Chapter 94: The..

"Did... did any of you see how he moved?" a slender Elder asked, his voice trembling ever so slightly.

The others, usually stoic and composed, slowly shook their heads. None could fathom the sheer speed and precision with which Dave had acted. He seemed to defy even the laws of power they all know.

All these elders can be said to be peak of this world, and their Lord Im can be said to have reach the absolute limit of this world yet they never saw their lord with this much power they saw in Dave.

"This is no ordinary threat," another Elder muttered, clutching his staff tightly. "He's not just a pirate. He's... something far worse."

The eldest among them spoke, his voice heavy with reluctant resolve. "We have no choice. We must inform Lord Im of this development."

A ripple of unease passed through the room at the mention of that name. For centuries, Lord Im remained the shadow behind the throne, the ultimate authority of the World Government. Summoning their master meant admitting that the situation was beyond their control.

"Do you think even Lord Im can handle this?" the slender Elder asked hesitantly.

The elder with the sword sighed deeply, his hand resting on its hilt. "Whether we believe so or not, there is no other option. Dave Garcia... he's far too powerful for us to deal with alone."

Without further debate, one of them stood, signaling the others to follow. Together, they left the chamber, their heavy footsteps echoing through the corridors of Mary Geoise as they headed to the room where Lord Im resided.

As the Five Elders approached the dimly lit chamber, the air grew heavier with each step. The grand double doors to Lord Im's sanctum loomed ahead, intricate carvings depicting the ancient history of the world etched into their surface. Pushing them open required more than just strength—it felt as though the weight of their decisions hung on the very threshold.

Inside, a throne shrouded in shadow awaited. The faint glow of an ancient artifact illuminated the figure seated upon it. Lord Im's presence was both ethereal and overwhelming, a force that seemed to pierce into their very souls.

The Elders knelt in unison, their heads bowed low. For a moment, there was only silence, the kind that seemed to stretch into eternity. Finally, a voice emerged, calm yet chilling in its authority.

"Why do you disturb me?" Lord Im's voice resonated, as if it spoke not to their ears but directly into their minds.

The eldest of the Five Elders raised his head slightly, his voice trembling yet resolute. "My Lord, we bring news of a grave threat. A man named Dave Garcia has emerged—a figure beyond our comprehension. He possesses strength that defies all we have encountered, even among the Yonko."

Im leaned forward slightly, the faint outline of their face catching the dim light. "Dave Garcia..." the name lingered in the air, as if tested for its weight. "Who is he?"

The Elder with the sword spoke, his voice steady despite the growing tension. "He claims to be the apprentice of Gol D. Roger. He has slain Fleet Admiral Sengoku and Admiral Akainu in mere moments. Even Garp, who drank an unknown potion given by him, has sworn allegiance to this man. The Admirals fled, and now he sets his sights on the World Government itself."

Another Elder interjected, his voice desperate. "He declared war on the World Government, my Lord. His intent is to destroy us and the system we uphold."

Lord Im remained silent, their expression inscrutable. Then, with an almost imperceptible sigh, they spoke again. "It seems the world has birthed another force of chaos. But chaos can be controlled, bent to serve a greater purpose."

The Elders exchanged uneasy glances. "My Lord," one of them ventured, "what must we do?"

Im rose slowly from the throne, their form shrouded in shadow and majesty. "Prepare the Holy Knights. Inform CP0 that I will grant them access to the Forbidden Archive. Every weapon, every secret—use them all. Dave Garcia must not reach Mary Geoise alive."

The Elders bowed deeply. "As you command, Lord Im."

As they retreated from the chamber, a chilling realization settled among them: they had unleashed the full might of the World Government against Dave Garcia. But in their hearts, they feared it might not be enough.

Back on the battlefield, Dave stood on the scorched ground of Marineford, his figure towering over the remnants of what was once the pride of the Marines. Ace and his crew stood behind him, their gazes filled with a mix of awe and trepidation.

"You've declared war on the World Government," Ace said, his voice tinged with disbelief. "What now?"

Dave turned to him, his expression calm but resolute. "What now? Now, we burn their empire to the ground."

The broadcast continued, reaching every corner of the world. People in taverns, villages, and kingdoms watched as Dave's declaration sent shockwaves across the seas. The name Dave Garcia was etched into history as a force that would either liberate or destroy everything in his path.

And in the depths of Mary Geoise, Lord Im's gaze settled on the map of the world. Their finger traced a path to Marineford, where chaos had been unleashed.

"This will be... entertaining," Im whispered, a faint, unsettling smile spreading across their lips.

"Past centuries were boring; maybe now it will be a bit entertaining," Lord Im mumbled, a faint chuckle escaping their lips before they closed their eyes again, retreating into their ominous silence.

Back on the Moby Dick, Whitebeard sat towering above the rest, his immense presence impossible to ignore. As Dave returned to the ship alongside Ace, Whitebeard grinned.

"Brat," he rumbled, his voice carrying both authority and amusement. "You didn't even let me play."

Dave raised an eyebrow in surprise, then let out a hearty laugh. "Play? Who said anything about playing?" He turned to glance back at Marineford, a smirk tugging at his lips. "But hey, since you're feeling left out... how about this? Sink that island."

Whitebeard's grin widened, and he shifted his massive naginata onto his shoulder. "Consider it done," he said with a booming laugh.

From the Moby Dick, Whitebeard unleashed the power of his Tremor-Tremor Fruit. The sea roared, splitting apart as devastating shockwaves rippled through the waters surrounding Marineford. The perfect island began to crumble, its remaining structures collapsing into the sea. The fleeing Marines could only watch in horror from their ships as their once-proud base was swallowed by the ocean.
