The book was written in such a way that the reader will experience the life of the writer.

He was the book's writer and a mage cultivator in the Dwivedi clan.

Srikant's main element was Fire, but he had a dual affinity. He rarely used earth elements in his whole life.

Earth represents strength and stability.

It is the element of humility and modesty.

That is why "being down to earth" is a commonly used phrase for humble people. On the other hand, Mag. Srikant was opposite to it. So, he chose not to study the earth element further.

Earth carries the light of the entire ecosystem, and nothing can flourish without it. However, the fire element was the opposite of it. 

Kritos slowly closed the book and merged into deep thought. It was hard to digest the critical information of the Fire element. He understands the meaning of true fire Elementalist. Nevertheless, he can't thoroughly follow this path.

On one of the pages, senior Srikant said," There are several paths one can take, but not every path is open to you. Pursue some path, however narrow and crooked, in which you can walk with passion and reverence. One path alone leads to a life of the strongest man. In my life, Earth cultivation was one of my paths but it was not meant for me."

Kritos learns that most of the mage cultivator characters were influenced by their element. If a short-tempered person tries to cultivate the water element, then he will never reach the peak unless and until they change their personality, which is quite hard.

According to Mag. Srikant, At his early age of cultivation, he thought that Earth is more effective and powerful than Fire. However, his personality doesn't match with Earth element cultivators.

"I have not always chosen the safest path. I've made my mistakes, plenty of them. I sometimes jump too soon and fail to appreciate the consequences. Still's learned something important along the way: I've learned to heed the call of my heart. I've learned that the safest path is not always the best path and I've learned that the voice of fear is not still to be trusted." Mag. Srikant said on page 54B.

Kritos come to conclusions after reading that he must choose a main element among the others—the element which matches with his personality and character.

'I have plenty of time for this. Now I have to read and understand about the way of Shadow.' Kritos thought

Kritos selected Shadow as his second element. One can say Shadow and Fire will be his main element in the future as his created soul beast would also have an affinity with both of the elements.

Anyhow, Kritos had something on his mind to let his created soul beast use Law elements in the future.

Till then, his main elements would be only Fire and Shadow. 

Kritos picked up a black cover book from a corner. 

Understanding of Shadow - by Mag. Darku Sen

He was quite surprised to know that the writer of the book wasn't a member of the Dwivedi Clan. Maybe Darku was a friend of the Dwivedi clan ancestor.

After calming his mind, Kritos takes a deep breath and then opens the book.

"Shadow is one of the elements that people mostly fear, it is a cousin to darkness, and children don't like either one. People mostly fear shadows and darkness because they don't know what is in it." 

"One who fears its own shadow must not read it further. Warning: Children Stay away from this book, and before reading this book, you must drain water from your body."

A strange expression emerges on Kritos face after reading the first page, " Is he a Shadow user or a comedian? His character doesn't match with his element." 

Kritos ignore the introduction and start reading the main information about the Shadow element.

"People with the Power SHADOW can see through shadows or use the shadows almost like a crystal ball or window. 

Shadow elements can let the user to shadow-travel, almost like teleportation. The further the distance, the more energy it drains, and it can also allow the user to hide in some other shades.

Shadow element can be used in different varieties depending on the capability of the users. 

Some shadow element cultivators in the ancient time abnormally use shadow energy.

Some can create a sword made from pure shadows, the sword is immune to any attack and can withstand anything. The cultivator can only have the sword for 5-10 minutes.

Some can turn into a shadow monster, while in this state, they are immune to almost every single attack and are very powerful. They can only stay in this state for a short amount of time, and when they go back to normal, they'll faint and be weak for days.

One can say the shadow element is the most diverse element among others. However, it depended on the cultivator how they use their elemental power.

At that time, their skill would have an elemental effect on the target. An attack may cause a burning effect on the enemy if the cultivator uses the fire element.

The boy glanced at the door and retrieved a cross shape key from his pocket.

"Well, Uncle Frankfurt, when the magic classes of Wonderland Academy will start." As he said, his eyes glowed.

The old man hesitated and nervously said, " Young master, Master has strictly told that you would not leave Maurya mansion before the academy starts." 

"Who will tell him? I would come back in a few days. Please help me, uncle." The boy sweetly said

"Y-Young Master, We had already wasted five years. If the master knows about your absence, he will surely punish you."
