Supreme Husband System! & Supreme Wife System!

Chapter 506: It's time to talk

"How would you like to form a contract with a Being of Light, but not as strong as the Queen? But from the same world as the Queen?" Arabel asked.

"But not in the near future," she added. "We still have access to the other world, and if you, big sister, wish, we can help you in the future."

Lucinda was intrigued by Arabel's offer and saw no reason to refuse.

"I'm interested in this," she voiced her wish.

"Okay," — Arabel nodded.

Idan, for his part, breathed a sigh of relief, glad that Arabel didn't have the crazy ideas he had. Unlike Arabel, Idan's first thought was about the beings of light from the Awakened Association.

From Sierra's words, he learned that it is possible to form a contract with creatures of darkness, such as a Womskinner. Based on this, Idan began to wonder if others could form a contract with the Lumenari race. He was sure that he and Arabel could, but whether the others who follow the Path of the Beast Tamer could was an open question.

"Okay, Belle, let's not keep Lucinda waiting," Idan said, taking the Sphere of Secret Concealment from Arabel. After that, he was left alone in the living room, not planning to participate in Milena's case, leaving everything to Arabel.

Arabel, Lucinda, and the Princess, trembling with fear of the unknown, went to the guest room where Milena was resting. Along the way, Arabel donned a Ghost Mask to hide her identity, not intending to reveal herself to Milena prematurely.

"Why is that?" — Lucinda asked, watching Arabel's actions, not understanding why they were hiding and using disguises.

"A precautionary measure," — Arabel replied. "Big sister, call me Elsa or just little sister, don't use my real name."

"Hmm... fine," — Lucinda agreed.

The Princess, following them, looked from Lucinda to Arabel, and both seemed scary to her. Instead of following them, she would rather stay with the guy.

Left alone, Idan turned to the System, looking at the Sphere of Secret Concealment.

"System, don't you have all the information about this Area? Will you be able to make a description necessary for a public order in the "Trade" function?"

[Wait a minute, Host].

In less than a minute, a System window appeared in front of Idan with detailed information about the Sphere ready for public order.

"System, let's put two options in the order. Leave the first option unchanged, and in the second, remove everything related to the element of time from the description and requirements," Idan asked. "I only need to know the cost; I don't need to make orders."

[Host, this System has a suggestion.]

"Oh?" said Idan, surprised. "What's the suggestion?"

[This System offers you to make an individual order. This System still has connections with another Supreme System, which created the artifact "Lovers' Plate" for you last time. This System recommends that you refer to it again].

"Hmm, I don't mind," Idan agreed. After receiving the permission, the System immediately started executing the order.

[Done.] — she said.

"Okay, thanks, System," — Idan said.

Looking at the Sphere in front of him, Idan, one of the two Hosts of the House, knew which of the guest rooms his three temporary prisoners were in. Without getting up from his comfortable chair, he used the Soul Force and knocked on the door.

Then, having penetrated inside with the Soul Force, he found Essora, who was distracted from reading a book by a knock on the door. Idan sent her a message.:

"Come to the living room, it's time to talk."

Essora didn't keep Idan waiting long when she emerged from the hallway.

"Come and sit down," Idan said, pointing to the chair opposite him.

Essora silently walked over and sat down, not taking her eyes off Idan and the Sphere in front of him.

Idan was also studying Essora closely. Her appearance hadn't changed much since their last meeting. However, unlike last time, he noticed that Essora's mood was no longer so tense and cold. She looked more relaxed.

"It looks like Sister wasn't just looking out for them.", — Idan thought, looking at Essora's clothes. She was no longer wearing her usual black outfit, but clothes from Idan's world instead.

"Do you already know who I am?" asked Idan, and Essora, after a moment's hesitation, nodded.

"Well, that makes it much easier," Idan said.

"I called you here to discuss our deal," he said, pointing at the Sphere. "Your brother is still too young and weak. I wanted to know: now that you don't have to worry about him, can you use the Sphere to manipulate time?"

Idan's question did not come as a surprise to Essora.

"I can," she replied confidently after a moment's thought. "However, due to the mixing of my original bloodline with the bloodline of the creatures of Darkness, there may be restrictions or other side effects."

"And until you try, you won't know which ones?" asked Idan, knowing that Essora had never contacted the Sphere before, so she shouldn't have been aware of this detail.

Essora nodded, agreeing with his words.

"Okay, then try it now," — Idan said, severing his connection with the Sphere and handing it to Essora.

Essora was amazed by his actions.

"Are you sure?" she asked. "Aren't you afraid that I might use it to escape?"

"No, I'm not afraid of that," — Idan replied with confidence.

They were now in the territory that belonged to him and Arabel, and no one could hide from their eyes and authority or leave it without permission. So no matter how much Essora wanted to, she couldn't escape after she went inside.

She was not a super-powerful being like the Queen and the rest of the women from the world of Junonia. Essora was only a platinum-ranked creature. And their territory could suppress such a creature without much trouble.

Idan, of course, did not explain to her the reason for his confidence. He just believed that Essora wouldn't do it, even if she got the chance. After all, he had saved her brother and helped not only him escape, but also her, without separating them both.

Without saying a word, Essora quickly reached out her hand to the Sphere, a little doubtful and afraid that the guy in front of her might change his mind.

As soon as she touched the Sphere, it reacted to her mixed Grandia Royal Family bloodline.

Without any resistance, Essora established a connection with the Sphere.

Her black eyes turned white, and she sank into a strange state, while the Sphere began to glow and spin in front of her.

Idan waited patiently.

Soon, Essora's eyes returned to their black color, and a smile appeared on her face.

It was the first time Idan saw Essora smiling. He noticed that her smile made her look much more attractive than her usual indifferent and cold gaze.

Suddenly, Essora froze and, seemingly for no reason, began to cry, surprising Idan.

"Is something wrong?" he asked.

"Huh? No, no," Essora quickly wiped away her tears.

There was a mixture of surprise and joy on her face, even though she continued to cry.

"Thank you," she said. "Thank you for trusting me and allowing me to connect with the Sphere."

The apology did not explain to Idan why she suddenly started crying.

Essora, noticing Idan's doubts, was embarrassed that she had shown such a side of herself.

"I can feel it," she confessed. "I can feel it slowly purifying my diluted bloodline after establishing a connection with the Sphere."

"What? Has the Sphere started to purify your bloodline?"— Idan almost jumped up from his comfortable chair.

"Yes," Essora nodded. "And if this continues, I will be able to fully restore my Chronomarian bloodline in the future."
