NOVEL NEXT Chapter 99: Leaving With The Treasures!
Modret's gaze, filled with excitement, was fixed on the room and, without hesitation, he calmly walked in its direction.
There, within the room, piled up, was a mountain of treasures.
Modret walked toward the yellow treasures. Upon entering the room, he scanned it with an alert expression filled with cautiousness.
The room was made of ice, causing a chill to spread through it, and aside from the yellow treasure heap there was nothing inside.
Modret hesitated briefly before walking toward the treasure and reaching out toward the first one.
The yellow treasure looked no different from a yellow stone, however, as Modret held it he felt a cooling sensation spread through him.
The sensation made a smile touch his lips, however, he soon frowned upon absorbing the energy in the treasure.
'Is this a fake?' Modret thought, feeling the minuscule amount of energy that entered his body.
It was vastly different compared to the one he had absorbed before.
The treasure from before directly caused him to enter the middle stage of the Cosmos Realm, however this one barely added to his mana.
Although Modret was disappointed, staring at the mountain of treasures in front of him, his mood lightened and he shifted his attention to the next treasure.
Without hesitation, he began absorbing it.
Once again, it was only a little addition to his mana.
'Nevertheless, after these little additions combine together, it will definitely be something substantial,' Modret analyzed internally and then continued to absorb the treasures.
He could still hear rubbles in the surroundings, and the loud shouts of awakened beasts and half-humans alike echoed into his ears.
Surprisingly, the four beasts at the Space Core Realm hadn't dealt with the remaining half-humans, showcasing just how much strength the group possessed.

The mountain of treasures had finished, but he had stepped into the Universe Realm nonetheless, even surpassing Axel.
'Cheating is truly fun!' Modret laughed evilly internally.
Still, because of how rapid he increased his strength, his whole core felt unstable and his body also felt unstable as well.

Stepping out of the treasure room, Modret glanced around briefly before turning in a particular direction, then without hesitation, a flash of light burst out from him.
In the blink of an eye, Modret had vanished from the location and was already heading in the direction of where the most intense battle was going on.
The sounds of clashes that entered his ears grew louder gradually, and soon, Modret found himself in an open space filled with destroyed ice. Due to the heat of the battle, some of the ice had already begun melting.
Modret glanced around and studied his surroundings, noticing more than three half-humans using all sorts of attacks to force back an awakened beast at the Space Core Realm.
The Space Core Realm awakened beast looked like a parrot and was more than five times larger than a normal-sized parrot.
However, underestimating its size would be a big problem as the parrot radiated a deadly pressure, flapping its wings and releasing devastating wind blades from its arms. Meanwhile, at the same time, the beast released a sonic wave from its mouth, causing the air to ripple slightly before exploding into the surrounding half-humans.
The half-humans were quick to dodge the attack released at them and without hesitation they attacked back.
One of them that looked like a centaur punched forward, releasing a devastating strike that forced the attack of the parrot to disrupt midair.
Then another that looked like a human with sharp eagle wings and a sharp pointed, slightly blunt beak on its face in place of a mouth also flapped its wings, swinging down into an attack.
The fight was extremely serious and for a short while Modret couldn't help admiring the display of strength ringing out in front of him.
The battle continued with no side gaining the upper hand, but Modret could tell that the side of the half-humans was destined to lose. After all, they didn't have sufficient mana to contend with a beast at such a high rank.
Seeing this development so far, Modret just laughed, then released his aura and stepped out from the location he was hiding.
His facial expression was neutral as he waved his hand, causing more than five flaming Black Lotus to condense behind him.
Radiating an even more destructive might, they numbered up to ten.
Noticing the destructive Lotus, the parrot-like beast tried to dodge the attack, but Modret's speed evenly matched its own. After all, his strength had increased and with more mana he could now use more abilities.

"Go and help the others." Shaken out of their stupor, the group nodded at his words and hastily rushed out of the location of the battle.
They wanted to stay, but realizing that Modret was evenly matched with the Space Core Beast, they decided not to stick around.
Finally placing his full attention on the awakened beast, a grin tugged at the corner of Modret's mouth.
"Let's dance shall we?"

The bird screeched at his words, perhaps calling for help.
It had discovered since the moment it came in contact with those devastating flames that it wasn't Modret's match.
The fight between the two continued, but it was obvious that the awakened beast was gradually getting weaker as time passed on.
With a swing of his right hand, noticing the parrot gasping for breath, Modret finally decided to use his trump card.
A burst of lightning dazzled the surroundings and the beast felt a jolt of shock run through its body.
It tried to dodge the attack, not expecting Modret to have not only a high-grade Fire Ability but also a high-grade Lightning Ability, but it was too late.
The attack collided with the parrot in the next instant. After all, the speed of lightning was not to be underestimated.
