Chapter 93: Marineford war III

Dave's expression shifted into something far more menacing. His eyes burned with fury, and his aura darkened as a chilling transformation overtook him. His body shifted into a demonic form, his voice deep and guttural. He radiated an overwhelming presence, causing even the bravest Marines to falter.

"I'll give you one last chance, Sengoku," Dave growled, his demonic visage striking fear into everyone around him. "Leave with your Marines, abandon this execution, and release Ace. Otherwise..." His voice dropped, dripping with malevolence, "This battlefield will become a slaughterhouse. No mercy. No survivors. Only death awaits you all."

The tension was palpable. Even the unwavering admirals stood uneasily, recognizing the seriousness of his threat. But Sengoku, ever defiant, roared back, "We will never back down to pirates! Justice will prevail, no matter what!"

Dave narrowed his eyes, a grim smirk forming on his lips. "You've made your choice," he said coldly.

Without warning, Dave moved in a blur. His hand shot out, shrouded in dark energy, and before anyone could react, he gripped Sengoku by the head. The battlefield froze as Dave's fingers tightened, and with a sickening crack, he tore Sengoku's head clean from his shoulders. Blood sprayed into the air, staining the execution platform red.

The silence was deafening. Marines, pirates, and viewers alike stared in horror at the brutal scene.

"Justice?" Dave's voice echoed ominously as he tossed Sengoku's severed head to the ground like a discarded toy. "You wouldn't know justice if it stared you in the face."

Garp, along with the Marine Admirals, stood frozen, fear etched into their expressions. None of them had been able to see how fast Dave moved. The battlefield was silent save for the faint crackling of flames and the distant crashing of waves.

"I will count to ten," Dave announced, his voice devoid of emotion. "Run as fast as you can. Anyone left on this island after my count will die."

"Bastard pirate!" Akainu roared as he rushed toward Dave, his arm transforming into molten magma. But before he could get close, a blur flashed through the air. A head, dripping with blood, flew skyward, followed by the lifeless, headless body of Akainu crumpling to the ground.

The entire battlefield grew colder.

"You brat, do you want to destroy the world?!" Garp shouted, stepping forward with clenched fists.

"The world is already being destroyed, Garp," Dave replied calmly, locking eyes with the Vice Admiral. "And you know it."

Garp's fists trembled, his gaze shifting to the heads of his fallen comrades. "Damn Celestial Dragons," he muttered under his breath, anger and despair coursing through him.

"Ten," Dave began, ignoring Garp's words.

The Vice Admiral's breath hitched as he heard the count. "You're serious, aren't you?" Garp asked in disbelief.

Dave didn't respond, continuing. "Nine."

"Kizaru, take everyone and retreat!" Garp barked, his voice filled with urgency. Kizaru hesitated for a moment but nodded, preparing to gather the remaining Marines. Just then, something small and red flew toward Garp—a vial glowing with a faint, eerie light.

"Drink it," Dave said. "If you want even the smallest chance to save anyone here, you'll need it."

Garp caught the vial, staring at it suspiciously. "What is this?" he asked, his tone guarded.

"It's your only chance," Dave replied coldly. "Whether it saves you or kills you, that's up to fate. But hesitate, and everyone here dies."

Without a moment's hesitation, Garp uncorked the vial and drank its contents. He braced himself for the worst, but instead, a surge of vitality coursed through him. He gasped as his body transformed—his grayed hair darkened, his wrinkles smoothed, and his strength returned. Garp looked down at his hands in astonishment. He was younger, stronger than he had been in decades.

Dave glanced at him with mild approval. "The Marines need someone strong who can protect the innocent. You'll do—for now."

"Eight," Dave continued his count, unbothered by Garp's transformation.

Kizaru, seeing the vial's effect on Garp, caught one thrown his way. Without hesitation, he drank it, knowing the CP agents and the World Government would try to seize it from him otherwise. The same transformation overtook him, leaving him rejuvenated and far more powerful.

"Go," Dave said to them. "Join the new Navy. In a few days, we'll march to the World Government and tear down their lies. This world needs a fresh start, and I'll be the one to set it right."

Garp hesitated, studying Dave's face. "What are you planning to do after all this?" he asked quietly.

Dave smirked faintly. "I didn't introduce myself properly, did I?" He turned, his aura radiating authority. "My name is Dave Garcia, the apprentice of Gol D. Roger."

A collective gasp rippled through the battlefield.

"Roger dreamed of a free and happy world," Dave continued. "He could hear the voice of the world crying for salvation. But his terminal illness robbed him of the time to act. I, on the other hand, have no such limitation. I will destroy the rot of this world—the World Government."

He turned and began to walk away, his steps echoing eerily as Marines and pirates alike parted to let him pass. His aura made it clear that no one dared to challenge him.

Ace followed, his expression conflicted as he stared at Dave's back. His mind raced with the revelation of Dave's identity and the weight of his actions. As the execution platform crumbled into ruins, the world knew that a storm unlike any other was brewing.

The entire world watched in stunned silence. Across nations, the people glued to their screens saw a glimpse of power so overwhelming it left even the mightiest figures trembling. The broadcast carried the chilling aura of Dave Garcia to every corner of the seas.

Meanwhile, in Mary Geoise, the Five Elders sat around their sacred table, their faces grim and pale. The atmosphere in the grand hall was suffocating.

"Did... did any of you see how he moved?" a slender Elder asked, his voice trembling ever so slightly.
