Splitting the Heavens

After Shang Xia brought the Jiao Continent and the Hai Continent over to grab the Spirit Frost World and Spirit Ruling World, it became certain that both worlds were in no danger of being devoured by the spatial vortex any longer.

Once the two worlds were temporarily out of danger and were dragged through the void by the powerful force, the True Immortals of both worlds boarded the Jiao Continent to pay their respects to Shang Xia. They wanted to express their deep gratitude to the experts of the Essence Luxuriant Heavenly Field for saving their worlds from the brink of destruction.

After those human cultivators and the Beast Kings who shrank their bodies paid their respects to Shang Xia and exchanged some pleasantries with the members of the Essence Luxuriant Heavenly Field, they took their seats.

Song Zhen cast a glance at the group who had gathered, then turned to the Ying Brothers and the Giant Ape King. Where will you go now?"

The moment Song Zhen spoke, the cabin, which held more than a dozen True Immortals from both worlds, fell deathly silent.

The other cultivators from the Spirit Frost World and the Spirit Ruling World turned their eyes to the three leading figures, the Ying Brothers and the Giant Ape King, who lowered their heads. They kept their thoughts unreadable.

No sooner had they spoken than Shang Xia let out a hearty laugh from the head seat. "You are too courteous! The Spirit Frost World has deep foundations, and the Spirit Ruling World carries profound legacies. Your willingness to merge with the Essence Luxuriant Heavenly Field is a great fortune for us. It is a mutually beneficial alliance!"

With the offer made and accepted, the cabin erupted in renewed chatter. The atmosphere grew warm and celebratory once more.

Once the True Immortals and Beast Kings in the cabin had familiarized themselves with one another, the usually aloof Huang Jinghan coughed lightly. "Everyone, we now know that once we leave the void current, we will emerge in the Original Star Corner. However, the journey to the Heaven Observation Star Region is long. Though the sea of stars is vast, our fleet of nearly 20 Star Ships towing two Spirit Worlds might seem small, but it's wishful thinking to avoid being noticed by the Heavenly Fields along the way. It's inevitable that various powers will covet what we carry. So, the real question is... How can we safely drag both worlds back?"

The cabin once again fell into silence, but this time, many instinctively looked at Shang Xia at the head of the table.

It was Gao Qin, seated next to Song Zhen, who sighed lightly. "It's a pity we don't know whether the super Star Ship, the You Continent, has been completed. Also, when we left, the Lingqing Essence Ark's skeleton had just been completed. Yet the Essence Luxuriant World had not only established a Heavenly Field but also became unimaginably strong.

By comparison, the Ying Brothers, who once felt proud of the Spirit Ruling World's rapid growth, were left with nothing but awe and a sense of inadequacy.

As for the True Immortals of the Essence Luxuriant World who hadn't reached the high-level... With the exception of those from some super Elysiums, were hearing about the legendary Essence Ark for the first time!

Song Zhen turned to the True Immortals and Beast Kings of the Spirit Ruling World and Spirit Frost World once again. "Perhaps many of you don't know, but the spatial vortex expanded back then, before mutating. The waves it generated now ripple across the Original Star Corner. Not only are the powers of the nearby Heavenly Fields here, those from other Star Regions have also arrived."

"Once we exit the void currents, all we need to do is skirt around the areas near the spatial vortex. That should help us avoid quite a bit of trouble."

The Ying Brothers quickly nodded in agreement. "So that's how it is!"

If Shang Xia's words had won everyone's confidence with his personal cultivation, then Song Zhen's explanation offered them strategic reassurance.

But Song Zhen wasn't done. He continued, "What's more, before we departed, Sage Shang personally instructed me to visit the 6th Starsea Market and send word back to the Essence Luxuriant Heavenly Field..."

The Ying Brothers, familiar with the existence of Starsea Markets, immediately understood. Though they noticed the Beast Kings of the Spirit Frost World looking confused.

They quickly leaned over and quietly explained a few things to them.

Song Zhen chuckled at the scene and deliberately paused for a moment before his explanation continued. "Judging by the timing, the message should have already reached the Essence Luxuriant Heavenly Field. It's entirely possible that, by the time we break out of the void current and arrive at the designated rendezvous point, our fleet would be waiting for us!"
