Chapter 12: Reliving old memories
Each class presented to the designated teacher their evaluation system for the following years. I present the basic topics and contents seen in the course of these two years.
Most of the classes are skimpy and although there are several theory classes, the 3 classes take up enough time to practice for a lifetime.
Each of these skills are very useful, but like any skill you have to practice to master it, but not many people have the time to practice it in such a dedicated way. Many have to work on their territory and focus on learning more about their magic.
Even if there is magic, skills are still an important pillar of vampiric society.

With classes over, Valery and Katerin left to go on a little adventure.
"No teachers around here?"
"This place is always free, but there are so few students in the lower grades, it's not like when we were in their position."
"Yes, they must be intimidated by us. When we were in first grade, I remember that many of the older ones were figures of respect and admiration for us."
Katerin and Valery came to a wall that was worn and mossy. The wall was so something that it was difficult to jump over in one leap, and it blended in with the vegetation and the shape of the mountain.
If the academy could be seen from far away by human eyes, it could not be found, because of the lack of light, the mist covering the mountain surroundings. In addition to the thick vegetation around each building, the walls are mossy and trees grow on some sides, but the vegetation is so large that from a distance it would look like a green mountain. All these places combined create a great natural hiding system.
"It's still intact," said Katerin, moving some of the vegetation.
Revealing a large crack to the outside, the hole showed that it was handmade and that it had been a long time since this crack was created.
They walked quietly through the forest, slowly descending the mountain, only it was such a gentle slope that it felt like a straight path.
"Please, why is it always so complicated to walk here?" complained Katerin as she plucked some plants from the side that were as lumbered or more than she was.
"It's always been like this, plus they've grown so much. There haven't been many new students these years and it looks like no one discovered this entrance."
"I think it's a shame."
Walking further down and next to her was an three with 4 initials on it.

"Do you really think Stlee has bad intentions?" asked Valery, her eyes roaming over each letter before stopping on the S.
"I'm not sure, but I have no doubt. We're still her friends after all, but you know she's never liked my status."
"How can you say that, she's never looked down on us?
"It's true she has never despised us, but I have heard her say that when she is alone. I never said it because we were so little, so I refused to believe it. Maybe she doesn't love us but in her eyes we are still inferior," Katerin said before whispering, "We are impure and diluted blood.
"We are impure and diluted blood of the Moon Goddess."
"Time will tell us if she is our friend or not."
Their walk continued down the stairs, silence invaded them and they did not speak. Each one in their own thoughts.
As they walked for quite some time they came upon a large building.
"That wasn't here before..."
"So this is what they did to the human city at the foot of the morning..."
"Not bad, at least they will be able to live well..." they got closer until they were about 10 meters away from the building.
"Stop! identify yourself!" shouted a vampire on the roof before jumping down and pointing a spear at them.
The man in black armor looked at them, and the moment he looked up his eyes twitched.
"I'm sorry my ladies, I didn't recognize you" The soldier immediately dropped to his knees.
The looks of Katerin and Valery were indifferent. But there was a great change to his usual appearance. The most drastic change was the temperature, immediately the surroundings in about 50 meters around dropped by 15 degrees.
" Rest, Knight" said Valery.
The knight stood up and looked at them with respect.
The white hair and the red hair were symbols of nobility and he as a simple knight protecting this place. He has no right to even be near them at this distance.
"Do you know the situation at the farm?" asked Katerin, in an elegant voice, not at all playful or cheerful.
"Yes my lady."
"When this place was converted, was there any resistance?"
""There was none, nor were there any losses for either side. This is one of the few places that surrendered voluntarily at the beginning of the war."
Valery sighed with some relief and looked at Katerin who seemed to tremble.
"Is there a woman named Lissandra?"
"I'm not sure..."
"How can you not be sure you take care of this place?!" shouted Katerin stomping her foot loudly making a big crater with that little gesture
"I'll go ask, if you let me go I'll go ask for the person you are looking for."
"Go quickly!" shouted Katerin."
The knight quickly jumped to the top of the tall building and ran to find out the location of the person.
Valery, approached her friend and clasped her hand on his shoulder. Reminding her that she was here and that she was not alone.
"She must not have much time left... what if she's already gone? Valery."
"No... I'm sure she's still waiting for you. We still have time."
Valery bent down and embraced her friend, even if it was almost imperceptible she could feel her friend's trembling.
Worry and fear were present in the small reactions of her body.
