Reincarnated With A Glitched System: Why Is My MP Not Running Out?

After everything, we were already back on Evercraft, browsing the shops and the market. Ruby was still a bit nervous, looking from one place to another in fear her insane father would suddenly appear out of nowhere screaming at her or something.

However, there was no surprise, and nobody appeared out of nowhere to attack her, we were able to browse the shops peacefully, buy new ingredients and materials, and then go drink coffee and hot cocoa at our favorite café.

"Hahh…" she sighed in relief without saying another word at all, drinking some of her hot cocoa.

"Are you alright, Ruby?" Celica asked, while taking bites from her mini doughnuts and mini chocolate muffins.

"Yeah I'm fine, don't worry," Ruby nodded. "Just a bit tired of… worrying. I should probably cut it off and get my shit together."

"I mean, it hasn't been that long since we found you, so it's understandable that you still feel that way," I said. "After weeks and months pass, you'll feel alright in no time, don't you worry~!"

"Ah, I sure hope so," she sighed. "Well, I'm grateful for your help and everything. Sorry for doubting you before regarding the system stuff, Sylphy. And thanks for sharing with me such a power."

Ruby glanced at her Status again, and I was able to take another peek.

Her only Divine Protection was Hephaestus, a God I had never heard about. Apparently no Chief Gods blessed her… I guess it is not necessary for Chief Gods to bless you to become a Hero then.

Nonetheless, did she even need anything more than that? This God seems to be one widely worshiped by the dwarves, I've seen they got some shrines for him, although no churches or priests.

And about her Skills, she got the hybrid bloodline skill, interesting one. Then Fire Manipulation, sounds strong by itself! Probably better than my initial Ember without a doubt. Blacksmith Technique seems standard, then the typical Divine Protection.

And lastly, the Heavenly Skills that represent the Gods Blessings. She got two, Heavenly Blacksmith and Heavenly Forging Flames, both from Hephaestus.

They sound fairly strong; I wish I could get one of those!

But my crafting skills are already too much, I shouldn't wish for more.

"You got a lot of new skills," I said. "Should you try them out later?"

"I will try," she nodded. "I'm looking forward to it, actually… So there are levels and stats too? What are the numbers for?"

"They represent how strong you are in each stat!" said Celica. "The higher the number the stronger you are…"

"You can gain Experience Points when slaying a monster," I explained. "Once you level up you gain more stats."

"Wait, so I can gain power out of nowhere by just killing a monster? Even though I had not cultivated or exercised?" Ruby wondered.

"Yeah," Celeste said. "Also once you hit the max level you can Rank Up and get even more stats, new class, new skills, and also get a boost to your cultivation."

"So that's it! It's really amazing!" said Ruby. "But Sylphy you can't level up?"

"Ah, no, I can't," I said. "My System is glitched… but that gives me some benefits and unique abilities as well! So it's not so bad."

"Oh, still, that's a bit sad…" she sighed. "I wish I could let you level up with my own system."

"Nah that's impossible, but I make up for it with other things, so don't worry," I shrugged. "Anyways, I haven't showed you girls my new familiars. Here."

I quickly summoned little Red and Redy from my Demonic Aura, condensing it to only be like a dark red portal releasing no dangerous energies.

FLUOSH!

And then Red and Redy appeared, looking around. Ruby, Celeste, and Celica were left utterly shocked by their sudden appearance.

Were they scared they were demonic beasts? I guess that's the normal reaction, I should probably…

"What are those?! They're so cuteee!" Celica grabbed Red and rubbed her face on him.

"I can't believe this! Where did you get such fuzzy little monsters from?" asked Celeste. "T-They're adorable! What in the world?!"

"I-I have never seen such a cute monster before, they're literally a ball of fur with an eye and horns, why are they so cute?" Ruby wondered.

"Gyeeh!" Red and Redy groaned annoyed they were being grabbed, jumping away from Celica and Celeste's grasp.

"Haha, they don't like being grabbed all that much, sorry," I giggled. "But yeah they aren't monsters… they're… well, look at their combined status. As they share the same status as they're apparently only one being."

"Huh?"

As they read the status, they slowly opened their eyes wide.

"W-Wait a second…" Ruby muttered.

"D-Demonic?" Celica asked.

"Those are Demonic Beasts?! Like the ones from hell?" Celeste asked.

"Lower your tone!" I facepalmed. "But yeah, they are! I gained a new Skill Scroll that contained some of the power of Allocer, so I gained a skill he had to be able to summon these guys… the thing is, because I haven't consumed souls to strengthen these powers. The only demonic beast I was able to summon were the weakest of them all, this little guy."

The three girls looked at one another in confusion and bewilderment.

"I don't know what she's even talking about, can someone elaborate a bit?"

And Ruby was lost… I couldn't blame her.
