Reincarnated As Clara In The Flash

Chapter 4: The Little Red Hood Girl & Her Giant Robot

Third POV~

Multiple CCPD Police cars were parked near a store. Detective Joe West and Captain Singh were talking with the store manager, who was explaining what had just happened to his store after nine months without a robbery from a certain white-haired girl.

"I'm telling you this girl has been stealing supplies for the past years and every other store will tell you they have seen her and have also seen her steal many things in their stores!" The store manager explained.

Joe sighed as he heard the same story from multiple store managers in the area. They all said that a little white-haired girl with a large red coat had been stealing supplies from their stores, disappeared for nine months, and then recently returned as if nothing had happened.

"Have you ever tried catching her or anything nor any signs of her parents?" Captain Singh asked as the manager shook his head.

"You don't understand, that little girl is fast. Once, I tried to catch her after she stole a toolbox full of parts. She ran towards an alleyway, and once I got near that alleyway, she was gone, nowhere to be seen. Only the homeless are there, but they won't budge. If anything, they must know the girl and that girl must be homeless as well." the manager informed. He also tried to get answers, but the homeless people there wouldn't budge or sell her out.

"Thank you for the information. We will see what we can do." Joe said as he and Captain Singh left for another store that had been targeted and robbed, a local pharmacy.

Both Joe and Singh went in when they saw the crime scene yellow tape. Multiple items were stolen, including medications, bandages, rubbing alcohol, and inhalers. The difficulty was that their CSI wasn't here yet, and there was no security footage available because the system was somehow fried when the girl entered the store.

"Sorry, I'm late! There was a traffic jam on the streets!" Barry Allen said as he arrived with his equipment in hand.

"Doing a little fall shopping Mr.Allen?" Singh said.

Barry looked at his coat and noticed that the price tag was still on his new clothes, which he had forgotten to remove after rushing over in his suit.

"Oh, I was going so fast this morning that I didn't even notice." Barry nervously laughed, as Singh smiled and laughed sarcastically while Joe handed his black gloves to search around.

While Barry entered the crime scene while putting on gloves, Eddie Thawne came in with a tablet and showed it to both Joe and Singh showing footage minutes before the camera was fried.

"I was able to get surveillance footage just before the camera was completely fried. If anything, whoever was able to fry the cameras is good at their job." Eddie said remembering the cameras were fried, but he was able to sort of fix the chip, only showing the footage on his tablet that he gained the footage from just before it was fried.

The footage showed a 10-year-old girl wearing a large red overcoat with a braided tassel at the front and a white fur hem at the bottom. Underneath the overcoat, she wore a beige sweater and white clothing. The girl had her hood up, which covered her hair and face, and the back of the coat had pointed ends that resembled cat ears. While walking, she wore shoes and walked weirdly, almost tripping like she didn't know how to walk in shoes.

As the girl was near the store she took off her shoes and sighed in relief as she entered the store barefoot only for the camera screen to turn black stating that the camera was now fried.

Meanwhile, Barry was searching for fingerprints but did not find any. Then he noticed something unusual on one of the shelves: a pill bottle that was meant for headaches, out of place compared to the other pill bottles. As he examined it, he took out his case and retrieved his fingerprint powder and brush. He began brushing the surface of the pill bottle and discovered a fingerprint.

"I found a fingerprint on one of the pill bottles maybe there could be more around here. If anything if all the stores were robbed by one girl that means she's working by herself." Barry informed as he grabbed a plastic evidence bag from his case and put the pill bottle in there.

Barry turned around to put the evidence in his case to examine later in the lab. Joe was looking at the floor, then he looked at Barry, wanting to see if there was more evidence, especially since the girl had walked into the store barefoot.

"Barry check the floor around where you found the fingerprint. The girl walked in here barefoot and she must have left footprints all around here." Joe informed as Barry nodded and got back to work.

Then, Captain Singh's phone rang as he walked away to take the call. Eddie left to check if there was anything else, while Joe signaled for Barry to come speak with him.

"Barry, I'm going to need you to process this in the lab, and if anything something may come up due to Singh getting a phone call so finish up here and I'll call you if anything happens.

Barry nodded as Joe left. He turned around, took out a UV light, and turned it on, revealing a lot of footprints.

"There are so many of them... This girl doesn't seem to know what she's doing. I should take a photo sample for the lab and for Cisco or Caitlin back at STAR Labs to see if they can identify her after all she may be a meta." Barry thought as he pulled out a camera and started taking photos.

After 10 minutes of finishing up and gathering all the evidence to take to the lab, Barry heard his phone ring. Seeing that it was Joe calling, he answered.

"Turns out I was correct. Another crime scene, a dead body, detectives interviewing witnesses, miles of that yellow tape stretched over everything. I'm missing only one thing, and I'm going to need you to head over now," Joe informed

"I'll be right there in a second." Barry said as he hung up the phone, used his speed to head to CCPD, put the evidence in the lab, and headed over to the next crime scene.

Not realizing that a few miles near the stores in an alleyway there was the girl who had robbed the store and was using the medicine to help the people in her camp.

Clara POV~

"Almost done...And there." I said softly as I finished using the bandages and medicine I had gotten from the store to help a young boy with her mother.

"Thank you, Clara, for getting the medicine and helping my son." Tia said as she used the blankets I had bought from a different store a while ago.

"It's no problem! If there's anything I can do just ask me." I said while getting up and packing everything back in my red rabbit backpack and going to help the next person in the camp.

I remember Tia and her son, Austin. They were new to the camp and were recommended by another camper to come here, which I didn't mind. After all, if the people here are safe and happy, then I don't mind grabbing materials and important things from stores. They are free to grab, but I don't know why they have numbers on the bottom or what they are for. I just assume it's something adults know what to do with those numbers.

I look around the camp and see that people are happy. They are using the medicine, bandages, and blankets that I got for free on the way back. When I got back to camp I heard sirens that reminded me of an ambulance. It's a weird feeling, and I don't like imagining it. It reminds me of the doctors with needles and even the ones wearing blue clothing.

I shook myself off of my thoughts and decided to rest for a bit and look at the system to see if everything was okay and so far everything seemed to be in order.

I smiled as I looked up and heard yelling. People in blue were questioning the campers, and for some reason, I felt scared and...panicked....it was getting hard to breathe for some reason.

"We don't know who you are talking about!" Camper 1 said not wanting to talk to the people in blue.

"Stop lying we got reports from witnesses that the girl was here so where is she!" Blue Uniform 1 yelled out already frustrated.

As the argument was about to continue the second blue uniform saw me and pointed at me as I felt more scared.

"There she is get her!" Blue Uniform 2 yelled out as they started running towards me.

Ding!

Main Quest: Help Me, Mr...

Don't let the cops catch you if you do it's all over.

Rewards: New upgrades are available, new combat designs for [Player], New home in the future, New companions in the future, New function for the system.

I didn't see the quest; all I did was run away from the people in blue. I heard multiple screams from people from the camp telling me to run and not look back, while some were saying they would hold them back.

"I need to find Mr. Svarog and tell him that the camps are under attack. I also need to deploy the other robots around here fast!" I thought hastily as I continued running. I saw another alleyway that should be leading the way to the stores and back to where Mr. Svarog is.

Just as I turned the corner, I bumped into someone. I rubbed my nose and looked up to see more people in blue looking at me. They had a realization in their eyes, similar to the previous people in blue. I quickly got back up and ran around them as I heard yelling from behind.

"It's her grab her don't let her escape!" Blue Uniform 4 yelled out while pulling out a walkie-talkie from his belt.

I remember this...This seems familiar why does it feel so familiar to me...I don't like it! I want to go home!

Ding!

[Player] It would seem that you are experiencing a panic attack and you will be wasting so much stamina while running I would suggest finding your base as soon as possible.

Debuffs: Panic Attack (Stamina -8, Energy -9) every 5 seconds...

Energy: 30/100

Stamina: 40/100

I gazed at the system in terror. I don't want to be caught. I want to be with Mr. Svarog. I don't want to go back to the hospital. I want my parents, I want Mr. Svarog, I want Pascal!!

As I continued running, I spotted another entrance to an alleyway. Looking back, I saw four people in blue catching up. I tried to stop myself and almost tripped, but managed to regain my footing. When I looked ahead, I was horrified to find a dead end with a wall blocking my path.

As I turned around, the people in blue closed in on me, causing me to feel scared and breathe rapidly as I pressed my back against the wall.

"No! Stay back!! Get away from me!!" I screamed as the people in blue ignored my cries and continued to approach me. One of them reached out to grab me, and I tried to run around him, but he grabbed my hair roughly.

"Stop! That hurts!!" I screamed in pain, feeling tears trying to escape as I closed my eyes.

I remember the hospital: the needles, the doctors, the nurses, the bed, and every single nook and cranny that I saw in the room. I hated it, and I never wanted to go back. It was the same process every day, with false promises from the nurses and doctors who always said, "You will be healthy and cured." I hated it every day; I hated the gazes those people gave... They were full of pity.

I wanted to go home with my parents, go to school, and have fun. But once I came here and woke up alone, I was happy I was healthy. But I hated the loneliness; I missed my parents. I want Mr. Svarog...

"Help...me..." I said softly

Third POV

"Help...me..." Clara said, softly.

Three out of the four police officers who were trying to catch the girl were confused when one of their colleagues started pulling on a girl's hair. One of the officers tried to stop their partner from doing so.

"Wilson that's enough your pulling her hair roughly!" Parker said while trying to stop Wilson from causing any more harm to the poor girl.

"This girl already caused trouble for us by making us run around the whole damn street!" Wilson said angrily as he then grabbed Clara by her arm and was about to make the arrest.

"Damn it, Wilson. This is an order: let her go. You already have enough strikes against you. Don't add any more by doing this!" Gibbons said. He had seen enough and didn't want the girl to be hurt.

"Stay out of it, Gibbons! You're not the boss of me!" Wilson angrily replied, not letting Clara go.

"Wilson, you're terrifying the girl. She's having a panic attack. Please stop." Wade said as he was about to intervene already seen enough.

Wilson ignored Wade, but as he reached for his cuff, Clara's scream made him regret chasing her.

Opening her eyes, Clara shed two tears that fell from her eyes to her cheeks and onto the floor. As she spoke the words, she summoned a robot unlike any seen before in Central City. This robot was built to preserve and protect the Preservation and his creator/daughter, Clara.

"HELP ME MR. SVAROG!!!"

Once those words were spoken, Svarog materialized in front of the four police officers. Svarog appeared in front of them as smoke surrounded them, and steam emanated from Svarog. His glowing pink cyclopean eye was bright as he looked down and saw the officer who was holding Clara by the hair. The officer let go and was terrified to see Svarog appear out of nowhere.

"Clara!" Svarog exclaimed as he swiftly grabbed her with his left arm and put her behind his back. Clara quickly climbed onto Svarog's back as four handles appeared: two on top for Clara's hands and two on the bottom for her feet. She grabbed and latched onto them while Svarog was looking at the officers.

"I will ask of you this one time...LEAVE!" Svarog ordered, not happy at all when he was summoned to see Clara hurt.

Svarog's order was not met because Wilson out of terror pulled out his gun and started shooting. Svarog stood still while Clara was covering her face. The bullets hit Svarog but were crushed instantly when they came into contact and fell to the floor. Then, Svarog snapped his fingers as the Auxiliary Robot Arm Unit that Clara had created three years ago appeared next to him.

"Push forward." Svarog said robotically pointing at Wilson.

The Auxiliary Robot Arm Unit's hand disappeared and grabbed the police officer named Wilson and trapped him in a purple force field.

Svarog then raised his hand as steam was coming out of his back.

"Analysis Complete." Svarog said robotically.

Many rockets were launched from Svarog's back targeting the other officers who attempted to take cover—however, the missiles that landed on the floor emitted smoke that put them to sleep. Svarog then looked at the officer held in the giant metal hand before leaving him alone and walking away from the scene with Clara on his back.

"Hey, you can't leave me here! Get me out!!" Wilson said angrily, trying to punch his way out.

Svarog turned around and looked at Wilson as his glowing pink cyclopean eye was glowing brighter while looking at Wilson.

"After multiple calculations, you are not worthy of my time, nor Clara's." Svarog said, leaving the officer for someone else to help him and heading back to home base so Clara could rest safely and sound.

"Clara are you alright now." Svarog asked wanting to know about her condition only to meet silence and a soft snoring. "I see...Have a good rest, Clara."

"Mr. Svarog, I want to be with you forever." Clara said in her sleep.

"I see..." Svarog replied and continued walking.
