the supernatural world is that of the Black Dragon... This creature had reportedly come into the human world after a great battle which destroyed its own kind and realm. Bringing with it, great anger and resentment, it transferred all its aggression on the humans but our ancestors managed to put a stop to its carnage and now it is sealed back in its own destroyed realm. I foresee great trouble Lady Aria, and surprisingly, it will be from the very humans we have always tried to protect and they will try to get rid of every single supernatural. We Magicians, the Vampire and even the Werewolves, every single one of us are targets and to my surprise, we loosed. Yes, all supernatural races loosed to the humans. But still, I have an ultimate card I am sure no one can defeat, help me free the Black Dragon and save the witches, save your kind. We will destroy Vampires, the Werewolves and make the human bow to us. Will you free the Black Dragon." The King asked.

"I will but I also have a request. I want the man who abducted me alive." Aria replied.
