The Jade Emperor, knowing the existence of this BUG and willing to help Lin Shen acquire its power, meant he was confident it could be repaired quickly.

Lin Shen had to find a way, before collaborating with the Jade Emperor to obtain the Heaven Defying Bone, to prevent the Jade Emperor from correcting the Heaven Defying Bone's Fire Seed.

The first step in all this was still to cooperate with the Jade Emperor to acquire the complete Heaven Defying Bone.

"What do we need to do?" Lin Shen controlled his thoughts, ensuring that any ideas he didn't want the Jade Emperor to know about were first associated with the Gate of Destiny.

The Jade Emperor said, "The BUG does not exist independently outside the universe; in fact, the BUG is also part of the universe. It appears as a BUG to us because its operation violates the rules framework beneficial to us, or doesn't match our understanding of the world, or creates adverse effects on us."

"According to your theory, I don't think these things within me are BUGs that need fixing," Lin Shen said.

The Jade Emperor laughed, "Of course, for you, those aren't BUGs; they're more like superpowers. However, they only suit you individually and don't conform to general rules, so they must be corrected."

"Let's get back to the point: a BUG doesn't exist independently; it still has connections with the universe. This ability is also reflected in the universe, like your Acupoint Sealing Fire Seed, which can put living beings in an absolute stationary state. Normally, when a person is sealed by you, the inertia on them would still have an effect, completing the original movement until the forces reach equilibrium and then come to a stop. "All BUGs are alike; they each have their functions, and the Heaven Defying Bone within you is no different. "You haven't grasped the gravity of this matter yet. You are also a part of the universe, and you too can be seen as being composed of codes. Should I inject these codes into your body, if you can discern which parts are correct and useful to complete the Heaven Defying Bone, I can help remove the useless parts for you. But if these codes merge with your body's codes and you cannot differentiate the useful from the useless, resulting in a complete mix, who knows what the outcome will be. I won't be able to save you," the Jade Emperor warned solemnly.

"Can't you erase all the codes you inject into me?" Lin Shen frowned.

"Others can, but you can't. After all, your body doesn't belong to this universe, and I can't fully control it," the Jade Emperor said gravely. "So whether to try or not, the decision is yours.
